Ordered the $7.00 Big Mac combo special and the food was very good. It's been a while since I've ordered a Big Mac and it did not disappoint. The medium fries included, arrived hot and fresh. McDonald's has the best diet Coke for some reason also.
Drive-thru staff efficient. I ordered through the APP for drive-thru pick-up and it couldn't be easier. You can customize your order, for example, add extra lettuce and APP shows if extra charge up-front.

This place is not 24 hours. If you come past 9 or 10pm, they are closed. I work third shift down, and they are always closed, and I have to go to the one on Radisson. Even when it looks like they are open, they tell me they're closed over the speaker. Their food is also weirdly room temperature.

I just wanna start out by saying ew. I’ve been to a lot of different McDonald’s locations, and this one by far has been the worst. I came to get lunch with my sister and my 2 year old niece and it was questionable from the start, we walk in and it’s a little busy per the usual and there’s a line of a bout 4 different families and there’s not a single person at the counter. I’ve worked in fast food in the past and yeah it’s busy and everyone’s trying to get everything straight and correct but leaving a million people at the counter waiting isn’t going to help that any. anyways, someone finally came to the counter and she looked exhausted and she was pretty young. Kudos to her for dying down the entire line BY HERSELF while she’s getting other things done. we ordered and sat down and my sister asked nicely for it to be brought to our table (saying please and thank you) after a while it still wasn’t brought so I walked up and it was sitting on a tray on the front counter for god knows how long with a million other bags. I noticed that they were missing some of the items on our tray or somebody took them cause they weren’t paying attention. I didn’t wanna cause a fuss so I just asked for the couple things that were missing and showed them my receipt and the guy snatched it from me and walked away. Again, didn’t wanna cause a fuss so I waited and waited and they brought it back eventually and it was handed to me without a word being said. I went back to the table and we enjoyed what we could. That’s not the end though, my niece was playing with her Minecraft toy she got and dropped it on the floor so I went to grab it and there was ANTS under the seat eating god knows what spill was there. That’s when I lost it. I went up to the counter and told the manager we have been nothing but nice to your staff here and we’re getting treated like crap and informed her on the ant problem and she was understanding which was surprising. I know people don’t always expect good from reviews or anything cause it’s McDonald’s but this was beyond gross.

I have been there twice in one month. Both times a bad experience. Neither time they were not super busy. The first time the young man behind the counter stepped up and said "what's ya want?" In a rude was, as if I was in inconveniencing him. And yesterday, while going through the drive through, I asked for my soda without ice, it had ice, so I let them know. I was told to pull up to wait for another drink and they had to put in another order and could give a drink at th he window. The drink was with a meal, so when they brought my drink, it was a small drink and when I said I wanted the medium drink that goes with the meal, the worker argued with me and rolled her eyes. JUST PLAIN RUDE FROM MANAGER ON DUTY DOWN TO THE FRONT LINE WORKER. MANAGER WAS ACTUALLY THE RUDIEST!!

This is the second time in a week I order on the McDonald's app and delivered by door dash from the Shawano st location. Second time in a row order 2 fries paid for them. But did not receive them. I can't complain—it's your typical McDonald's location. The main reason I didn't rate it higher is that my daughter loves the iced caramel coffee, but here it's hit or miss whether it’s made properly. If I have the option, I prefer going to the W Mason Street location because they’re always consistent. At this spot, you need to try the coffee before leaving the parking lot, and if it's not right, go back around to have them fix it. Another issue is that some burger wrappers come out really greasy, which I find unpleasant. While I know fast food burgers can be greasy, I have a mild form of contamination OCD and hate getting my hands dirty. I usually try to wrap the wrapper around the burger to avoid touching the grease, but it's difficult when the wrapper itself is soaked. I really hope that’s something they can work on improving.

My friend and I were in the same car together. We pulled up to the drive-thru and she ordered her meal and used a code for a free fry and she saw it was confirmed on the app that the code was used. I had a separate mobile order and she told the girl on the speaker and everything was fine. We pull up to the first window, she asked if we had the two orders, we said yes, my friend paid, she gave us both our receipts. Once we get to the second window, my friend gets handed a bag with only a burger in it. She then told them she had ordered a fry. The employee went and got the manager that was working at the time, it was a little past 7pm last night, and the manager aggressively told my friend we had to either pull around again or go into the lobby because they couldn’t enter in a food item there. It was weird that the coupon was confirmed on the app but it never showed up on her receipt. Then my friend said well we have another order and handed the employee my receipt. Then the manager came over again and ripped it out of the employees hand and was aggressively asking what we needed and if we needed that order, and of course we said yes. Then the manager clearly got confused and just got my friend her medium fry. While I still had not received my order. So we continued to sit there and the manager, again was talking very aggressive, almost yelling at us for what else we needed. And my friend pointed to my receipt, in the managers hand, saying we need this order. Then the manager finally, after aggressively yelling at us 3 different times understood I that needed my entire order and she just said “pull up to number one you are gonna have to wait” so we pulled up and not even 30 seconds later my food comes out, but then she didn’t bring my freaking large coke! I couldn’t say anything because she handed it to us and left immediately without saying anything. So I had to go into the lobby and ask for it. We left feeling DISGUSTED and SPEECHLESS by how we were treated. We simply just had two orders for one car, I do that all the time at other McDonald’s and it’s never an issue. That is not how you treat your customers!

I stopped here this morning and ordered the #9 breakfast meal and a plain sausage biscuit. It cost me almost $15. That is outrageous. The food at McDonald's has been on a steady decline for years now and now they are raising their prices way too much for the quality you are getting.
