I have 2 other McDonald's that are closer to me and I'll still go to this one, even if im late already lol. Service is always amazing. Food and drinks 99% correct, hot and yummy. This morning's crew is actually my favorite people. From the tall gentleman taking orders and that money for McDonald's, to the friendliest manager ive ever seen making my hot mocha, to the sweet lady handing me my food and drinks. Today's crew is my favorite cause they just have the utmost best customer service in town. I leave this review because I come almost daily. Sometimes only a drink. Sometimes enough to feed 9 lol. Amazing job.

Do not use the mobile app here. They have no clue how to take digital orders. I don't know if I will get a refund after they charged me and never got my order.. After reading all the other reviews I'm glad they dont know how to type HQ75 into their keyboard. The thought of eating food from there is quite frightening.

I order a frappe through the app, but they couldn't make it, so I just asked for an iced coffee at this point I'm already annoyed having paid probably double of what an iced coffee costs. And on top of it the guy is giving me an attitude, but whatever I take my food and very expensive iced coffee outside to eat. Well guess what my deluxe quarter pounder has no lettuce or tomato! So I got overcharged on that too!

This McDonald’s is simply the best. I use mobile ordering mainly, and my food always has changes or substitutions. They get it right every time and I swear the quality taste different from other Mcds (if you know you know) I love the staff as well, they greet me by name from the mobile order and are friendly. Usually McDonald's is pretty good. This one took my order and payment for 2 frozen cokes and then at the pickup Window said their machine was broken. I ended up getting a frozen sprite and once they handed it to me it exploded like a volcano in my car and got everything sticky.

Just tried to use a code on my app. The girl said it won’t work… And I said I am looking right at it and read the number back to her. She said “no that doesn’t work; refresh your phone for a new code”. I did so and suddenly I didn’t have enough points to get the item I was ordering. I told her the points were already taken, so the code must’ve worked. And she said no… So I asked if I just lost those points for no reason? And she said “well I need a code and I can’t just give you something for free”. She was so rude that I tried to call the store to let them know… Three times with no answer. Terrible customer service!

This place has gone down hill. Used to be a friendly and great place to visit. But the past few times this place has changed. Service is lousy and the some of the staff are rude. We were there on Sunday morning (3-2-2025)for breakfast not busy at all and we order our food and when we went to the second window they handed me my frappe and the cup was nasty and sticky. Very rude cashier. Very hard to understand. I had a completed mcdvoice survey receipt for a BOGO. After staring at it went to manager. Came back and said they couldn't take it because it was from out of town. I said no, they are accepted at any McDonalds. She would not honor it. Ordered online through the app, as soon as I got to the store I confirmed I arrived. I walked into the store and my order was waiting for me. Great service, the only reason I took a star away is because when I tried to thank the employee who gave me my order he didn't understand english. There's at least 5 locations in my area that we have frequented often, but out of all of the locations we go to, this is the best by far!
The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean. The food is 98% of the time perfect. Management is involved and attentive to their team and customers. I drive out of my way just to come to this location, because it's clean and a great dining experience!

Two words…. Slow and Unfriendly. I have never waited so long in a McDonald’s drive-thru… and there were only two cars in front of me. I have no idea why it was so slow. To make it worse, the people at both windows seemed miserable. You could tell they hated being there and could care less about smiling or saying hello. They could have at least faked it.
The good news was…. My Filet-O-Fish was delicious. And the Diet Coke was good.
I am hoping the next time I go to this McDonald’s they speed it up a little, say hello, AND smile!

Placed an order for one breakfast sandwich, two hashbrowns and a medium orange juice and proceeded to pay the guy at the first window what I thought was the same total I was told over the intercom. When I pulled up to the next window, the employee tried to hand me something completely different from what I ordered. Looked at my receipt and it was something totally different. I ended up paying the difference in change/coins. Not sure what, or whom, the oder taker was listening to, but it seemed like they didn't even have what I ordered up on their screens.
