Food is always cold and the last couple times we went there was bugs all up in the ketchup and soda spouts. When I mentioned it to the workers all they could say was they was trying to get a hold of it and one of the workers snapped on me and told me they can't spray them of course or use any chemicals. We won't be back. I wasn't complaining but just letting them know cause it's very gross when you are filling ketchup and there are dead fruit flies in it and more flying all around the ketchup and soda nozzles.

I placed a mobile order for breakfast ahead of time so that i could spoil myself with their yummy breakfast because i knew i wasn’t going to be able to get there on time and i was so excited because i never wake up early enough for it LOL i get there and my order was cancelled for some reason and i learned that they don’t make the order until you get there so it’s nice and fresh and i didn’t get there till after the time breakfast is done. I had no idea that that’s how they do things, this is my first time using the mobile app and that is NOT THEIR FAULT, IT WAS MINE. i’m making that very clear for you meanies that love to bash these workers. but besides the point, they still made it for me and didn’t charge me for the smoothie or the coffee (which they did NOT have to do, it’s not their fault that i’m stupid 😂) but i appreciated it so much!!!!! they were SO nice and understanding

The morning crew is incompetent. Last 2 orders through mobile app missing items. They said they would mail coupons and never did. Then this morning ordered through app and then wanted to order a coffee and pay cash. They said one order per vehicle. Loved the girl who was taking the orders on 12/4 between 11am and 12pm was so friendly and the guy at the 2nd window with the tattoos was also very sweet and nice! Very friendly and pleasant!

Did a mobile order and picked up through the drive thru, The man with short colored hair at the window was nice and handed me my drinks and said “here’s the rest of your order” and proceeded to close the window, so I drove off thinking everything was in the bag. We were missing all 3 small fries so I came into the lobby and said i was missing the fries. A kid with long untamed colored hair said “ yeah you drove off without it” he gave me the bag and turned around and said “ and that’s why you..” I didn’t catch what he said but he was speaking about me to his co workers. He was completely rude, will not come back to this location. Maybe learn some manners and not be rude especially if YOU CHOSE to work in customer service.

Terrible experience ordered online mobile order 40 piece sharable nuggets and fries and the fries had no salt and theh only gave us 2 sauces for 40 nuggets not to mention I paid for 3 cookies and instead of telling me they didn't have cookies they just left them out so my husband went back and asked them and then replaced my 3 cookies with one apple pie. Could not even eat our meal bland fries and no where near enough sauce they should be ashamed of themselves.

I went to this mcdonalds and it wasn’t about the food, its about THE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE STEVE. Whenever i have lunch there he’s always lurking around the dining area making all of us EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and today was the worse, a kid grabbed the smallest cup you could think of and he took some soda, Steve followed him and snatched it put of his hands, spilling soda on a girls phone, then he BANNED the kid forever, and even followed him out of the restaurant to tell him “bye” and “you’re banned forever” he never even apologized for spilling soda on the girls phone. I like the food here but steve just gives me an ick, and makes the entire experience uncomfortable.

Most MC Donald's are understaffed at the most crucial and busiest times of the day. All in all they are trying but occasionally or orders are slow even though we order minimal items and things are often missing. The food is always hot and as tasty as take out can be. Love the iced coffee although depending on who prepared it, you may get perfect or too sweet or not enough sweet.
