This McDonald's serves the best breakfast with the best service. All the ones on the way to my job serve stale English muffins with their Egg McMuffins, but not here! It is picture perfect and fresh tasting. Keep up the great work!

Grabbed food for my son before a long appointment. Checked bag to make sure everything was in the bag. Didn't realize i needed to pull the sandwich out of the bag to check. Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only and got a chicken sandwich with cheese. Was not given a receipt. Stopped back to have it rectified but was told " too bad, you need a receipt" .
Won't visit this location again...I mean... we're talking about a $2 cheeseburger.

No changing table in the bathrooms. Had to change my infant at one of the tables in the kids play area. No air conditioning inside. It must have been 80 degrees there. Every table was sticky. The kids play area was sticky and stinky. Fries were cold. The employee who served us was not friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had an issue with the online ordering, so we tried to call this location. We called 5 times and on the last time they UNPLUGGED THE PHONE. absolutely unacceptable for a company. Went to get food from this McDonald's & it smelled like feces. Looked around & noticed the workers looking at me weird! Then they looked at the floor. So naturally so did I. There was rat feces on the floor & some of it was smeared from having been stepped in. This was in the kitchen area in front of the burger area! Nasty... they just left it there for all to see! Woke up to a lovely morning only to go get my friend and I breakfast through the drive-thru, then half way into the order which was only four items and was on the third, we were told to hurry up by the lady on the intercom, because there's a line. Number 1 we only were at the intercom for not even 5 minutes. 2 if you're going to work in fast food, expect rush hours, there's no need to be rude when we were just plain nice at first, having a good time, (I do not hate any skin color or race, I love all yall) but don't work in an American fast food workplace if you can't understand it or handle it, like I was being patient with this lady. She was doing so good until she told us to hurry up, then it changed everything, then when arrived to the window, had a wonderful lady named Tonya assess the situation and handle it, everything was good so far but sadly my drink didn't come with extra swirl as I still ordered, but it's not worth coming back and arguing about. I got better stuff to do.

They closed early when it says dining in closed at 11pm, so I couldn’t go inside to place my order, only way was to use the app or drive through, but I can’t go through there when you have a truck and trailer, I don’t mind not eating inside if they want to clean up to go home early

For at least the past 5 years I have been going to this McDonald's on my way to work for their Iced coffee. I am a diabetic so I my body cannot tolerate and sugar or liquid sugar. Early on i was told by a McDonald's employee to make sure when I order it I should tell them NO liquid sugar to ensure they wouldn't put any. That is how I had been ordering it for a long time, not just at this McDonald's, but others across the country.
Until This past Wednesday. I was told by an employee, a white woman that had I hadn't seen before, that I was ordering my coffee wrong. She told me that they put sweetener/sugar only when you request it and that she couldn't understand why I was ordering it the way I was. I tried to explain it to her but she came off as a "know it all" and kept interrupting me rather that hearing what I was trying to say. Once I recieved my coffee in the drive thru as I drove off sure enough it had sugar in it. That morning I didn't have time to go through the drive through again, so I returned the next morning with the coffee with the sugar in it.
As I was trying to explain to her ( the same white lady) once again she didn't want to listen but just kept talking over me. Then she went so far as to blame another employee for putting sugar in my coffee. I told her, that lady had been making my coffee for years and ALWAYS made it correctly. Then when I asked for a refund for the coffee I had brought back from the previous day, she refused to give a refund and instead still wanted to argue with me that the other lady made it wrong. When in fact she is the employee that caused the problem.
I told her that there are 2 other McDonald's I pass on my way to work and that I will never go back to this one. Because of her and her attitude of "little miss know it all".
It sucks for me as I am out the cost of a cup of coffee but I think it sucks more for all the other employees working their having to work with her.
The only good thing is I discovered that the 2 other McDonald's are actually a little less expensive.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS!!! When they mess up your order they refuse to make it right!
Don't visit this location unless you want to risk getting screwed and ripped off.

In general, my experiences at McDonalds have been just so so. The food is generally okay, but the staff seems to be either very good or sort of poor. A lot of the young people that work at these places seem to have no people skills. Thanks you's and polite behaviors are pretty rare. And don't get me started on the quality of the audio at the drive throughs - which is often barely inteligible with the person speaking faster than an auctioneer.

However, during a visit last week nothing I mentioned before was an issue. The person taking the order was perfectly understandable, the cashier was courteous and the food was handed to me with a solid thank you. This was quite refreshing. And the egg mc muffin I ordered was the best one I've ever had.

I remember this store always being clean and friendly. Tonight it is not that way. i sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody ever came to take my order. Come inside thinking it’ll be faster (it was not). Bathroom was absolutely atrocious. If that’s what you let your customers see and it looks like that i can’t even imagine the back. My grandchildten love to play at the inside play ground. We got special help from employee Orlando. He assisted me in bringing food to the table, provided me with extra cups and silverware and when one of my grandchildren's blood sugar level began dropping, he quickly provided me with the food necessary to raise her sugar level.

Order didn’t come out for over 15 minutes, when I asked for my food it had obviously been sitting for a while. Then I found they only gave me half my food, I was feeding my family of 4 including myself. I didn’t find out that until I was home. It was significant enough I had to go back and when I asked for a manager they told me they didn’t speak English, we are in a predominantly English speaking area, so they were lying so they didn’t have to deal with me. They did give me the rest of my cold food while laughing at me as they did it. Awful food, awful service, took forever and liars. Won’t be going to this location ever again, there are 4 others within the same driving distance, I’d suggest visiting one of them.

Restaurant was absolutely filthy outside, garbage everywhere, along with a dead animal in front of the door. Walked in and used a self serve kiosk. Looking for a table none were clean. French fries from the night before on the floor and booths in multiple (we went for breakfast). Service was slow and extremely rude. I asked for the manager and he was confrontational and attempted to be threatening at one point. Overall experience was terrible. I really have never had a good experience here and feel this location should be closed.

This is one of the McDonald's where you get really bad customer service. They're always chattering when you pull up to the speaker and you can hear their personal conversations I've had a couple times where they were unable to take my payment because they were so busy on their personal telephone call I had to wait for them to get done with their car before I could paint for my order they never greet you they never say thank you or you're welcome or when you say thank you they never say you're welcome they just hand you your stuff and close the window awful place here with customer service

This is one busy McDonald's!! Drive thru is two lanes and full. Try to get in lane one. Yes they are marked. One of the few McDonald's with a playland in tact. Employeevare busy but friendly. Give them some slack! They're human. If there's a mistake, please don't be rude or shout. It doesn't make you look good.
I've seen them go beyond when fixing customers issues. Too many rude customers. I come here because the food is good, the employees are nice and I get value for my dollar.

I don't get the super negative reviews this place has... I never had an issue going here. Sometimes they are slow with service but my order has never had any major issues with it. They tend to overfill the sundae cups and they do get a bit melty because of it, but otherwise my orders have been fine. They are generous with the hot fudge on sundaes, and my food has always been hot and ready.

I have been living here 25 with the most disgusting service from a McDonalds facility all Hispanic workers, beyond lazy, they are liars and act like wannabe managers all including one with awful morales and manners named Sofia . The smoothbrain they had working the window tonight apparently isn't capable of handling two speakers at once. I sat at the speaker for more than 5 minutes while several cars in the other lane just straight up left without ordering, when I pulled up to the window they tried to explain it away as "we only have four people here" as if that somehow makes a three-car line a busy night and mandates that three of the four workers be standing in the same drive-thru window. They said I had to go around again because I was "skipping??" YOU SKIPPED ME!! And you started making the order as soon as I got there, that's how the app works! I've spent a lot of time working in service industry and want to know why four people can't handle making two orders (mine and the one other vehicle that actually placed an order instead of just leaving)

For some reason this location thinks it's best to put someone always in the drive-through pay window who either doesn't speak English, or likes to even talk to tell me my total or to count my change back, not even in Spansish, which I can kind of speak. She never smiles and just scowls at you like you are bothering her and she is annoyed by just being there. I'm sure you could put her in the back of the house where you don't have to deal with people. I always leave the drive through in a worse mood after dealing with her. Fix this.

This is an odd McDonald's, because it appears to be mostly kiosk based ordering if you go inside. That isn't a huge deal to me personally, but some people will be deterred by that. I typically go here for breakfast while my car is getting worked on. The breakfast is always hot, fresh, and quick. Ordered via app well before closing. App alerts me that the order is ready. I go to the drive thru and they refuse to answer the intercom or open the window and yell through the window "it's closed." McDonald's still charged my card too.

Worst McDonald’s and customer service I have ever experienced. So unprofessional. I was the ONLY person in the drive through during a snow storm, ordered 2 things one of which being a McDouble. My McDouble came with Big Mac sauce and onions that I requested not be on there. Tried to call back and spent 30 minutes waiting for someone just to answer. When they finally answered I could hear people talking and asked for management, only to be ignored and hung up on. Just pathetic, and this is not the first or second problem encountered at the hwy 100 and Layton location.

Wanted to take my kids just to get out of the house, and we very rarely eat fast. It took the cashier a comically long time to imput 3 happy meals. It literally over 6 minutes. The food took just as long as a nice sit-down restaurant. I guess they the good part is the food order was correct.

This location has the most generous and kind person working for them named Taylor. I regularly visit here and respect her professionalism. I have seen Taylor interact with guests who range from pleasant to a few who are a little out of line, and she keeps the same standard of humility and patience regardless. Taylor is an individual most should attempt to model themselves after.

I will not return to this location again during evening hours. My experience was just horrible. I went through the drive thru and sat there waiting for one of the employees to do their job and greet me. I literally had to go around and see if lobby was open. Yes, when I went in, not one employee was working but acting as they were hanging out at the mall. I asked if the drive thru was still open, and instead of a polite yes, I received a rude yea with a shoulder shrug. I went back thru, and I still waited until I said hello loudly 3 times. At this point, a female employee gave me an attitude, did not respond to my questions, and did not even tell me the total or that I could pull forward. When I pulled up to window they hand me a mocha frappa which I said was not mine, then hands me the cheeseburger happy meal and when I opened(already home) they never gave me the apples but put 4 nuggets instead. Now, what 4-year-old wants 2 main items and NO apples. Not mine!!! So I am not a very happy mother right now. The shift manager needs to be replaced and the rest of the employees should go through more training!!!
