Ok youse should just close early if you’re not going to serve fresh food! I came late after work @ 11:00pm. I was served cold fries, I mean COLD, my fish fillets were very old and stale, the edges were hard as rock!!! I will never eat late there again!!!

Not the best ran McDonalds or I have bad karma. Being a local resident and having only a handful of places to go for a quick dinner, this is one I try not to frequent. Try to rush you through even during the slowest time of the day. Only time my order wasn't screwed up is during breakfast. After giving feedback to Killian Group(owners) of past issues, nothing has really changed for the better. Missing items, rushed in and out, and treated inappropriately by manager when trying to correct an issue with rewards not going through. So far each time I filled out the survey I get a call from restaurant manager offering free meals, this latest one is pending and will assume it will go the same way.

Hard to avoid when you have very limited options on restaurants to choose from for last minute meal, but I be trying my hardest to avoid it as much as possible in the future.

I recommend taking the extra time to drive to a different McDonald's or pay the little extra and go to Culver's.

I rated what I did because I placed an app order and it gave me the option for table service so I selected that and they refused to serve my order to the table the staff left me no choice but to retrieve my order from the front counter and by then my order was already partially melted I am not satisfied with the service or the tastefulness of my order the service here at Jackson's location sucks the staff need to adjust their attitudes and how they treat their guests DO BETTER!!!!

ZERO STARS!! I have never written on of these, but my experience at this McDonalds was so HORRIBLE we will never go back. The staff was the worst I’d ever experienced, rude, unprofessional!! One female worker was very loudly complaining about customers & the fact that they were all complaining about terrible service. She was very loudly saying we can’t get orders right, but we’re getting paid. It made no sense! When I asked where our order was (two people who ordered after us had gotten their food) she SCREAMED at me that she was doing the best she could. The wait for our food was RIDICULOUS, & the food was not edible. Tasted terrible & was very sloppy. We threw it away after paying $20. While we were there , one guy returned his food, because of the taste & they made him another burger.
Save yourself the stress of eating here. Go to Culver’s a block away!!!

This newly renovated McDonald's is a worthy choice. Staff was fast to put my family's order together. The food was made fresh and tasty.

What also impresses me is how this local chain runs fundraisers for various schools and charities. When we walked in, they finished writing a giant check for the elementary school.

I recently stopped by this McDonald’s and had a bit of a mixed experience. I grabbed a burger and fries through the drive-thru. The burger was spot-on—fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving—but the fries weren’t as crispy or fresh as I would’ve liked, which was a little disappointing.

Since they were in the middle of remodeling the lobby, I can understand that things might be a bit off. The staff was friendly, and my order was correct, so I’ll give them a pass for now. Hopefully, after the renovations, everything will be top-notch.

Bought mocha Frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso on app. Went through drive thru and they said "sorry our espresso machine is broken and ill have to take the $1.80 loss" lol. I had the steak, egg and cheese bagel. Just as good as the ones we used to get years ago. Please don't ever let it leave again...lol. I received very quick service by a very polite young person (boy that makes me sound really old). I have ALWAYS received polite, quick and accurate service. The food was done perfectly and served at the perfect temperature. I have McDonald's more than I probably should admit. My orders have always been correct and served with a smile. I have never received an inaccurate order. If you haven't been there in awhile I recommend you try it again. I have been completely pleased with everything there.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Don’t come to this location. I was yelled at in the window by Jill over some whipped cream on a frappe. I drove back and forth a total of 3 times because of my order being messed up, that plus the rude customer service of Jill and the manager Jack who wasn’t very understanding or listened to me when I tried speaking and walked away mid sentence. I live in Jackson and I was also an assistant manager for that exact location. So I’m so disappointed in how I was treated. I’m never rude and I’m always polite. Jill always had an attitude and clearly it’s getting worse and something needs to be done about it. Again don’t go to this location if you don’t want to be treated like garbage, getting the second window slammed in your face and getting wrong food.

Below I added the picture of the frappe that “had whipped cream and drizzle” I took the picture driving home I had not taken a sip. Then the two sausage muffins that they gave me when I had asked for 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Drove back and forth a total of 3 separate times. All the rest of my food was cold at home.
