Foods good but a bit too greasy wait time inside of this place typically is 20 minutes for a five dollar meal we went through the drive-through and we decided to leave and come back. We look at the window. All these people are staring at the window staring at us. We go back around. Somebody else gets their order. Placed instantly service here sucks for the drive-through.

Ordered cheese burgers was hard and no pickles in them. The girl at the window was so mean, if you dont like working at night choose another shift and dont make it everyone else's problem. 20 nuggets and only get 3 sauces? I wanted ketchup and mayo, ordered online and wasn't even an option. When I asked she looked so annoyed and said we had to pay for it. And didnt even ask if we wanted to pay for it. Just dismissed us and left.

Food is perfectly fine. I've been here hundreds of times.

What pisses me off is the fact the lobby closes so early and the restaurant itself closes early too. This used to be a 24 hour mcdonalds...not anymore!

Also, lobby closes when they feel like it.
I went in at 4PM to find the lobby was closed at 2PM.

This place now GIVE YOU BARELY ANY FRIES IN YOUR CONTAINER!

I've been here five times and each time I ordered fries (large) it was barely filled.

On top of this the app doesn't freaking work when I go to use it...

Guess I'm just going to Taco Bell from now on...

Absolutely horrible service, Waited in line for 20 minutes at the drive through- Got up to check out and had the lady at the register get upset with me because I didn’t stop at the first window, there was no one at the first window- I communicated this and the lady said “I’m sure there was someone there” as if I was going to lie about if there was someone available.

Proceeded to walk away with my debit card, Took several minutes for them to come back with it after I said I wasn’t interested in buying the food anymore.

Used McDonald's online service to hopefully receive quicker service. Using GPS data, it took McDonald's 45 minutes to make 2 McChicken's and a Medium Fry. Furthermore, the drive-thru was vacant when leaving. I did get to become friends with the 15-20 other people in the store waiting for their food, but I do not go to McDonald's to socialize, I go for FAST FOOD. I have ordered, received food, paid for the bill, and left quality Janesville places such as Milwaukee Grill faster than McDonald's. If this is how it goes, this location's competitive advantage is gone and I will happily drive longer to go to a different one. Thank you, and please order from a different location.

The problem with this McDonald’s is its overwhelming volume. Expect a long wait for your order, especially during peak hours. If you’re looking for *fast food*, you won’t find it here. I had to lower my review score to remind myself how slow the service can be; the past two times I waited more than half an hour to be served, and they got my order wrong this past time.

The burgers are always lopsided and barley assembled. The quarter pounder is always severely under cooked. The afternoon and night shift staff are rude. The door states the lobby closes at 11 but they close it at 10 and apparently, in a store that's open 24/7, there isn't a single person there that has the time nor the authority to write on a piece of paper and tape it to the door to inform people of the correct hours.

More a door dash pickup site then orientation towards sit down eating. Building entrance had food pickup parking by the door, in person customers had to hoof across the drive through traffic and then cross the empty stalls reserved for Delivery Drivers. Great way to not have foot traffic. I, for one, refuse to order take out in a drive through. Will not return to this McDonald's. Also, your prices are too high for the cardboard flavored food. Haven't eaten at a McDonald's in years, won't make that mistake again!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I placed a breakfast order through the McDonald’s app before 11:00 AM, well within the cutoff time. The app took my money instantly. But when I arrived to pick it up just a few minutes later—at 11:03 AM—they flat-out refused to make my order because “breakfast was over.”

I explained that I placed and paid for the order before 11, but they still refused. They claimed they “didn’t have anything to make it with,” which is obviously not true—the food was still in the back, they just didn’t want to make it.

I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes arguing with them, just trying to get the food I paid for. Only after all that did they finally offer a refund, like it was some big favor.

So they took my money, refused to make the food, lied about not having it, wasted my time, and only offered a refund after I refused to back down.

Total joke of a system and even worse customer service. Fix your app and train your associates.

We started our order and the woman didn't even let us finish, she told us our total and we said we weren't done but she stopped talking and cleared the screen. It's your typical mcdonalds restaurant. Service is okay, I always get my food customized and they haven't gotten it wrong in a long time. Bathrooms are clean and so is the rest of the restaurant. The drive thru is usually a long wait, while inside isn't as long. Make sure you either order ahead or us the kiosk inside because they sometimes are not at the register to take you order so it's faster to use app or kiosk.

I had my fiance go a get food today 05/26/24 she came home it was the wrong sandwich we took said sandwich back the restaurant and they took the original sandwich and fixed it up to make it back to what we ordered which is a health hazard then the manager got an attitude about it and said you need to call ahead they made a fresh sandwich this time 10mins later and there is a hair in it now with that being said corporate and a health inspector will be contacting and arriving 05/28/24 and I know you guys read this so don't bother deleting camera footage either.

I bought 4 shakes 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate. One of the chocolate shakes wasn’t mixed and I asked the lady at the window (Maria)if she could mix it. Maria then started telling me she didn’t know when I meant so I asked and showed with my hands if she could mix the shake. She proceeded to hand me a large cup for a soda and told me here mix. I asked if she could mix it that I didn’t pay to mix my own stuff. She told me she didn’t know what I meant still and walked away and threw the shake halfway across the kitchen into a garbage can. She proceeded to talk with a manager and I got ignored for 5 minutes I then asked another kid working by the window if he could come to me I asked if he could grab a manager and he did. I told the manager what happened and she just told me okay and one second for the shake. 10 minutes later I still didn’t get my shake and they told us to pull forward after waiting a few minutes after pulling up to the pole we went inside where they then told us the shake machine is somehow broke now and then didn’t offer a refund we had to ask for on.

It's McDonald's so you can't put your expectations too high. Prices for items have become too high. Out of the last 5 times I've come here, 4 times my order was missing items, and 1 time I got someone else's order. It's quite apparent they don't care about the customers anymore. The management doesn't hold their employees accountable for order screw ups which just promotes more problems. Always ask for fresh fries or you'll get stale, bottom of the bag rejects, that have been sitting past their allotted time. But it's McDonald's. My expectations are simple. Get the order right, hot, and fresh (as possible) it's not that hard.

Super clean dining area, food is fresh and great, and the guy cleaning the dining room was amazing he made our day, he was working so hard all while loving his job!!!
