I stopped in just to grab a sweet tea. It took over ten minutes before anyone came to take my order. Then it took another ten minutes to receive my tea. It was filled and sitting behind the counter by the drive thru for at least five minutes. I nearly went behind the counter to get my tea and leave. Didn't even give me sweet tea. It was unsweetened AND took twenty minutes to order and get out of McDonald's! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Fast service, hot food and the fries were great. They bring the food to your table. There's actually two dining rooms - one by the counter and another, larger one, around the corner.

Why four stars? They have everything behind the counter and the drink station is shut down, so no refills. If you need more napkins, etc. you have to ask for them.

So I placed a double order. I've found that the even idiots, can handle 2 simple meals. I was wrong. Not only did they just leave me sitting in the parking lot forever, after I went in for a refund, there was an older gentleman standing there as at least 3 of the most useless female employees just walked by us. They did not care about men being in the restaurant at all. I had to call the manager over to get my refund. He was very nice and polite, but I literally said to him, "Can you make sure this man who has been standing here for longer than me yelling for help?" The girls seem more interested in who's in the cars than making the orders. After going through the BS of getting my refund, they finally sent my food out and were wondering 'where I was' as I walked out. Wow, "you can just take that back"

Excuse my language, but what the hell is this? How standards are met today? Is this how people are educated? I don’t understand I come to McDonald’s to a drive-through to get a big Mac that is for free. I am using my reward points. I say I want no big Mac sauce and ketchup and a large fry and that’s all I wanted. I come to the window. They say it is $9.53. I asked him why is that they said what do you mean? I said all I ordered was a big Mac and a large fry. The order should be four dollars not nine apparently they had charged me an extra big Mac, which makes no sense at all they ended up refunding me the big Mac, which took five minutes. I proceeded to the next window, where they then gave me someone else’s order and took me another five minutes to get my actual food. What a lousy dirty McDonald’s. My orange juice was watered down. It literally looked like it had been sitting there with ice in it and the ice melted. My girlfriend ordered a coffee and she asked for sugar, and there was no sugar in it at all. The place was empty and yet so dirty and no one could come out here and clean the tables or the floor. Food was definitely not good and for the price we paid was ridiculous. I’ve been to way better than McDonald’s than this. I went back to change my drink and wasn’t acknowledged until I had to walk behind the counter. Everyone puts their head down so they don’t have to deal with customers. She asked for them remake her coffee which took more than 5minutes wth! Won’t be back!

McDonald’s is definitely a 3 star experience overall for food but it’s good as far as it goes. The fries are generally hot at this location and the service has always been good. It’s never gourmet or anything but if you are looking for a decent & quick burger you can count on McDonald’s to get one for you. If you get the quarter pounders that they make fresh it’s a better experience so that’s what I would recommend overall. If they made the Big Mac fresh that would be my go to as I like it better overall for taste, but the freshness can vary so it can be good or not depending on when you stop in.

The worse McDonalds experience ever. They must have been short staffed because while I got my meal in 10 minutes (no complaints), I still hadn't received my drink after 20. I spoke with the staff and was assured they would bring it but after waiting longer it still didn't appear. So, went in, gave the manager my food and receipt and asked for refund. So I usually come here maybe 1-2 times a week. Have a busy schedule, and they usually do really well, at least at night time. There is one gentleman who is kind and always gets our order right, ask how our day is and it's always fresh. Well today, I ordered 3 mchickens, 1 cheeseburger, 1 large fry, an mnm mcflurry and a large dr.pepper. first of all the sandwich were fine, could've been put together better, and the mcflurry was fine too. But the fries and dr.pepper. I can't tell which one was more messed up. The fries were SOGGY and loaded with so much salt there was clusters of it on almost all the fries. And the Large Dr.Pepper. It wasn't the right color and I shouldve known something was up since it looked watered down. It tastes like they had a little dr.pepper put a little sprite and than the rest water. It was disgusting and the fact that the girl in the window gave that out is horrid. So I'll never be eating at this McDonalds again since yall obviously hired some lazy rachet workers.
