I usually don’t leave reviews but this McDonald been doing it for a while now.. I am the type of person that understands when workers are having a bad day etc but this already reached my limit. The service you receive will depend on how the workers day are going. Last time we order breakfast we place the order at 10:30 yes I know their breakfast usually ends at 11:00 so it’s half an hour early, they went ahead and cancel my order no explanation no nothing.

Previous that incident their frappe machine is never working especially at night, and last time I got one my frappe had plastic in it and a blue liquid which I found disgusting..keep in mind that I am pregnant. This is absolutely unacceptable… I could share other experience. Honestly I am not a fan of McDonalds but I get cravings here and there and can’t help it. But for them to do this often is really messed up!

Here is a thought if you have people waiting in line forever for food, give the drinks out the pay window for people that are sitting in front of the pay window when that’s the only thing they’ve ordered instead of running around checking to see if the line has moved back-and-forth and back-and-forth Give your clients their sodas at the pay window. Kid on his phone certainly had time to get 1 Coke. That’s all I ordered. Drive through screens broke down. Staff state hours cut. Customer service right out the window:

Ordered 3 value meals and 10 piece nuggets. We checked our order at the window when they handed it to us and was no nuggets. Informed the guy and the manager came over and said they are just trying to get free food. I said check the bags but they wouldn't. I was charged and paid for them. We got our nuggets but we're inedible. Flat dark colored cold nuggets. I think they were old ones not sellable.

Ordered a large combo and a happy meal, the employee at the window gave us 2 regular sized drinks instead of the large drink and kids drink that I ordered. Common mistake, but yet I was made to look like the bad guy because I mentioned it and showed on my receipt that my drink order was not correct. The employee at the window began to argue with me. He said "give me back the drinks then" and immediately after changed his mind and said "Nevermind I can't take food back through the window." I asked how he wanted to handle this, could I pay for another set of drinks? he says "not at this window" I jokingly said "So I got downgraded without asking?" he snaps at me that "the drinks cost the same?"

Great. That wasn't the point I was trying to get across. The point was not only were they not the correct size, they weren't the correct drinks at all. I wasn't going to give my 7 year old a regular sized soda when I had ordered a milk for him. I just wanted the drinks I paid money for. The drinks were not corrected. I got home to find that my large fries were barely filled and my kids fries were dumped all over the inside of his happy meal box. Asking for something that you paid for to be corrected doesn't need an argument.

If you ask for less ice in your beverage, they will short you your entire beverage instead of offering you extra milk seems kind of extravagantly cheap on their end. Also, they seem quickly annoyed by asking if they would put extra milk in to provide the replacement of the ice.

Update: 2nd visit I used the Mobile app.
Ordered at 6:59am finally got food after calling the store and being told they had no order, then he said woops it's right here and 17 minutes later I got cold breakfast sandwiches delivered to my car by a young man with his hoodie up vaping all the way.

1st window was great cashier was pleasant, 2nd window gal could care less if her chatting was holding up the line or order was correct.

Beware of using the app at this location!
On march 14th I placed an order on the app and proceeded to the store drive thru where I was told my order was canceled by Steve. Confused I drove around again and asked to speak to the manager who promptly repeated the same info and advised me that my refund would take a few days. It been over a week and no refund. So my question is who canceled my order and is your app secure and when will I get an explanation. After contacting corporate I was advised that they contacted the restaurant and did not receive any answer after 72 hours and promptly closed my case? So I called corporate office and explained my case with the case number and she acted like she was reading from a script and could not answer my questions. Hopefully this review will prompt a response and a refund!

I was here at the Mcdonald’s the other day and I was waiting for my food when I witnessed a horrible looking man start getting loud and cursing out other workers for no apparent reason. I believe the name was Dominick, from what i heard others refer to him as, but he made me extremely uncomfortable by the way he was talking to the others! Needs mental help, may God bless his soul bc there’s definitely something wrong with him. Hopefully they get this taken care of because besides this , the store is usually great.

Went threw the drive threw to get my mobile order 2nd car to the window and they give my food to the car in front of me. Then pass it back threw the window after digging threw the bag. Wich then the 3 ppl standing at the window are now also finger banging my food to figure out why it's the wrong order. I get to the window finally to get my food which had now made its way around the corner to were u couldnt see about 1 minute later our food comes around the corner and it looks like someone had a fight with the fries. So anyway I have 3 ppl that play with money all day touching my food that my kids are about to eat also a random Stanger in there car also touches everything. Im sorry but I worked fast food n legally you need to be wearing gloves or you hands dont go in the bag like at all. If I wasn't on a time crunch to get to work I would have taken action. This is why ya have a receipt on the bag so u know who order is what in drive threw.

I ordered a simple fillet-o-fish I open the box and the sandwich looks like it was thrown down the stairs. I also order 40 chicken nuggets and asked for 6 bbq sauces and had to pay .40 cents for 2 extra sauce packs and I didn’t get any of the sauces. The girl who took my order was either very new or on drugs. There was a pregnant woman working in sweats and a regular t-shirt with her stomach showing. The bathrooms were filthy and lobby needed to be cleaned. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and paid for drink and nuggets separately. The manager gave me a med fry for the mix up. I was charged for butter cups? Who orders butter packets during dinner??? And how or why are staff allowing someone to wear sweat pants to work? Can you provide this employee with work clothes? The store was chaotic with how it was managed mostly focusing on drive through. The store remained pretty empty. Will not eat there again. Do not recommend. The toilets has pee or diarrhea in them as well, happy I ate prior to using the restroom. Also after washing hands their door has a pull handle? Hello, can you spend money on a push door? Not everyone washes their hands. That’s not sanitary!

Food was soggy fries were to salty and soggy you actually have rude team leader that yells at you and tell you that you wrong and she's right very disrespectful all what I do is I'm sorry you are having a bad day and thank you but I'm not step down to your level we are to adults here the only difference is you are very immature and I will be talking to your manager she always has an attitude and always gives me the wrong food so I go back around to let her know she said well if you know how much do I owe you tell me I just said it's ok have a good day I will be taking to the manager this happens alot with her this why I check my food before I go and show her and still I'm wrong and she is right even if the receipt says what I ordered and still she is right I always go by the drive through and I ordered the same things every day and she is the only one that does this the rest are very respectful and they know who you are they have the best smile ever and if something is wrong they don't argue they tell you it will be right out they say sorry I tell them it's ok thank you

They accepted my online in-store order. Took my money. And then had the doors locked at 9:00 a.m. with the drive-thru line onto the main street. No way to refund unless you waste 45 minutes of your life.
