The service was slow but mostly I brought a 2 year old little girl to play in the play are and I was filthy. The step to the slide was full of something sticky that she now had on her clothes and it had been there for a while because it was dirt stuck in the sticky mess. The steps to the other parts of the play yard are filthy. It's hard to say when it was cleaned last but I would NOT take my child there. Very unsanitary!

Just going through the drive through to get an order here is like pulling teeth. Screen doesn't work, flickering and flashing in and out. Girl taking the order ran my order up to over 200$ just pushing buttons. Got the order fixed and it was still wrong. Don't order a McCrispy unless you order it fresh. They remake them and then they sit there for hours and they'll still serve it. Not even warm, chicken was hard and tasted like pickles even tho I ordered with only mayo and lettuce. That's another way you know they pre make them and they sit forever. They'll grab it and pull the pickles off. Then your chicken and bun tastes like pickles. With as much money and resources this place has, not to mention the absurd cost of the food now, they NEED to and CAN do better. This is ridiculous.

MIND BLOWN! recently bought a new house in the area. Due to having the road and sidewalk put in i have no appliances yet and been eating out for weeks... every single time I come here there is a problem. First visit asked for a big Mac no cheese, it had cheese. 2nd visit my kids chicken nugget happy mean had only fries. Today I go in and get my regular meal including big macs without cheese and sure thing they messed it up again and i heard a young guy in the kitchen say he disnt order without cheese! I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order through the mobile app while waiting in the drive-thru line, right before reaching the speaker. Despite this, I ended up waiting 24 minutes in the pickup line. Most frustratingly, I waited over 10 minutes at the second window without being acknowledged at all.

When I finally asked the employee at the window if they were even working on drive-thru orders, she finally acknowledged me and said she was checking with the kitchen. I asked if she was a manager, and she confirmed she was — and apologized. I explained how crazy it was to wait that long at the window without anyone even saying a word to me.

When I informed her I would be leaving a negative review, her response was "go ahead, I don't care." Extremely unprofessional behavior, especially coming from a manager. She clearly needs serious retraining in basic customer service, problem-solving, and how to properly treat guests. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning to this location.

We left early Saturday morning to go up north 4 wheeling. 9/21/24. We know they open at 6am. We waited in parking lot till 6. 2 cars got waited on in drive thru as my husband walked to door. Door was locked, so he stood there for awhile. I called and asked if they could unlock the door. Got a ok. Now another going thru drive thru and my husband still standing at door. So he knocked on the window. Finally I take it the guy was a manager. He was the rudest I ever heard. Told my husband he doesn't have to knock on the window that it cost 300.00 to replace and he was busy. When my husband came back to the truck I asked him if he told the guy to kiss you know what. He said no but the guy walked in back and husband asked if he wanted to take our order so he came back to do our order. Now we are in our 70's and knocking on the window is not going to break it. The tone this guy used at my husband was uncalled for. We thought at first that someone thought someone else unlocked the door which happens. We also had another couple waiting with their vehicle for us in lot. They were smart and got something at kwik trip. Next time we will. I worked at McDonalds in GB and was trained to be manager. This is not the way you great people no matter what. This guy needs a class of being respectful to people. Won't go here again.

I ordered 2 mac meals with extra sauce thinking they'll put the mac sauce packet on the side. Instead, we recieved the burgers with excessive sauce on them. And i mean it was excessive. They were inedible. A sloppy mess. The fries were extremely salty. I mean to the point where they also were not worth eating. My blood pressure shot up just looking at the amount of salt. I had to bring the entire order back despite having it delivered.
Fortunately the manager agreed with me that it was excessive. They remade the order and it was 100% better.
That was appreciated. The employees were very courteous and professional. Always fast and accurate service. This was the first and last time i ever do a mobile delivery. My advice, make the trip and order in person.
Update: I asked for no mayo on my deluxe quarter pounder. Mayo makes me very sick. Not only was there mayo on the burger, it was smothered and excessive. I shouldve checked before taking a bite. I got so sick. I got my money back and went to Arby's. Ick...

Interacted with 3 different staff members and they were all extremely rude. Tried to order a dish of whipped cream (done in the past many times at this location). They charged me 25 cents for a dime size ketchup container filled halfway with whipped cream. The lady at the window said "not my problem" just because all of the Staff and their manager larry hate where they are in life doesnt mean they need to take it out on their customers and spread negativity. Went to this location on 11/27 to redeem McDonalds rewards from app.

App generated code was not accepted at this location-Susan the counter worker was extremely unhelpful and stated I would have to wait 15 minutes to try and validate another code….

Explained I didn’t have time to wait as I am on work lunch and Susan Replied “You’ll have to wait”.

Have experienced similar app issues at other McDonalds locations and their management was able to grant me the coupon savings.

Was also going to consider dining in, but after viewing the lobby and its highly questionable sanitary status-we just left.

This location also has a children’s play land-which should be even more concerning regarding this locations obvious willful neglect to clean. Upon walking into this location multiple employees had time to be leaning! Maybe they should be cleaning!

Went here after my kids concert. The person taking my order at drive thru could not comprehend my order. I repeated my order almost 10 times and that was not even exaggerating, but realized 1 of the reasons why he couldn't understand was due to the fact he was mingling with some bikers at the window while I was at the speaker. 2 of my meals was supposed to be a dbl bacon quarter pounder with chz add lettuce and tomatoes to make it a "deluxe". They rung it up as a quarter pounder deluxe add bacon and add 1/4 meat patty, which is over $5.00 just for the 2 add ons. When I got to the 2nd window and I asked another employee to look at my order. He said the prices would be basically the same. When I got home, I put the same order on my mobile app and it was over $6 difference. I had my son go there 3 times. The 1st time the manager put it in the system and stated it was like an $0.11 difference and stated the reason why it's cheaper on the mobile app it to get customers to use it. The 2nd time I had him bring me a receipt for proof but the manager only reprinted my original order. The 3rd time the manager stated she couldn't print a receipt to show the difference unless we made a purchase. (Most of us know you can void a purchase, but whatever the case.) She took a pic of the difference with my sons phone. 1st was a single quarter pounder deluxe add bacon and add meat ( the same as my order). The 2nd was a dbl quarter pounder add bacon, add lettuce, add 3 slices of tomatoes and add mayo. Last time I checked mayo is already on it. Either way, the manager was there when I was having issues with the drive thru guy and she should have intervened. And I wouldn't be on here writing this review. I just would like to know why she couldn't have rung up my sandwich as a dbl bacon quarter pounder add lettuce, add tomatoes?. I spent over $76 on 4 meals, a sandwich and nuggets and very poor service.
