I ordered a deluxe McCrispy chicken meal adding pickles with a strawberry shake, and ranch snack wrap (only because I wanted to try it). The snack wrap was edible but chicken is nothing like their pictures. (I fed half to my dog, and I wouldnt go out of my way for it) The McCrispy (no pickles) was so dried out it was like shoe leather. I threw it away! I wouldnt even feed my dog this crap. $16 dollars for a strawberry shake and french fries. They might as well close McDonalds in Holmen if this is the quality of food!

They always make the food correctly, unlike some other places. It is 99% of the time fresh/hot as well, sometimes I need to let the chicken nuggets cool down before eating because of how fresh they are. They also make excellent coffees.

Conveniently located to business and residential, CLEAN to the point of immaculate in all areas of the public view and use. Attentive and hospitable staff members, dressed in clean uniforms unlike many restaurants AND McDonalds restaurants, service was fast, efficient and accurate, employees cleaning, organizing and straightening, manager checking on customers in dining area. What a pleasure to have my breakfast.....sausage biscuit and coffee for the 4 mornings I visited Holmen this fall. Will be back next October.

Fairly nice place on the spectrum of McDonald's. They're always clean. And service is usually pretty fast. Most employees are usually nice. I come through drive thru frequently with some autistic people I work with. Most of the workers we get are understanding and will allow us to place orders for everyone in the car. As each person pays for their own meal and needs a receipt for their financial records. Most Employees are understanding that it is hard to bring three or four autistic adults inside (when the lobby is open outside of a pandemic) Usually if I explain that they will allow us to place our orders. Every once in a while though we get an employee who is the "rules are rules" and enforce the two orders per car policy. Which sucks for us. But it's understandable. This place is usually our preferred fast food stop. So we continue to stop and try our luck in the drive thru. It's always a fun treat that everyone enjoys!

I just left from this location and I can't believe how well it's ran. I am on a business trip and decided to go out to complete some work versus sitting in my boring room where I'm overnighting. All of the staff were in good spirits, the lobby was maintained exceptionally well, all were polite, and the general environment was very gracious and inviting. The manager (I think) politely notified me that the lobby was closing soon and this was good he notified me. I had thought it was open until 11, but that was okay because the internet worked so well that I finished even more work than I'd initially expected. Lol. Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to and I travel out of state A LOT.

Play place is a lot of fun for kids! Food order is almost always wrong and ordering through the drive thru is hard because they either can’t hear or they don’t care. When I’ve tried to correct an order on the screen they say “yup I’ve got that” even though that’s not what the screen says. When we get the food - it’s not correct and it’s made the way it was listed on the screen. Also in the drive thru they constantly cut you off and say “is that everything” before I even get a moment to start the next meal. It’s rude and annoying. Food has always easily doubled in price in the last couple years. This used to be more affordable than dining at home, now I can get a pizza that feeds my family for 2 days for 1/2 the cost of McDonalds.

I have never found items in my food, there was a small oddly spiked lug nut in my fries. I don't know what else to say, I can only assume part of your machinery fell into my food. We didn't not want to waste more gas bringing it back out there, and they said they were unable to refund by phone. I did not want coupons, I wanted a refund.
The women I spoke to was entirely rude and unprofessional, understandable that it is hard to believe as it is. I do t care how much I spent or didn't spend, speaking to a customer in the manner she did is sad.

Went there and ordered two cheeseburgers, two large fries and one smoothie. $36. Despicable. The kiosks are awful to use and I'd like to think im fairly tech savvy. 2nd issue is that i ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my kid and they forgot to put the nuggets in it. I had to go back to counter and get them which wasnt a big deal, however, if this was the drive-thru, I probably wouldn't have realized til we got home. After receiving a burnt Steak and egg bagel that cost me $7.59, I decided the cost of the sandwich was too much for me to simply not at least get my money back. that will not cause serious waits is as ridiculous as turning off an ice cream machine and saying it's not working. We waited 20 minutes for a pie, the guy next to us waited 15, I'm sorry we all know they aren't fresh. This location has consistently had issues and staff have had excuses for why advertised products are either cold or need excessive amounts of time to make.
