I ordered through the app. They did not add the extra mayo I paid for on the McChicken. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and It was not blended and when I brought it up the answer was for the staff member to grab a spoon and mix it up without putting on gloves or washing her hands. The staff member also had painted finger nails. I get the McFlurry because the Oreos are blended with with blender thingy it makes the Oreos softer and easier to eat as I am still recovering from surgery. My toddler won't eat the McChicken without the extra mayo.

The service and the workers of this McDonalds just suck. They aren’t polite, they talk down on you, they never make sure you have everything. We sat at the window for two minutes while they just stood there looking at us while we were waiting to ask for the item we never received. If you pay on the mobile app and they run out of something, they never tell you either. They just give you the wrong food. This place sucks.

Update: still sucks. My family and I went to McDonald’s last night just after midnight since they changed their hours to one am. Our nuggets were beyond soggy and our fries were rock hard. We also had to pull forward and we waited 16 minutes for nuggets, fries, and McChickens. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand how they can get your food wrong EVERY single time when it says what’s supposed to be on it ON THE RECEIPT.

I live in Indiana and visited the McDonald's in Hudson Wisconsin and left my phone there by accident. About an hour down the road i realized i left my phone. I called and talked to Daneesha and also Henry the manager. They graciously said they would FedEx my phone to my home in Indiana. In 3 days i received my phone. This was great service!! They will give you incorrect sauces for online orders. I paid for 2 BBQ, 2 Buffalo and 2 Ranch. I received 4 ranch for some reason? Seems very intentional or lazy ESPECIALLY because I can see very clearly on McDonald’s large receipt with large font they listed the correct sauces very clearly. I do not tolerate simple “mistakes” from fast food employees I have about 5 years of experience and it’s a very easy job to do correctly unless you don’t care and nobody wants to spend hard earned money and consume food made by people who don’t care.

I noticed this location doesn't focus on the task at hand. The Order Takers and Order Fulfillment employees are so busy stocking cups and lids that they screw up on their primary task!!

HORRIBLE! Every single time I’ve ordered they’ve gotten nearly everything wrong. No sauce, wrong size fry but making us pay for the largest size EVEN IF WE DIDN’T ORDER IT, too much soda, nuggets are cooked horribly, and one time they even gave us someone else’s order! Went thru the drive thru on our way back from the airport. 5 adults in the car, ordered 5 meals. Get to the window, we get shorted one entire order. When asked, they got mad. Said that’s not what you ordered. We said we have 5 people in the car, if we didn’t pay for one, then please bill us for it. Diet Coke tasted awful (which is unusual because they have the best!) Then one of the quarter pounders that we ordered was RAW. When we handed it back the Night Manager was pissed. Terrible customer service.

We were given the wrong order. We showed the pick up window person our receipt, and after reviewing it, he couldn't figure it out. He gave it to what seemed to be an assistant manager. She reviewed the receipt and asked us to go park. We politely refused. We pre-ordered and were on a time constraint. That person got a manager involved who grabbed the order and reviewed our receipt. She then asked us while reading the receipt if that was our order. We confirmed that it was. Within 30 seconds she had our order. She didn't say anything to us as she walked away. I said, "Sorry!"to which she replied, "no problem!". I said, "Ummm, YOU are the one who should have apologized to us for the trouble because this was your fault!". She just stood there with a blank look on her face. We drove away. Something so simple turned into such a production.

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile doordash order pickup and multiple people came in, got food, and left (including another doordasher) before I got mine. This is kind of a difficult review to write. I think the food here is above average for McDonald’s. The staff are generally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, there are a lot of issues when going through the drive through. Don’t hesitate to make sure every single thing you ordered is present. This location of notorious for shorting sandwiches and drinks. They will tell you correct number of sandwiches are in the bag, but they often are wrong.

Very nice staff and clean eating area. There has been two times my coffee order was NOT drinkable, first time the ice was not blended smooth enough and it was like drinking sharp chunks of ice. Second time, The iced caramel macchiato was made and look and tasted like pure milk with caramel on the bottom. I think they forgot the coffee. They remade it both times and it tasted better. I hope for improvement in the coffee area!!

I tried hard to look for the good in people an in situations. However my experience at this McDonald's location it is challenging to even see a silver lining. The best part was leaving before I exploded it how rude and disrespectful the manager was who I interacted with. When I first arrived at this location that by the way I've been going to on and off for 30 years, I expected I would have a good visit as I've never had a negative experience at this restaurant. However tonight was different as I arrived at 8:50 p.m. with all intentions of getting my meal and eating it in the lobby when I went up to the South entrance which is the main entrance to go in the lobby to avoid walking past drive-thru on the north side, I found both doors to be locked. I double checked and saw that the stated lobby closing time was 10:00 p.m. so I wondered what was up and there appeared to be enough workers in there but I did not know. I proceeded to go to the drive-thru which they had two of them. When I went in the Drive-Thru, I waited for a minute or two and finally someone came to the speaker I asked the question why was the lobby locked and they said they didn't know. I can't fault to drive through person for that then I said I generally get a side of slivered onions is there going to be a problem with that before I order because they generally don't charge for them. I waited over 2 minutes for a response and heard some clicking sounds on the speaker so I thought maybe the person went to check with the manager. I'm not sure what happened and I got fed up and was going to leave but then I went to the other drive-through and asked to speak with the manager. The mail manager on duty came to the phone and I asked him why the lobby was closed and he said it was not and I said I went to the South doors and they're both locked. He told me the North side was open and that didn't make much sense why you wouldn't have the entire lobby open especially since most of the people park on the south side and the north side has the risk of parking and walking across the drive-thru Lane. . The conversation didn't feel good by the tone of his voice or the attitude that I perceive but I decided to go into the lobby so I wouldn't have any trouble with my coupon or with getting my order right. When I went in the north side of the lobby the young manager with dark hair came to the counter and I asked his first name again as I did at the drive-thru and he refused to give it to me I identified myself by giving my name and I found it strange to refuse to give me his name and I asked him and told him it didn't feel very friendly and welcoming to not give me his name as I was trying to be friendly and then his response was "oh well" which clearly was said in a smart aleck way like he didn't care about me or if anyone was going to complain on him or what anyone thought.. then he asked me if I was going to order. And I responded that I changed my mind and was not going to do business at this restaurant. This was the only negative experience I can ever recall having at this restaurant in over 30 years and it's probably in my top two or three ever of the most rude manager I've ever met who clearly thought they were above the law and not accountable for their actions. They poorly represent McDonald's and they poorly represent this restaurant if it happens to be a franchise. This person should apologize to me in person and should not be a manager at all. I hope that his supervisors say something to him so he doesn't turn away more business. He's a huge disappointment and hopefully he can get some help and leave his attitudes at home because it definitely kept me from spending money there today and while I'm visiting town. He definitely can't handle complaints without losing his cool and lacks the emotional intelligence that's needed to be a manager.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing the drive through worker, Alyssa, for a few times now-because I frequently stop to get a coffee here. She is always very friendly and attentive, and makes my experience better. She also makes one hell of a coffee.

I have done drive through lately and staff don’t know what you are asking for it’s very frustrating like salt and pepper brought it to a manager attention her response was they don’t understand/ speak English like we do. Then teach them!! I have gone in a few times in morning to eat takes awhile for them to place my order, tables are dirty and women’s bathroom floor are sticky and with closer look they look like spots of old dirt on them I highly suggest a deep cleaning I do clean for a living it’s disgusting. Maybe it needs to be turn into inspectors!!! Food is also cold !!!
