I tell the staff here and everyone listening that this is the best McDonald’s in south Milwaukee by a mile! The management is to be congratulated. It is the BEST PREPARED food because the cooks are great, the presentation is exactly how McDonald’s wants it to be, the food is fresh, and the employees are kind and display courtesy. Their fries are outstanding! Reminds me of McDonald’s growing up in the 60’s. It has a nice two-lane drive-thru menu with easy lit-up display, conscientious employees who demonstrate leadership with questions or follow-up (so you feel listened to as a customer), and are always correcting or perfecting the quality of their service. They had a couple of employees I had a problem with on the night shift, with rudeness and incorrect orders, not to mention a lack of cooperation, but they have picked up the pace and got these quality issues resolved. They have a nice stream of customers always going through, and are so superior to the McDonald’s located on Oklahoma and S. 76th! (The Oklahoma location has some really “different”, almost strangely prepared food!). I tend to love the food along with the service at this location so much more. Remember, not all McDonald’s are equal so make sure you always go to the best one. This is it! And —they are open 24 hours. Make it your stop after a movie, a game or a bar outing. No one told me to say all of these things. They are just really good! My congratulations to the management at this Greenfield location on S. 76th.

One day I was there with my Grandma and we ordered two Big Macs with no middle buns! So I've been just disgusted with the steak egg and cheese sandwiches!!! It use to be my favorite thing to eat at McDonald's .
That is until covid came and they took it off the menu, since then I have had nothing but awful experiences.
I'm a caregiver, so I'm always in the go, and it's use to be convenient to get some breakfast after working 48 hours straight. Now it's nothing be grizzly and disgusting meat and yet I try to give it chance after change at many locations and every time it's nasty. I literally just bought 3 steak egg and cheese mc muffin ls and ever one of them was mixed with tenden grizzly nastiness. I haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time, I just wanted coffee. They used to be able to give me a vanilla latte. Tonight she said "she can't". So I ordered the caramel, but she gave me the iced kind instead, but it's not carmel flavor, it tasted like spent grease. Half the people there arent working much. Most people order on the online little panel things. Theres orders at the counter and no one picks them up. My order number was 191 and there were order there from 172 to 183 still there. In the soda area there we no straws or napkins. Trash bin were over filled with trash. Wish people would work harder. I had all but given up on drive through service. From anywhere. 99 out of 100 they screw your order up. Even simple ones. What a breath of fresh air, or at the very least, a stroke of good luck, this place is. Got off work at midnight, in Waukesha. I live by the lake, so I searched for any open restaurants along the way home. The freeway is blocked off for construction, so I’m stuck on back/side roads. Popped in here for a quick bite. Let's be real here - we are not eating and comparing the taste of a burger from a place like 5 guys to a place like McDs. They are not on the same level. This review gets a 5 bc you get what you came for.

I have gone to this location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My order has always been accurate. Special requests always followed. My food came out hot and fresh. Fries were salty and crispy. Frappe came out unmelted and cold.

This location has an outdoor eating area and as always - ordering on the app has many deals and coupons. The establishment, including the bathroom, are very clean. The parking lot has a good flow to it and there is no garbage.

I stopped at the McDonald's location on south 76th Street on my way to work on 8/25 at 10:00pm. I ordered a Double Fliet-O-Fish w/extra tarter, cost me $6.93. While at work, I opened the bag and noticed that the container was too small for what I ordered, opened the container and there was a regular fish sandwich. Used to be a great looking McDonald's back when it was Solid Gold McDonald's years ago with all the nice memorabilia and the Mac Tonight animatronic in the back. Now it's the ugliest McDonald's I've seen and that's saying a lot with nearly all of them have been remodeled to look bland and ugly (aka "clean," "modern" nonsense). Food, like all McDonald's, has always been pretty awful for as long as I can remember and hasn't really gotten any better. The only difference now is you have to pay more for low quality food so it's not even the "cheap food if you're desperate" place and because the atmosphere has been ruined by the awful remodeling there's really no reason to go here unless you wanna try some new thing they might have like their grimace shake then don't come back until the next thing.
