ALWAYS ask for a receipt, this is not the first time and don’t expect it to be the last that I’m missing something after going through the drive thru. I ordered a Big Mac meal and a 6 piece nugget. Tell me how you’re going to put my sauce in the bag but not my nuggets? Didn’t receive a receipt, and I didn’t notice until I got home. Disappointed but not surprised.

Ordered a couple fish sandwiches with extra pickles and lettuce on both. They got that right, but my complaint is slice of cheese, NOT! Honestly if it gets any smaller, you'll never find it. Not even a third of an average slice of cheese. Very disappointed. It used to be at least half a slice, now it's less than a third. 😔 You should not advertise cheese on your sandwiches if you aren't going to put any on it.

I come here quite often and always ask for my fries cook to order and normally they come perfect, hot, and crispy. Today upon being handed them in the drive through I reached in the bag to feel a moderately warm, flimsy/soggy, 3/4 full fry. I said I had asked for the fries cook to order at which she bluntly replied “they just came up” I told her they definitely did not at which she just more insistently replied again. “They just came up”. At that point I realized this was a waste of my time, wished her a good day, and drove off with my sad fries. -Sincerely, someone who can tell the difference between a fresh hot crispy and moderately warm flimsy fry.

Drive thru messed up my order, when I got the receipt after paying (before I even got my food) I brought up the issue. They refused to fix their mistake and basically said tough luck.

Worst service ever, bad attitude from the manager when not paying card and paying cash, atleast got our food right but didn't get the frappe. Waited 10 minutes but one of the workers child came in with another person and every worker focused on the kid instead of working. Very great staff experience. I was late getting my order due to watching the last minutes of the Packer game. They remade everything hot for me and cheered on our Packer win together. A McDonalds where mustard is a delicacy, only given out by employees and in the smallest portion I've ever seen. I ask for "extra mustard" every time and my sandwiches receive just enough to question whether the workers forgot the mustard (4-5 drops). You then have to wait for minutes as the workers have to reapply a single condiment. The condiment worker must get offended when asking for 'more mustard' and will proceed to drown your sandwich in retaliation.

I can’t rate the food this transaction, because I never got assistance. The girl at the drive through said hold one minute. After five minutes and her not returning, another Car and I both left. Every freaking time I come for ice cream "The machine is down". Sometimes it's around 3 hours before closing that the ice cream machine is mysteriously broken again. Most of the time the food is hard and dry. The kids who work the drive thru are always very sweet, but the ladies working inside... not so much. Can't speak much to the atmosphere since I don't go in. But wow, the staff is so great! They are always so kind and seem happy to work there, which I would never guess that they are. In particular, there are two women who are just the most genuine and sweetest ladies! Always smiling and wishing me a wonderful day. I wish I knew their names. Sometimes if I'm having a rough day I'll treat myself to a frappe and hope they're the ones working. They just brighten my day so much. Also, their frappes are the bomb diggity. The pure perfection of the whipped cream and caramel is art.

This is the third time our order was messed up. Will not be back again. First time wrong order. The second time everything was cold and the third time chicken sandwich burnt bun and only pickles on it . On their sign show you two chicken sandwich, fries and a coke which looks like a full meal but when you order it they tell you that is two different meals.
