I didn't know they closed at 10:30pm because I normally go to the other one that is 24/7. But I went to this location and got there at 10:28pm. They took my order and I got to the window and they said it will be 2 minutes. We had to make fresh fries because we closed at 1030. I felt so bad and apologized but they were awesome about it and were not upset or anything. Very nice employees!

Employees are great foods what you want when u go to McDonald's, but that "manager" was more a dictator then a manager, would not stop hollering at this male employee, we spent 20 mins and within that time our meal was interrupted numerous times because "your not mopping right" "you arent doing it right" "your to slow!!" . Not an environment I will take my 6 month and two year old into. To much hostility. Get a real manager I can't believe the employees even put up with that. I never treat my employees that way. They're humans not servants.

I'm done coming to this location. I'll gladly go out of my way for better customer service and more consistency with the food. Food is perfect almost every time but the service is EXTREMELY lacking - which ruins the experience all together. I don't understand the point of having a counter cashier if they never take your order anyways or make you wait 20 minutes first. We come here almost every day and it's always the same - especially at night. They completely ignore customers that come inside & that's crap because not everyone has a vehicle to go in drive-thru (or in our case - a vehicle that works properly). Last night he told me he could take care of me if I went in the drive thru otherwise I'd have to wait because it was only him. Kiosks were shut down. After going thru the drive thru, he continued to be rude. When I asked him if they needed more night staff (I was interested in possibly working here), he said "no - we just don't have enough business the first 2 months of the year to have more staff on." If that's true, it's quite unfortunate that a billion dollar business like McDonald's cannot put one extra worker on duty to give their paying customers the service they deserve. I was very disappointed. I treated him with the upmost respect but he continued to be rude & make snide remarks. I really hope this location addresses this issue because a customer shouldn't have to wait 20+ mins at McDonald's just to have an employee acknowledge them.
***I would like to mention though that during Lunch time, I am almost always treated with respect & have my order taken in an appropriate amount of time. So thumbs up for the lady managers on lunch shift.

Between the fast service and the friendly manager named Leah, you're bound to have a great experience. The slogan "We love to make you smile" is embedded into the atmosphere. I just need to go onto social media and say, that this location is the weirdest of all in town. The pay line does not accept ApplePay until you get to the second window. Dont go inside. Just go drive thru because you actually get greeted and get faster service. They have kiosks inside for ordering, so staff do not greet or acknowledge you. Got home and burger was smashed up. Also, we got random book in Happy Meal box instead of the advertised toy in store and on the box. It's just a toy, but that is the whole point of a HM.

Went to the drive-thru on Webster with my sig other on a Wednesday evening, around 8pm, and wondered why every staff member seemed so resentful. No smiles, okay, but minimal verbal acknowledgment and even slightly hostile faces and demeanor. Like they were angry we were there. Was on the way home from dropping g off a coworker. I hadn't had time for lunch, so popped in for a curbside order. I didn't think to check the pricing on the app as they are all the same. So I thought. Double hamburgers are normally 2.29. At this shady location they are 3.29. And to top it off I sat in curbside for 15 minutes before my food was ready. Drive thru was not full nor was the lot. And to top it off, extra onions there was less than ANYWHERE ELSES regular onions. Will never go here again.

Comment: BAD customer service. We ordered sandwiches and drove to pay window. A heavy set man opened the window. He didnt greet us, his glare was intimidating. We felt uncomfortable. We paid. The male worker stared directly at my daughter. She was was truly INTIMIDATED. The employee didnt engage in thanking us or saying anything kind. It was a scary feeling!! I told her, thats NOT good customer service or professional. The female manager began to ARGUE with my daughter. I informed the Manager (NO NAME TAG ON) that the male employee should be retrained or assigned a different position w/in the restaurant. The Mgr. never offered an apology nor did she state that she would work w/the male employee. After she inappropriately argued w/my daughter…I called her a b*%#+

I just got home, with the food I ordered. A half an hour away.
I ordered a happy meal for my granddaughter. A cheeseburger with NO CATSUP, NO MUSTARD, and ONION. Two sides of apples, NO fries, and chocolate milk.
She got a cheeseburger with catsup & mustard, 4 pickles, fries, and one apple.
