I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this McDonald’s was frustrating enough to speak up. I went through the drive-thru around 3:00 AM on Thursday, and the woman working the window was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Even though I had already placed my order, when I got to the window she asked in an annoyed tone, “Are you DoorDash or picking up a mobile order?” as if she had no idea what was going on. There was no greeting, no courtesy — just a consistently unpleasant attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her either; she often has the same unfriendly, dismissive tone.

Late-night service should still be respectful and professional, and unfortunately, this location has some serious work to do in that area.

Black, hard, burnt, crunchy edges, while not toasted at all in the center. Tastes burnt, impossible to chew. Every breakfast sandwich I've received is like this, for at least 6 months. Clear they aren't going to change toaster settings, I'm done checking back. DISAPPOINTING. I recommend you go to Wendy's for a real properly toasted breakfast sandwich or Kwik Trip across the street.

Early this morning I was picking up a doordash order. Apparently between the time the order was placed and me arriving the menu switched to breakfast only. The person in the drive-thru window was SO rude. He just said " I dont have that order dont know what to tell you buddy. Bye" I pulled up to the drive thru window anyway because I dont know what to tell the customer. The same guy comes to the window and repeats himself just as rudely. I physically show him my phone with the order. He says "the computers must have gone done nothing I can do about that. " Then he FINALLY looks at the phone and sees that they aren't breakfast items. He says " It's breakfast time" and leaves it at that. I've never had someone this rude doing a pickup.

New Review 2025:
In my opinion something is seriously wrong with McDonald's and it shows at this location. It's like they're trying to be bad. The food is way too expensive, taste like garbage and is served like garbage. My quarter pounder was cold and undercooked. The fries were double cooked and greasy and cold (if you know what I'm talking about when fries are like this put a like below). I felt nauseous after eating this meal. This visit broke me. I'm finally done with McDonald's. So sad to part ways with a company that used to know how to make decent food at a decent price.
Here's my old 2019 review:
It's McDonald's. It does its job of fast food and does it very well. Don't expect it to be very healthy but there are options for those who do want some *relatively* healthy fast food (salad without dressing, grilled chicken, Egg McMuffin no cheese, etc.). Would love to see if they could develop a real vegetarian option. That said, I had a double hamburger no ketchup with a $1 Diet Coke. Can't beat it. I don't need to tell you they do fast-food burgers and they do that well. There still is some comfort in knowing what I'm going to get and that it's going to be consistent everywhere in the country. That's what I expect and that's what McDonald's delivers. And that's why they get 5 stars. Agree? Like the review.

Customer service is the absolute worst. They want you to use the kiosks and will totally ignore you unless you do. Make eye contact, wave, whatever - you're ignored. Been there twice. Walked out both times without ordering - not going back. There's a really tasty Wendy's across the street.

I have come to this location many times in the past and my experience has been good everytime until today. I placed a mobile order and I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and the cashier was extremely rude. She had a very condescending tone and you could tell she did not want to be there. I tried asking a question and she immediately cut me off. I was being kind the entire time, I don’t understand where the rudeness came from. I just ended up driving off. Whoever the lady is working the night shift needs to be fired.

The last few times we've visited, the drive-thru experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff taking orders have been noticeably rude, acting irritated no matter how polite we are. I went here to order food. The lady in the speaker told me they are only taking doordash or mobile orders. I order off the app and my order gets canceled. I order off doordash and it says the resturant canceled my order. So I dont know who is running this location but you need to look into your night shift team leads or shift leads because this is ridiculous.

Went there and ordered on the kiosk and only ordered 4 sandwiches. I waited 20 minutes before going to the counter and they only had 2 of the sandwiches ready and I thought within a minute I’ll have my food. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes and the kitchen was just frozen and nothing was getting done. I ended up leaving without a refund and no food. It’s really disappointing to see the downfall of this location. I really hope they can comeback from this. Its a location that has there soda fountain open in the dining room and that is something all McDonalds should have again. Overall I think we should boycott this McDonald’s I’m not one to leave reviews often but when I do it’s because I believe I have to help the next person avoid what I had been through. McDonald’s is the best restaurant of all time but it’s most definitely past its prime that imo ended in 2023. However again I’m still a believer. McDonald’s really needs to lock in though the staff is not doing their job and management is sloppy. If you go to this location it’s gonna be hit or miss and for some people it’s worth the gamble but in the big 25 they are losing my confidence

This place has been beyond horrible since people returned to work after Covid. Constantly ignored at the drive up window. We sit there while others pull up to the 2nd drive up and get helped, pull forward and then finally someone pulls their head out of their rear end to take our order. Countless times this has occured. Then it's oh sorry we have no ice cream. No shakes. No caramel frappe's. Then the $ greed of charging for sauce is disgusting. My husband paid for 4 sauces, got none then it took a ridiculous amount of time with the woman working there to figure out he paid for them. I mean seriously, it's beyond ridiculous. Someone needs to manage this place properly. Order what you need for supplies. Don't put all your slow as snot crew on the same shift. Teach them to move their rears. I will say there's one guy there that works mornings always a friendly face, chipper attitude and an absolute joy. I don't know his name but this guy is amazing. The only plus this McDonalds has going for it.

First time at this location. Shows i haven't been inside a McDonald's in a while. I tried to order at the counter only to be asked to use the kiosk for credit card orders. No biggie. The kiosk worked great. Food was then brought out to my table. Cozy atmosphere. Not at all crowded right now. Doing some work, charging, and sitting right in front of a TV. WiFi is great. Everything looking good. Enjoying an iced coffee and apple pie!

This is now the 2nd time I’ve had full on theft happen at this location. I’ve reached out to support over items that were missing, and the workers here never stated they didn’t have them or the machine was down. 100% Theft. Rachel out via email through the app and the email was sent to the owner of this location (I have all this documented.) and I haven’t received any response in 3 weeks. So if you plan on ordering food here DO NOT USE THE APP as your order will more then likely not have the items and you will not be forewarned or told until you pull away. They expect you to not pay attention for free money. The shadiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too and that says a lot about this low level tier establishment.

I don’t typically write reviews, however the cashier at the window aggravated me so much I I had. I ordered a double quarter pounder large meal. When I got to the window I got no drink. When I asked her about my drink she said they never put a drink down for your order….. the meal comes with a drink… so I ask we’ll can you sell ema coke then please. In which she responded “no I got other customers behind you” .. now I not be a rocket scientist but charging someone 1 large drink should take no more then 1 minute even for a 5 year old. I ask if I can have my receipt so that I know I wasn’t charged for the drink before I go on my way.. to which she responded in a very derogatory way “NO this register doesn’t print receipts “ … if you are going to refuse that someone ordered something and then refuse to give them a receipt. Then I have no option but to think that I am being ripped off. Manager no where to be found and. I have to go on a very rude woman’s word that I was never charged for it. Absolutely horrific service here.

This location is one of the nicer mcdonalds in town, but the staff could definitely be a bit more friendlier to its customers. This location on Hwy 50 is never taking orders in the morning. There have been countless times that I've stopped there and they told me they are unable to take orders. That's funny because there were a few cars in front of ne that had their order taken. I'm done with McDonald's!
