Took 3 people to.figure out how to make 3 chicken nugget kids meals and two large black coffees.. they still got it wrong and gave me 2 hamburger kids meals with white milk (supposed to be chocolate) and the coffee was luke warm.

Tried ordering food through the app. Sat in the drive through with nobody there from 3:20am-3:40am about. Nobody took my order/asked why I was there, could see 2 young guys cleaning dishes, no response. Last time I was here the food was all messed up anyways. Really, really, poorly managed McDonald's.

Made an online order. UPDATE: Re-ordered after getting refunded by Uber, and ZERO sauces in the bag. Nothing. Happy that the food came, but when you charge for sauce, I should have them. Especially when ordering nuggies.
We ordered on Uber and they didn't put 9/10 items in the bag for our dinner. Tried to call, it rang the first two times, and then went straight to voicemail after that.
I get its dinner time, I work in the industry, but they did NOTHING to resolve the issue. Didn't even pick up the phone.
I wouldn't order from here. Especially online. Stick to Court Street, where they care about their customers and always try to make it right. I will not come here again. Ever.

Waited in drive thru lane in the hot sun only to be told the computer was down and they were rebooting it. Waiting another 5 minutes or more before driving off. Car in front of me got to order but could not pay at the window stuck for the same reason. No back up plan like taking an order the old fashioned way.

Horrible service, took over 30mins to get 3 happy meals after we were finally able to order, nobody even came up to take our order at first. Another worker kid complained to a customer when they asked for help and he went on rude as can be saying he’s not even supposed to be there and walked away. And it’s dirty as can be, and the fans in the play place look like they are never cleaned and have 2-3 inches of dust, and were on. Disgusting to know while kids and people are eating dust is flying everywhere and more than likely getting on your food. I honestly can’t believe they are even open.

Waited 25 mins for a chicken sandwich 2 burgers a lg fry and 2 drinks forgot my sauces has to wait another 5 to get someones attention to ask. They completely ignore the front counter and its one of the managers telling them to ignore it. If were standing there obviously its something we HAVE to ask for like the heck. Almost $4 for a plain double cheeseburger? Who does McDonald's think they are? At that point... I'll spend the extra 2 dollars for real beef and a real burger.
The service is fine... it isn't the employees fault their CEO is greedy and forgot McDonald's is cheap garbage food alternative, not a competitor.
Between the constant lack of decent service, the constant issues with machines, the constant getting wrong/raw orders... I would recommend to just avoid McDonald's all together. Order Red Robin takeout and eat a real meal for the same price as a double QP meal. Because they are no longer fast, the service is horrible because nobody is paid enough to care, and yet the company makes billions a year. I, for one, am done giving my money to a place that simply doesn't respect it's customers.

Nick at the Drive-Thru Is the Reason This McDonald’s Is a Disaster
I ordered breakfast on the McDonald’s mobile app this morning. I pulled up to the drive-thru ordering station at 10:33 after sitting in a fat line well before 10:00. I gave my code, and Nick, the drive-thru troll, immediately hit me with, “We cancelled your order since you weren’t here before 10.” Excuse me? I WAS here. I’d been trapped in their line.
Nick didn’t apologize, didn’t even pretend to care. He told me I’d be refunded. Guess what? I never was. Just like my breakfast, that refund vanished into thin air.
Nick’s attitude was pure arrogance, nothing short of fourth-ward type. Short, rude responses. Zero courtesy. A look on his face like I was personally inconveniencing him for daring to order food from the business that pays him. I’ve had bad service before, but this felt like outright spite. Whether he’s lazy, incompetent, or just enjoys messing with customers, one thing is certain: he should not be working in customer service.
If McDonald’s corporate values its brand at all, they’ll remove Nick from the front line before more customers drive away furious. This location has lost my business for good.

Absolutely unbelievable how this place is run 8-9-25 1015 am. There was no one at the counter to “TAKE MY MONEY “ on top of that the 6-8 employees that walked by said they weren’t trained to take orders. The best thing is another customer asked about his order and a janitor told him “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else “. The customer confronted the manager about the janitor and she looked and seemed disinterested in how the janitor behaved.
WOW! This is a GREAT PLACE TO AVOID. Absolutely stunning to watch this happen.

It's showing you still open while your paving your parking lot, no way in. I placed an online order this morning and somehow my order was picked up??? By who??? because no one can get into the parking lot and no one has answered the phone since 8am this morning. If I don't receive my money back I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges and report this McDonald's for theft. I saw an employee leave the building with food when I drove by at noon so I know there are people working.

I stopped by on my way home from work late at night around 11 PM and ordered a McChicken sandwich meal. Instead, I was given six nuggets and a chicken sandwich with bread that was completely stale. When I say stale, I mean it was hard as a hockey puck. I had already eaten the fries and was halfway down the highway by the time I realized, and since I live in Madison 40 minutes away it was too late to turn around or call. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Is it Opposite Day? I thought fast food was supposed to be fast. Not taking 30 mins to get a small order for two people. Also the fountain isn’t in the dining hall anymore. Had free item cards from previous group order that they had messed up. Went inside to use them with the same group had to wait unnecessarily long (they just looked at us) then when we gave her( the worker) our cards she muttered under her breath (Jesus christ). It was 3 of us total. Got our food and drinks a bit later and the rim between the lid and cup itself was filthy with black crap all over it. On top of it everyone we delt with looked obviously pissed off and/or irritated. I myself have worked in customer service/food industry for years. THIS WAS BS DO BETTER!

I give the food and atmosphere a 3 only because I did DoorDash here a few times and don’t know what their food tastes like but service is horrible. There is an area to grab DoorDash orders but nobody acknowledges you at all. I waited at least 15 minutes there for the order to be ready and in that time I saw multiple guests asking for an employee or something was wrong with their food. It’s like the people working here just flat out do t care. No customer services at all. I’m amazed this location is still open.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and an extra large hot coffee. I was walking and did not go through the drive-thru. Waited an excessive amount of time for the quarter pounder in the coffee. Immediately went back to my vehicle with the order and the coffee was room temperature and undrinkable. Odd at best. I was tight on time so I just left.

Last 3 times from this location my burgers have been partially raw. Then tonight, the Google map location says open 24 hours, all the signs on the store say open 24 hours. I like going to this location for quick food but 4 out of the last 5 times I have stopped here I have been missing half my order. When approaching employees asking if I could get the rest of my food they call for their manager and I re-explain the problem. Remaining cordial during this the manager/teams leads get combative. On top of that trying to even get someone's attention in lobby is nigh impossible. I hate giving low reviews, especially for fast food places as I know they are busy, but this has been a reoccurring pattern for months.
4/21/25 I'm done with this location. ANY time I get more than 3 items I am always missing half my order. I'm tired of paying for items I am not getting!
You are better off going somewhere else other than here.

Drive Thu is always a struggle. Even when placing the order online. Lane two is routinely not assisted in order and people constantly use it to cut in line. Just spent 15 min waiting to order as ‘the code was Zulu Romeo 83’ the drive thru women argued she had no order for this. I provided the food order she still was unable to find it. I then said zebra red 83, to which I got back oh I see. We don't have a Zulu but I see ZR83. No joke, 15 minutes for this telling me I don't have an order. On top of having to circle the building to switch from lane two to lane one as I was acknowledged on two but just skipped 2 times after that. All for an order already placed and paid for.

Love the new remodel of the store. Very spacious. The staff member Tiffany is such a good sweet worker. She helped my son out with his order to make sure he got it since the receipt thing wasn’t working and double checked with us if we needed anything else. I’ve been here before recently had didn’t have a very good experience so was worried about coming back. Tiffany has helped us have a good experience and the service has been wonderful this time. Definitely will be going back.

Trash. Long lines and no one every wants to come to the registers. I ordered a Dr pepper and they gave me a Diet coke. And since they don't have drink dispensers except for behind the counters you have to wait. I've asked 3 times over the course of 40 minutes for a drink. Avoid this mcdonalds it's the worst one in town. They play ground isn't what they used to be, they remodeled it but my daughter doesn't like it because it's to dark and most of the stuff on the playground is meant for kids that are taller yet small at the same time because the climbing stuff you need to be tall enough to grab the next level yet if your to tall your height gets in the way on all floors since the floors and ceilings are close together.

I asked to speak to a manager whose name was Sarah and she was very disrespectful and unprofessional telling me I was wrong and "we would never sell old food" I was trying to ask another question but she ignored me. Very unprofessional. Corporate will be called!! I do not recommend this McDonald's.

To the owner: After sitting in your lobby for 45 minutes waiting for a Happy Meal your staff suggested they’re short handed.
Can I give you a piece of advice in running a business?
Pay your people a living wage, treat them with dignity and respect and they won’t call in, they won’t no call no show, and they won’t quit.
What you’re dealing with today is a business model which will not last. Your customer service is terrible, your food is cold, and your staff which does show up is disgruntled.
Soak up that sweet sweet cash while you can because this location is a sinking ship.
If you’ve lost your love for owning fast food restaurants and providing great service you can be proud of while drinking Manhattans at the Country Club, SELL IT.
This location is a direct reflection to your ability to own a business… it’s poor.

You'd think all McDonald's taste the same right? I stopped eating McDonald's for a couple years because it just didn't have flavor, somethings undercooked or overcooked and missing. But this one is the best! They take a little longer but to me it feels like they focus on quality other than quantity. I just sat in line for 30 minutes and got one bag, one of the most busiest nights in town, and all of my food was ice cold. I’ve worked in mcdonald’s with only me and one other person working, line wrapped around the building, there’s no reason you’re that busy and my burger, nuggets and fries are all ice cold. Not to mention they’re not our burgers, they have bacon on them. Patty is rock hard on the edges, which means it’s old and has been under that heat lamp for far too long after it should’ve been thrown away

Not to mention I have a 30min break from my job a block away, placed my order before I left work and waited my entire break for my food. Spent 45 minutes in curbside, and then another 25 minutes in the lobby waiting on food… just to not even have all my food that I ordered and asked to substitute, manager was just standing in one spot not helping anyone, team lead was busting their ass. But no one let any of the customers know what was going on, nor did the manager collect her team and get a solid game plan going to help prevent stress on themselves and get food and customers out the door. All in all the team lead handled the whole situation better than most and deserves that raise.

Waited for over 20 minutes inside with nothing coming out. Drive through sent all their vehicles out but nothing inside. One manager was sitting in back and another employee was eating her food. Went to desk to get a refund and was told they were finally working on it but just wanted a refund. Never offered anything for our troubles not even an apology. I will stay away for a bit to see if it improves.

Got my food tonight, fries were not even warm. Like they sat for 1/2 hour after they were actually cooked. Place is always busy so not sure why fries are not hot? Been here for bfast before, had to pull out of line and wait just ordering one breakfast sandwich. After waiting in a super long line, employees move very slow to move the line. I guess as long as people keep mindlessly keeping stopping at this location and spending their money, that is all that matters. Cause quality and service are not on the top of the list of importance. Won't be back.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup and a small french fry in the drive thru. I was asked to pull forward to the 3rd window and there i waited. There were at least 7 vehicles behind me that received their food while I still waited. I asked a worker who was delivering food to the curbside pickup if he could check on my food, who them brought it out to me within about a minute. From the time I paid for my food until I received my food was 17 minutes and the food wasn't good. They didn't salt the fries or put the ketchup on the cheeseburgers.

So, I’m so angry about the drive thru service.
I placed an order online and came to pick it up, gave my order number and was told I could drive to the window and pick it up, the line was long. I arrived at the window and they couldn't find my order for a long time, they gave me dessert even though I didn't order it, they gave me a diet coke even though I didn't order it, they gave me a coke with ice, I didn't order it but I ended up taking it. They gave me my order, I came home and found out my fish burger was missing, I'll clarify, I placed the order at 11:34 pm but I wanted my order in full, I paid almost $7 for air in a bag, thanks for the ruined mood, lost money and 50 minutes of my life.

Wow has this place gone down hill. If you want to go even within an hour or two of standard lunch or dinner times, you better have at least 15 minutes to wait and be willing to spend like $15 per person. If you go inside, you will wait even longer.
Why are we stilling to mcdonalds if we are waiting 15 minutes and spending so much?!
Not worth your time or money, go to culvers instead , or taco bell right across the street.

They have a kids play place which is the reason that we went there. Try their new quarter pound burger and it was pretty good. Price is still a little high but they did offers free refills on the drinks. It is McDonald's you know what they have......

Usually a decent place, but on July 29th at 5pm , the drive thru screen did not work, the order taker seemed to be annoyed at taking the order. I recieved the bag and asked them if that was the whole order. They said yes. Upon arrival at home realized they forgot a whole happy meal. Returned to McDonald's and the manager on duty did not apologize and acted as if I was a bothering them. While the employees in the back were gossiping about how the court Street store associate was borderline racist.

Every time I order a large caramel frappe with extra caramel, they hook it up! I have tried at Pontiac and they don't do near as good of a job. I was so satisfied that I wanted to come on and leave a grand review--it's the little things that matter!
