I went into McDonald’s to pick up in order and I work at McDonald’s on South Webster. The worker was where blue gloves when your supposed to wear clear. He touched raw meet With blue ones and that went to make the sandwiches. That’s a huge health code violation. Than the manager asked to see my receipt for 2 ice cream cones when I showed her. Than she served off are order and was really disrespectful. She than asked for the receipt again and I told her the kiosk didn’t print one. So she got mad about having to lookup are order. Lobby was really dirty. I’ll stick to going to my McDonald’s for food thank u.

Food was decent. Had to swat away flies inside while we were eating. Couldn’t sit outside as we had wanted, as the tables were dirty. Also, as part of our road trip, we decided to let our kids have McDonalds. We asked for two different toys, and they wouldn’t exchange for a different toy, so we got the same. Slightly annoying, as they have other toys available; and the toy display was wide open. The floors in the bathroom are also really sticky.

I mobile ordered lunch for my so it was ready when I got there. When I arrived I went through the drive through and was told my food is almost ready they asked me to pull to spot one then I did. Someone came out after a few cars behind me went and said its almost ready. Then 9 more cars behind me got their order before me. I was sitting there for about 15 minutes so I went in and asked where my food was. The lady at the front did not know so she spoke with the manager for about 5 minutes then I received it. I didnt get any sorry or thank you for waiting. NOTHING. I was just handed my food and the employee did not say anything. When I got back to work my order was completely wrong. I am highly disappointed and will not return to this McDonalds

I had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I got to the 2nd window ( and I understand you can't predict how busy it will be) but I was then told to pull up to the next window and waited another 7 minutes for the rest of my order( my total was $13 so it isn't like I ordered food for an army)! When the girl came to the window she shoved my bag out the window and said, " HERE"...that's it. Very rude service and I will drive across town if I ever decide to eat at McDonald's again.

Haven't been to a McDonald's for a while, probably in over a year. Just wanted a quick bite after an evening event, and McDonald's is one of the only places open at that time. Although the inside is modern, it was pretty dirty. There were four hand sanitizing stations, but all of them were empty. The fries were a little stale and there was way too much sauce on my sandwich - it was coming out the side. The service was fine but I used the kiosk to order so there really wasn't any customer service involved with my order. Now I remember why I don't go here. Skip it.

I am a door dasher on weekends for extra money. I arrived on my electric bicycle at about 11:00 p.m. on 5-24-25. I had to go to the drive-thru as the inside was closed for the night. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for at least 5 mins no response but could hear people laughing over the intercom. So I decided to approach the window I was not being helped. When I got to the window I was very rudely told they don't serve bikes in the drive-thru by a group of young girls who again were mocking me for riding my bike through the drive-thru. I proceeded to tell them I was a doordasher picking up an order .(That should have been ready as it said so on the app and it had been 20 minutes since I took the order.) They told me it's going to be at least 5 minutes for the fries. I told them that's fine. Then they kept sending different people to the window to tell me my fries were not ready. So I waited all that time dealt with all the bull crap and they gave me this huge bag I thought nothing of it because it was a huge order. I dropped the order off and come to find out there was only one sandwich that wasn't even ordered by them and the fries the burger was a mess and the fries were cold. I didn't get paid for that job. I really don't know who these girls are working there at at night what but they should be fired

I specifically asked the guy at the window. Can you please double check and make sure there’s no lettuce on my McChicken. He assured me he will. Well he failed when I get home and there’s lettuce on my McChicken, which now I'm not able to eat it. This is the second time in the last two weeks. Well I will no longer be eating McDonalds. I stopped eating McDonald’s about 4 1/2 years ago. I recently ate a breakfast sandwich about two month’s ago and had a really good experience. So I started eating there again. (Ate there three times since) out of those three times you got two orders wrong. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped eating there 4 1/2 years ago.

McDonald’s is known for fast service, affordable prices, and consistent quality, but my recent experience at this particular location was the complete opposite. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this McDonald’s was a disaster in every way possible.
First, the service was painfully slow. Despite ordering a simple meal—a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink—I waited nearly 30 minutes. There were only a few other customers, yet the staff seemed completely overwhelmed, moving at a snail’s pace with no sense of urgency. Even worse, no one acknowledged my presence or apologized for the delay. I stood at the counter while employees ignored me, chatting amongst themselves instead of focusing on their jobs.
When I finally received my order, it was completely wrong. Instead of a cheeseburger, I got a cold, unappetizing fish sandwich, and my fries were soggy and barely warm. The drink I ordered wasn’t even the right flavor. I approached the counter to politely ask for a correction, but the employee rolled their eyes, mumbled something under their breath, and took another ten minutes to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was equally disappointing. The floor was sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs, and the trash bins were overflowing. To make matters worse, the soda machine was out of multiple drinks, and the ketchup dispenser was empty. It was clear that no one was maintaining the dining area, and the staff didn’t seem to care.
As for customer service, it was non-existent. The employees were rude, inattentive, and seemed annoyed at having to do their jobs. There was no greeting, no “thank you,” and certainly no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Instead, it felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there.
Overall, this was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. Poor service, incorrect orders, unclean conditions, and an indifferent staff made this visit an absolute nightmare. I will never return to this location, and I highly recommend others avoid it as well. If McDonald’s wants to uphold its reputation, they should seriously reconsider who they’re hiring at this restaurant.

I when to the second widow to receive my food they told me to put up to the railing and I did 15 mins later a worker came with my food but no drink , I told him I had a drink and he said he would go get it for me but he never returned. Went through drive thru. Was told to pull ahead. All I did was ask why and if I can get my drink first. The lady rolled her eye and yelled at me PULL UP NOW. I said I wanted a refund in which she refused. I have dash cam footage I emailed to corporate.

I do not plan to return to this location. I’ve always had great service that is until today. I wanted to try the pumpkin spice drink that was advertised for $2.29 but the threw a fit with me over this. I asked for them to provide the promo price as advertised and they told me that it rings up at $4.89 or something. The lady at the window was usually friendly until today - asked me if I wanted to speak with the manager and I said sure. And the manager said the same thing the lady at the window said . The manager wasn’t mean but requested that yes, I go around in a very busy drive thru again to show proof of their own ad. So I did and took a picture and video of their promo price - they still gave me attitude and acted like I was a burden for simply wanting the drink that was advertised for $2.29 . Never apologized either. But here is the same picture I provided them that THEY have advertised.

Visit quite often, McDonald's app needs to be updated too often. It is nice when it works though. Too often some drink machine is down, either for cleaning or just broken. I have been using the self order kiosk to make sure the order is put in correctly. Have to wait to be given cups for drinks. Why are there different size cups when they all cost the same, why not give us the option for a larger drink cup for free?

Lazy, incompetent, and disgusting come to mind. I added ketchup and cheese (the cheese you pay for, not like they're doing you a favor) which is a standard option you have on the McDonald's app. Apparently they seemed to have been angered by this and clearly and purposely decided to make my burger as disgusting looking as possible. The cheese not even on the burger and melted onto the bag. I call and they have me drive all the way back (because gas is so "cheap") to get my refund. They should have refunded my entire meal and no just the burger for the huge inconvenience.
I rarely ever write bad reviews as I have worked in restaurants in the past and can understand mistakes. However, this was just blatantly done on purpose. I wouldn't trust eating food from this location, plenty of better McDonald's locations around.
