Came here around 12:46ish on a Sunday, have to say after being in McDonalds in the ghettos of Baltimore I have gotten better service. It’s disgusting how many of the grey shirts were comparing about the management so loud that the customers could hear it.

Forgot Ice Water. Asked in Drive Thru if I could get water. After asking a manager of getting a water was ok, employee responded "So, we can but you need to come inside for that".
Explanation for coming in for water from employees was "It messes up our Drive Thru Wait Times so we can't do that anymore".

Ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles due to an intolerance to them. Came out with pickles, which would normally be no big deal. The problem is, when I went in to get a new one, they took forever to get it back to me, and it was only a single this time, without anything we had on the first one. The employees don’t read the tickets and punish you by taking a long time when you want it how you ordered.

We love this McDonalds. It's always clean. Clean bathrooms. One of the only ones left with a playplace so it's perfect to get away during the winter months and let the kids run around. The food always looks well made. Back in high school wr called this the good mcdonalds in town. Cause the food always looked like it did in the pictures. Not sloppy like other dooskis around town. That reputation continues today, the food still looks great. The staff is beyond helpful and has gone above and beyond for my family several times. Will definitely be back again

I asked for several food items, 2 milks and a bag of ice. The cashier didn't know how to ring the ice up and asked the manager on duty whose response was, "technically yes we sell bags of ice but I've never done that so I don't want to" the cashier asked what to say to me and the manager replied, "..Just tell them no" Also, the chicken nuggets had sat for who knows how long and the fries were over salted maybe 3-4x as much as I have ever gotten them from any McDonald's ever. The soda area was disgusting and the floor was like walking across glue.

Horrible customer service. every time I order curbside it takes 30+ minutes for them to come out with my order. I did arrive one time and waited for 20 minutes at curbside before going through the drive through and they told me they threw the food out and would remake it. Throughly annoyed with this location. Consistency is hard to come by. I’ve come here on occasion over the last couple years but today really set me off. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and got a regular one. Ordered two mcchickens with cheese and bacon added and both of them were missing the bacon. Got a large fry and only half of it was filled. Normally I’d just bite the bullet and ignore it but I’m fed up with this location and consistent ability to mess up orders. Hoping the owner sees this review and fixes the issues with his restaurant. McDonald’s has gotten far too expensive for errors like this.

Veterans Day, Mc Donald's posted a free combo meal, I was going to try one. Haven't eaten there in a while. My wife likes the big Mac, so I was going to get her one and try one myself. Not one in Green Bay offered the veterans free combo

See attached photo for the 1 star rating. This is the second time in a row where I ordered food thru the drive thru to get home and find I didn't get what I ordered. On top of that the french fry box is half full with fires that were ICE cold. Not Luke warm but cold. I've never had a prob with any other mcdonalds but this one. Management need to be looked at, at this location as now I have a upset child (again) thats eating something he doesn't like and heating up fries in the microwave just to choke them down. Sad excuse for a McDonald's. Won't ever be back and hopefully enough people read this and go to another location or just another brand.

Parked, walked up to door. Sign says lobby closes at 6:30. Walk back to my car, get in drive thru line, wait my turn and then ask for the order I’m picking up. The employee said “you need to come inside”. I responded the door is locked. She says “it’s not”. I said it is, and the sign says 630. She says “go to the door on the other side of the building”. I explained I’ve already parked and tried to enter, then waited in the drive thru line, and asked why they couldn’t just hand me the order and update their sign to reflect the lobby is open past 630 and only one of the doors is unlocked. She refused. It’s just stupidity. Then have an attitude with dashers and wonder why we’re not excited to deal with you. If the handwritten sign has incorrect information on it, take it down - it’s not rocket science.

I am removing one star, because the service here is not great. We were sitting in the drive through line at the order point, and the clerk asked us to wait just a minute. Meanwhile, someone else pulled up in the other line and got their order taken. They kept us waiting for several minutes even though we were in line well before the other car drove up. I nicely asked about it and the guy taking orders said they have two lines. Well yes, but that doesn't address the problem. On top of that, they didn't even give us an entire 10 piece McNuggets. We will return tomorrow, and they promised to give us our food then. I'm not impressed with them having two lines but not taking orders as people pull up. It isn't even about being short staffed. It's a matter of taking orders as people are in line.
