I’ve been a regular since last year. I thought that this location was the best compared to the other McDonald’s and so I would always come. Unfortunately this place has been letting me down. Service had been terrible the past months. Today’s the last time I’m coming back. Food has been made wrong and most of the time it’s sloppy; the fries are old and super salty. All I saw was that the workers are stressed out and seem understaff, they use to be more free and happier to work there but idk. Tbh my gut feeling is telling me that something is going on at this location and it ant looking too great. Recommend not coming here ever again.

I was sitting down until I realized that I wanted Mc nuggets. So I hopped on DoorDash because I can’t drive and I’m lazy went on the McDonald’s thing and bought 60 Nuggets and 2 large fries. The dasher came SUPER fast which is great cuz I have no attention span but they only gave me one ketchup packet but I did load up on sweet and sour sauce along with ranch for my smelly stepbrother.

Extremely rude workers in the drive thru ! I placed a mobile order when I went up to the drive-through. I asked if they could please make my nuggets fresh. They told me .. “they did not do that and will not do that because it was a mobile order” .. I said .. “I’ve never heard of that , They had to make the burger custom anyway what was the big deal”? And of course, when I receive my food, my nuggets were cold and the burger was completely slopped together! I would love it if all these kids were replaced by Vending machines !
If you have a choice, go to another location don’t go to this one. I will never be back!

I’ve grown up going to this specific restaurant. They are the best McDonald’s in the area. The place is clean, and well established. The customer service has declined over the years but only slightly. They don’t mind if I come in and do some college work either, which is nice of them.

Horrible service took forever to get order, my quarter pounder was way under cooked all pink in middle. They dont answer their phone when you can so I took order back only to have manager argue with me that they can't remake because I took a few bites out of the burger. When I finally got them to remake it the new burger was also under cooked in areas. Overall horrible location from the crew to managers, will never return to this location again!

ordered my food on March 25th, I noticed the employees forgot one of my drinks when I got back to the hotel. I called the location back and inquired about it. The person that picked up said he was management (Andre') I asked for his name twice, he said it would be fine for me to pick up the drink the next day and that he will note my name down. I come back the next day to the drive through, the person that was helping me at the intercom sounded like the person that took my order the day prior, she also mentioned she was the assistant manager. She was really confrontational, and it really upset me. She claimed they don't have a manager name Andre', she also mentioned their policy and that I had to pick it up the day of. I told her if that was the case then why didn't the person I was speaking to mention it, my hotel was not that far away from the location and I could of just came back for the drink? Instead of apologizing and trying to remedy the situation she shut me down and told me to move my car so the people behind me can order, that upset me even more and I told her I already paid for my drink and that I'm not moving she said fine I can stay at the intercom, I told her I will write a review she told me to go ahead. So I went ahead and wrote a review to the BBB and to headquarters. I want my money back for the transaction, it's very obvious that there is no communication and lousy leadership at this McDonalds location. It's unacceptable considering I had already paid for my food and I told her that. I have never had ANY problems with any Mc Donalds location accept for this one.

The food was great!
The music was good,
The environment itself was so good.
I didn't know what I was going to eat, but when I got there, it was as if angels told me what to eat.
I bought a spicy chicken sandwich, chocolate milkshake, fries 🍟🍟🍟🍟😋 obvs and water, no ice. That sandwich was super hot for my taste I asked for lettuce and tomato and the staff didn't even blink, voilá! I was able to handle the heat of my sandwich by adding the lettuce and tomato; I'm grateful that they accommodate my taste buds 😁.
Thank you for making my dinner pleasant.

Updating review. It often takes at least 7 minutes to get just a cup of iced coffee.

Last time I went here it took 20-25 minutes to get a cheeseburger and iced coffee.

This place has the feel of Taco Bell when Taco Bell was horrible for taking 20 minutes to finish an order.

You are better off driving to McDonald's on Manitowoc Road.

A popular and busy location. They've messed up my orders a few times and I'm not gonna waste my time driving back to fix an order that should have been correct the first time.

When I got to the drive thru they gave me the completely wrong order. They corrected the order and gave me my two happy meals and a sandwich.

When I got home I notice that I had only gotten two 4 piece chicken nugget happy meals instead of the 6 piece I had initially ordered for my kids..very dissapointed, kids were dissapointed.

I shouldn't have to pay for more than I actually recieved. I will give them another chance but just make sure you check your food because it seems to be a habit.

This location is by far the best McDonald’s in the Green Bay Area. We frequent this location often as our child’s favorite go to is fries. The food is always hot, orders have been accurate and the ladies at the second window are very friendly and fast. We typically spend about 5 minutes waiting in the drive thru give or take depending on how busy they are.

McDonald's wants to push ordering on the app and doing the curbside pickup, but it always twice as long or more to get your food. It's frustrating watching car after car after car get their food while you're still waiting. The app will say you'll get your food in 2-5 minutes, but I always end up waiting at least 10 minutes.

I went into this McDonald with my daughter and this Hispanic man that looks to be as the manager he was around 5’10 and skinny was very rude towards us when I asked him a question. I ordered a No 5 which is a 10 pc with fries and drink. The Fanta is flat tasting and was majority ice and the medium fries has the amount of a small has and less to be honest… thr 10 pc box had only 8 pcs ….. the dip tastes was like expired and separated. I also ordered a Mc double with no onions and no pickles and no mustard …. Every table was dirty and when we asked to have ours wiped down the girl never came we had to find a different table and much later she sent someone else out to wipe down the table. And at the McDonald's on Main Street we visited for dine in around 11 am and the store was overcrowded with loud disrespectful teenagers from a near by school we ended up leaving early because all we heard was the manager trying to get the kids to leave and the kids being very difficult and disrespectful to her refusing to leave and even swearing at her. Buckle up kids because do I have a story for you:
Starting off, got a #1 meal. Big Mac was fantastic. French fries, fresh. Hi-C, *chefs kiss*. Threw my car into park and ate my meal in the parking lot. All is good, all is well. What’s that I see? Check engine light? Oh let’s turn the car on, probably been running the battery too long. It’s cold and it’s been about 10 minutes, let’s warm her up. Brake petal, locked. Check engine light, blinking. Weird clicking noise, it’s there. Car won’t start. Uh-Oh what do now? I don’t know anything about cars.

Well I walk into that McDonald’s and ask the employee, do y’all have anyone that knows anything about cars? They share a look between each other and nod their heads. Yes. We got the guy for you. My man came out pulled his car next to mine, provided the jumper cables, popped open the hood, and went to town. I swear there were more lights on my dash than there are lights on a Christmas tree. Told me, battery is indeed very dead. Probably some other issues as well. 10 minutes pass and I’m laughing so I don’t cry. I’ve accepted the fate I was towing my car home tonight. Nay nay my friends. Nay nay.

Homeboy sat with my car and was determined to get this started. Jiggled the cables and looked over with a flashlight. Nothing but confidence and pure spite to get this thing started. Keys, in hand. Parking break, engaged. Rattle rattle… she starts. Dude didn’t even bring a jacket.
