The person taking our order was new and he had zero help. The order was messed up and instead of the manager in charge fixing is she just threw in a drink and called it even. I myself work in a customer service setting, you should be rectifying the situation, remaking wrong sandwiches, and giving refunds for extra things ordered and not given to your customers. I hope the young gentleman who took our order is getting help when he needs it. Had people of been wearing a name tag I could have pointed out who the shift lead/manager was at the time.

Would not recommend this McDonald's took over 20 mins for food and it wasn't busy. Also while waiting I saw 3 different employees touch their phone with gloves on and then touch food after with the same gloves. Very unsanitary!

Woman working drive thru at around midnight was incredibly rude for no reason. Tried to use a coupon that I was sent for a free mcflurry after they forgot one in my last order. We had Mobile orders but obviously I couldn't put a paper coupon into the app, so had to order it in drive thru. She cut my girlfriend off as she was trying to order it and snapped that they won't do more than 2 orders per car. Just absolutely no need to be so cruel when we didn't even do anything. Sat in line for a ridiculous amount of time waiting for the food we were actually allowed to order.

Absolutely ridiculous how slow the drive through is at night ordered 3 drinks and the wait was 15+ mins, the manager said there isn't enough people but like every night there isn't enough people? This place needs to get it together and start pulling cars over to the side while smaller orders get out. It's probably a crazy concept but even apologizing for the wait would be a step in the right direction this place doesn't know what customer service is.

I don't understand why most McDonald's employees can't make ice cream cones good. I worked at this location many moons ago and it is not hard to make an ice cream cone. Tonight I paid $1.99+tax for a very small lopsided cone. There's no way I'd hand a customer a cone looking like the ones I've got from the McDonald's here in Green Bay.

Very dirty inside. Tables and even the chairs are greasy and unclean. No napkins, I asked an employee I'd he would fill the napkins dispenser, hesaid I could get napkins at the front. Never did fill the dispenser while I was here eating, other customers looking for them as well. Manager should have more pride in the place and teach the employees about cleanliness

I placed an order for delivery and was missing 2 sandwiches so I contacted door dash and they only refunded me for 1 sandwich. I called the restaurant and they told me I needed to call door dash and when I tried to explain to them that I did they just said "ok" and hung up on me.

We always eat here when we are at Bay Beach, it's a nice break to sit in the A/C when it's scorching hot out. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the food is what you would expect. There was a young man constantly cleaning the dining area so it was spotless. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommended.

Ordered 4 ice creams. One ice cream my brother had ordered NO cone, just ice cream in a cup. The man on the speaker said "ok" and changed one to "add paper cup"
My brother repeated, "no cone, please. Just ice cream in a cup" man says, "yes, ice cream cone in a cup"
My brother repeated AGAIN, NO cone. Man says "yes, ice cream cone in a cup"
We go to the window and literally watch this woman making the ice cream put an ice cream CONE, with the ice cream, upside down in a paper drink cup. She hands us the ice creams and my brother hands his back to her, saying "I asked for no cone" and she looks at the screen. She says with attitude, "well, that's not what it says on the screen. It says add a paper cup."
Now, I'm in the passenger seat. I raised my voice slightly so she could hear me, and I said, "Yes, but he repeated himself 3 times and the employee didn't listen." She gets defensive and angrily says back to me, "Ok, Ok, I don't need all of this yelling and attitude."
I said I was NOT angry and she shut the window. She gets my brother his ice cream IN A CUP that he asked for, with no cone, and my brother says "thank you, sorry about that. Have a good night." And she just says, "Yeah."
Honestly, disgusting behavior. Good ice cream, though.

The manager is soo dreadful every time we come here. She honestly sounds horrible to work for and is not good at her job AT ALL. We have had wait time issues here before but nothing as bad as this. Tonight my girlfriend ordered a simple 6 peice nugget and and a double cheeseburger. After 40 minutes she has still not received her burger and no one is coming out as the manager keeps saying to focus on the curbside and drive thru as the are higher priority. Itβs abseloutly ridiculous.

Food was cold coming out from back! Dining area was absolutely disgusting to the point i had to go get soap and water from bathroom to clean our tables. And ketchup came out of the automatic pump rotten clumpy and spoiled! Will never be back to this location. I come here a lot to order food because I work right down the street for night shift. Today as I was ordering food, it was probably the shift manager, but she was screaming at her employees so loudly that her voice carried over the intercom. I could tell that the employees were very upset.

There was a really nice dude passing out food, but the food itself was wrong. It was all printed correctly on the items, but the items were incorrect. We were also missing items we asked for. Nice people, just don't listen. The lables were correct, so did they just not read them? Smh.
Addendum: just finished eating. Blessing my brothers order was wrong because the steak was inedible. I couldn't even rip it by hand. If 0 was an option I'd give it.

Let me start by saying I come to this McDonald's every day before work and get the same order that I pre order on the McDonald's app, and it is always fresh and piping hot by the time I get there. I never have to wait for my food. On top of that, this McDonald's is family operated and owned. I've not had one bad experience and I don't anticipate ever having one. Their positive moods brighten up my morning throughout the week.

I used the drive thru. I ordered a shake and large fries. My Medium shake looked child size, and my fries were limp and grossly cold. I would have said something, but I wasn't really aware until I got back onto the highway to drive. The store was not visibly busy, service was decent, hence the higher rating. I know there may be not a thing you can do about sizing, but please check your food!
