First time inside here in a long time. I ordered breakfast and it had me take a table number. It says clearly on the table stand take number we will bring your food. While waiting at my table it was taking a bit. I look at front counter and food is sitting there. Also sandwich was put together poorly. Cheese was not even on the mcgriddle really. Hotcakes and sausage missing extra sausage. Lady working front seemed like she wasn't really into customer service today. Also dinning area music is way to loud.

There are a few key people when you get them as the crew through the drive through who are truly worth remembering their names to thank them for being at work that day. As for any other time of the week, especially going inside to order, don't expect anything in your order to be correct, don't expect anyone to take you seriously as if it matters to try a second and sometimes even a third time, and don't expect them to approach you or your order before they clear out the drive through first no matter how long you might be waiting inside. I truly honestly sometimes simply get handed the wrong order multiple times, I have always been polite, and by the second try I usually just walk out with whatever they hand me. The sandwiches are slipped together and all over the place, the coffee is usually poured without anything you asked to be added, and that's not an overstatement, and they half fill the large fries. I have even called and asked management why it's happening, "it must just be the way the fries fall into the cup" is the answer I got. It's getting frustrating, and it's a real shame for the handful of employees who really are golden. I only gave them a 3 to try and thank the ones who actually do try.

I pulled up to 2nd window waiting for my order but was told to pull up to reserve space so I did, I waited about 7mins while 6 cars behind me got their order and drove off so I went into the store to request my order. whoever the blonde women is wearing the bright neon vest is extremely rude to customers. there was a spanish speaking mother with her daughter who seemed to be 11/12 and was translating english to spanish for her mother. i listened as the blonde woman spoke to the young girl very condescending, as if she was stupid. another thing i witnessed was an older gentleman coming in for a coffee and as he was about to pay in coins she goes “do you have enough?” while smirking. he gives her the coins and she gives him his change and says “here’s your pennies so you can come right back tomorrow! i’m sure you’ll need it!” and laughs and the man goes “yeah alright”. she’s impatient, rude, and has an ugly personality as someone who seems like they run the restaurant.

Service is terrible. Went there for a pick up and waited an extra 10 minutes. Short girl with red hair came over and gave me an attitude and said their system is down. If your system is down you should stop taking pick up orders and have the teenagers who are chatting in the kitchen be trained properly. One worker was mopping the kitchen with chemicals around exposed food and other workers and management didn't say a word.

Online food safety classes are clearly not taught here! If you value your health and safety, avoid this location!

When the food is hot it is good. But it gets cold too fast then it tastes greasy. Sorry but true. Prices have gone way up & the food size has shrunk . Seriously it used to take 2 hands to hold a Big Mac & now only one hand & the burgers are almost paper thin &really if you eat just the hamburger with nothing on it, it is dry & no flavor 😭😞 & something makes my stomach hurt Everytime when I eat there. When we got here there was a line that we waited in. I got up to order my food and the gentleman that took the order was decent. However when I went to pay it was a different price than it was quoted to be. Then we got up to the receiving window and they didnt have the food ready. So they asked us to pull up. We did. We waited and waited and or order never came. In the meantime people behind us were ordering and then driving off with their order. A couple people even looked at us as they we driving away and said what are you waiting for. I finally got out and asked where the food was. We were extremly late at this point. I was given the good 30secs later and then we had to drive off right away since I was late. When I got to the hotel I looked in the bag and realized the order was wrong. I didnt get what I payed for and what I payed for was mis-priced to begin with. Very unhappy. Will not be going back obviously but will also file a grievance since I didnt get what I payed for.

I’m a dasher. The drive through is suppose to be open 24 hours. Store closes at 11. I arrived at store a little after 11. Cones were placed in drive through so couldn’t get through.
