You can tell there’s new/different third shift employees. 9/20/25 11:55pm. Drive thru employee is RUDE. It’s clear he hates his job. Why does it take 15 min to even place an order when there is ONE vehicle in front you? They immediately tell you to hold on… why? No one’s here. Not just tonight. Always, lately. Maybe if the little boy handling drive thru spent more time doing his job than he did on his phone it could go smoother - just a thought. This location might be worse than Radisson st. and that’s saying a lot.

During my visit today, I was just pretty uncomfortable with the way that the manager or Shift Lead or whatever she is Was sitting there screaming at her employees. One of them forgot to put a sticker on A burger wrapper, and she threw it back at him and yelled at him because he forgot it.

They don't care about children. They have repeatedly sent my grandchildren's food orders wrong, bypassing the value of using them while on the road, quick food prep, etc., on a fun summer day. I don't understand why they offer varying menu items when they won't actually prep and provide that item. They should be a trusted brand, esp given their overwhelming profits, but no. It's hard to return to a place with 3 little ones. Shame on them.

Service and quality has declined at this location. Most employee's in the morning are good but their evening and especially their weekend employees are bad. By bad I mean they act like they can't hear you in the drive through. You'll say what you want to order and this one teenager will repeatedly ask you what you want or misdirect what you say. When you get to the window the kid has a real I don't care attitude this has happened multiple times.

Food quality has declined breakfast sandwiches like the Egg McMuffin has had egg shells in it multiple times. The breading for sandwiches has been greasy, sometimes dripping greasy. I've gone to other locations this doesn't happen. It's gotten so bad a drive a few miles to another location to avoid this one. If given a choice go to any other location.

Not only did they mess up my order, the Manager was completely rude. I went inside, Politely said What I got instead of What I ordered. Of course, I carried my bag in with me with my receipt. He snatched my bag and tried digging through it, Politely ask Tim, please don’t put your hands inside my bag as there is food in there that was made correctly. He said we would have to take it and remake it anyways. That wasn’t the point I was getting out what I was getting at was don’t put your hands in a bag that has the correct food in it, I will hand you what is messed up. They made the correct food, and he threw it on the counter for me to grab. The atmosphere was horrible and of all people the manager shouldn’t be a manager

A lot of people hate on McDonald’s, but I don’t understand it. McDonald’s is the place you go when you need a quick eat and don’t really have a lot of time. I have been to McDonald’s hundreds of times and I’ve never had a bad burger. McDonald’s is the king of consistency. I never ordered the cheap cheeseburgers. You have to go for the quarter or double quarter pounder have the prices gone up? Yes, is it too much for fast food yes. I always use the McDonald’s app and there is always coupons on there so you can always save a few bucks.

My husband was extremely irritated with the staff because even tho he was the only customer waiting for his order the employees working put his meal on the counter behind a few things and never told him his meal was up???!!! 🤬😡 After waiting about 15 mins we went to ask what was taking so long and noticed a bag sitting on counter.... Came here for a shake. I got some room temperature pink soup in a cup. No what that shake was made to order. No way! It was warm and disgusting. I usually don't rate McDonald's cuz they're kind of all about the same ...but this one's really good!! the staff is really nice, the manager even held the door open for me as I was entering, friendly ,quick on and off the highway and my sausage McMuffins were really good! nice , hot, fresh McMuffin was nice and crispy! Will definitely do a quick exit off the highway next time I'm around there?
