The lady in the drive through window was rude (I normally don’t complain but I don’t think anyone would want to deal with her attitude) and should not be in customer service. The guy double checked that we ordered a hot fudge sundae then gave us a Carmel sundae. And all of our food was cold when they handed it to us (great for a sundae but not fries or nuggets).

There have been amazing employees who seem to go out of their way to ensure proficiency (ie. Amy) who have a limited capacity… and then there are times I barely even get the right order. When I question missing items I’m told after employee asks management twice that they’re out of apple slices. This afternoon, despite being charged for such & missing ranch dressing for my 5 yr olds Chix nugget happy meal… I return few hours later & explain that they should update their app if they are out of an item to be financially fair to customers so I could choose another item,… I was told they had no idea what I was talking about & had plenty of apple slices for happy meals.
I’m not entirely sure what to believe, that’s why I’ve started checking my happy meal order before I leave each & every time because something is always missing, takes too much time to contact & complain when you use a facility numerous times a week for a quick lunch and wind up missing items at drive thru when you try to pre order on app to save time and ensure accuracy.
Very disappointing, I wish they’d bring back the employees who are slightly impaired. They truly care about customers needs & ensure the orders are correctly delivered and always remember your name & greet you with smile.
They have also removed healthy salad options & the grilled chicken and yogurt parfait leaving me to choose other restaurant options, it’s unfortunate.
My daughter and her girlfriend ordered plain cheese burgers through app. They were delivered covered in onions, pickles, ketchup & mustard. After already missing ranch dressing for her Chix nuggets & apples slices at lunch time. I was forced to repay & reorder for new delivery because I didn’t have 3 car seats so I couldn’t just leave and go pick up. I just don’t understand & am exhausted of calling to complain about missing items & then being told by employees on next shift that there are no shortages. This is just getting to be suspicious and I don’t appreciate conflicting information… I pay for a convenience,… I continue to miss items I’m charged for. Quality has gone down hill since they let special needs employees go. Disappointing as a healthcare provider, we look forward to seeing familiar faces & knowing peoples names, ie. Amy, they took responsibility and were very proud & helpful in resolving simple issues.

The service is good, the food is good, but the app constantly tells me I'm not connected to the internet - even when connected to YOUR WIFI - so it's very difficult to place a mobile order. Only after 10-15 attempts does it seem to finally work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as enabling/disabling my internet. I know this isn't something this individual location can control, but perhaps you can pass the word up to corporate that your app doesn't work properly. This has been happening for a few weeks now. 3 times I have ordered a shamrock shake online. Still have yet to get one. Every time I go they say they can’t make it. One we all know what’s up and even if the shake mixer is broke, you can turn it off as an option for online ordering and it’ll say currently not available. I’ll let the area director know. Wizards.

The redesign is terrible. Not sure who came up with this, but they really need to go back to the drawing board on this one. I suggest they tear it down and start over. The drive-thru is great in the morning--fast and efficient, and friendly staff. Visiting in the after is a different story, especially if you dining in. It's a very unpleasant experience. I really don't feel comfortable begging for napkins, ketchup, or a refill. And the atmosphere is dark, bland, and unwelcoming. We go to the McDonald's on the other side of town now for dining in. Actually, now that I think about it, I find myself eating at home more now, which is probably a good thing.

This location gives the public less than a halfway chance of a good experience. We've ordered delivery services from here several times over the last couple years, and you have less than a 50% chance of getting all your food. You're more likely to have something missing than to have everything you paid for. Apparently, 50% of the people that work there can't count between 3 and 10. Either that or they just don't care. Either way, order inside if you want to get everything. The drive-thru is just as bad. I challenged the manager this morning to retrain her staff, but then again, she couldn't even get things right. It's 10 items. Just 10 items. It's not hard.

I had an excellent experience with this team! After another location messed up my order, I didn’t have time to return there to fix it, so I stopped at this location to see if they could help. The general manager was incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my order was corrected.

The food was prepared quickly, tasted great, and was put together with care—unlike some places that just throw things together without attention to detail. This it used to be a great location for eating, but with the new design is the worst I eve encountered with Mccdonad's, if the owners wanted to save on employees, there it is. If I could give 0 I would I bought my KIDS happy meals and myself a Big Mac meal, my other child refused to finish her happy meal but my son is autistic so it’s difficult to get him try thing so his go to is happy meals when we are out and about. First time giving such a low rating. Newly remodeled and worse then ever. Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with some ingredients excluded. Recieved burger missing what was suppose to be on there and what I took off was on the burger. They redid it and gave it back after a long wait then the second one was raw. I mean raw. I had taken several bites before I realized. I took it back up and before I could say anything the guy behind the counter goes that's disgusting. Ya think?!!. They did refund me my entire meal. Been going to this McDonald's for most of my life. I've never had a complaint, though I will say when it's late at night service tends to get slower (I usually come here when I return from a trip and sometimes when I have a late night return flight and come here it gets super slow). Worst experience ever. There were employees fighting outside while we were waiting for our curbside order which I had to go in and physically get after sitting for 20 minutes. The food was cold. The food was wrong which I had to turn around and go back because they didn't put a chicken nuggets in my daughter's CHICKEN NUGGET HAPPY MEAL. Always horrible service at that McDonald's in Hales Corners. The staff is always rude. You have to get there attention. It's pathetic. Management just stands there and stares never helps. But the fact you have such ghetto employees fighting on duty in there uniforms outside the restaurant is pathetic.

Places a mobile order for pick-up. My card was charged and received an email confirmation. Got there at 8:45pm to pick up my order and the lobby was locked already. Drive thru…3 cars already parked waiting for food. I’m asked to pull up and wait too. Wait 10 minutes, food comes out cold and stale.

Not a soul inside the building eating. Staff standing around, person the brought our food said they were busy, but he had time for a smoke break in front of the door you enter in after he brought the food. Offered me replacement food but I would have to wait as they just started fries. Asked for refund, manager was confused how to accomplish that too.

This place is embarrassing and should be shut down and turned into a gravel quarry. I can’t fathom paying that staff nearly $14 dollars an hour.

You have to get a refund through the store at which you paid. When we tried to call the store, their phone was temporarily unavailable. Waited 10 minutes for someone to finally take my order at the drive-through while taking orders from the other lane. I then ordered my iced caramel coffee which was 3/4 of the way full and was the worst tasting iced coffee I’ve gotten from a McDonald’s.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve experienced. Time and time again they mess up my order, forget the sauce. They’ve given me other peoples orders.. today one drive thru lane kept going and going, I literally went into the other lane and explained the problem and the guy didn’t even care. I’m done with this place and McDonald’s in general.

This looks to be your typical McDonald’s on a busy intersection, but there is much to this particular restaurant.

We usually stop here on our trips to northern Wisconsin, typically a Saturday or Sunday. This past visit was on a Sunday during July 4 week. As we pulled into the parking lot, both lanes for the drive-through were extremely full. We decided to go inside to order and were immediately taken care of, even though we had intended to order at the kiosk.

We placed our order and decided to hit the washroom while we waited for our food. Upon the return to the front window, we found that our food was already waiting for us. As we walked out back to our car, we saw that both lanes had been nearly completely taken care of, but with many more cars just entering.

We took our dog for a walk on the grass near where we parked, pulled out of the parking lot onto Forest Home Rd., zipped through the roundabout and continued north on 108th
to Interstate 43.

Elapsed time: less than 15 minutes… Oh, yeah, the food was still hot and tasty. Kudos to all the workers and management here. Highly recommended..
