Updated; Ordered thru the app today, month from my last review. I wasn't paying attention to which one I ordered from as it just picks which one is closest to you. Got everything in my order, along with my Hot "Mocha" that was really warm cream. I really don't understand why there is such a difference between this one and other locations. I thought maybe it wasnt mixed, so i stirred it, still just a cup of creamer. Seriously, is it that someone at this location forgets to hit a button or something? Genuinely just curious at this point. Also, your parking lot has more garbage then cars, at 730am I dont know how it can look that bad.

Hate when I don't have enough time to go to a different mcdonald's. This is the closest one to my house and I only go there when I don't have time to go to another one. 9 times out of 10 order is wrong or unfinished. Got 2 drinks this morning. One was a hot mocoa, which I knew was risky getting her as they almost never do it right. I get its an annoying drink cause you have to press buttons, wait, stir, wait some more. Got a nice hot cup of water with some chocolate syrup added in. This is the only mcdonald's I go to that I end up with what tastes like a hot cup of creamer. Thankfully I got the nice staff today. They have so few of those.

I placed an online order. As I pulled in, i clicked "I'm already here". Waited 15 minutes until i actually got to the first window. Waited another 8 minutes. Got to the pick up window and was handed my food. And then they asked for the drinks for my order to be made. Food was terrible. Seemed as if the fries were old and refried or the oil needs to be changed and they were soggy and wet. Nobody seemed happy to be there or on this earth at all. There is always an issue at this McDonald's which is why I usually drive across town to go to a different one.

I placed a mobile order at 2 a.m. and when I arrived at McDonald's, I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-thru. When I received my food, it was only the cookies and 2 medium French fries. I explained to the cashier four times that I was missing my 20-piece nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers. She then proceeded to ask me three other times what I was missing. The overnight manager, an older white male, was very rude, asked me for my mobile order code, and I explained to him that I could no longer see the code because they had already entered it. He then proceeded to look on the register, found my order, and said he wasn't going to give me my food as it had already been made and given to me. I proceeded to show them what was in the bag, and the whole time my food was sitting on the counter cold. When I asked for it to be remade, they promised to remake our French fries as they were ice cold, and it's been 10 minutes and I'm still sitting here waiting for some French fries. The manager came out, handed us our French fries, and proceeded to talk negatively to us for asking for the French fries to be remade, and said not to come back to the restaurant, threatening to have us trespassed, when clearly the store manager can pull the video from the cameras and see we did nothing wrong.

I literally visit this restaurant or store as it's called on a daily basis and have literally spent anywhere between $10 and $20 everyday. I would even bring my service dog with me, both customers and staff members enjoyed her. No one questioned whether she was a service dog because my disability is quite obvious. Until today a manager who has legal right to do asked if my dog was a service dog? I said yes. I started on my way and manager asked me for my service dogs ID. This is very illegal not only in the United States but also in the state of Wisconsin. When I mentioned that it was not legal for him to ask me that question I became upset and asked for refund. Then he made me wait behind three other customers even though I had already placed my order and had been at the restaurant before them. When I asked for my refund again he said just 1 second "sweetie" I told him not to call me that and then he continued to do so. despite my request not to. This ensued into a verbal argument with the manager and the more upset I became the more condescending he became. The thing of it is I don't understand why this even had to happen? All I was trying to do was pick up my mobile order so that I could get back to work. Instead I'm reminded of what it's like to live with a disability in a society that thinks you're a second class citizen. If the owner of this restaurant is reading this and you would like me to provide the medical documentation of service dog,I'm happy to do so to prove that she is indeed a service dog. But I really Just wanted to pick up my food and didn't want that humiliation. Clearly your manager has a control issue. I was just a customer like everybody else but humiliated because I asked your manager not to break the law. Oh and of course he's going to tell you he never asked for ID. He even threatens to ban me from the store because I was emotionally upset. Regardless, I will not frequent your store as long as that manager is there.

This McDonald's is a decent one, most of the people are friendly, but the last time I went in here Miss Alexia was VERY RUDE. I ask for something that comes on my sandwich, on the side, the lady charged me for it and when I asked her why I would be charged for something that comes with my sandwich, she got a whole attitude and told me that was the only way... funny how if u ever worked for McDonald's you supposed to put "no whatever" on the board and then yell back "blank on the side". This girl didnt want to do her job and then got an attitude with me for asking why I was being charged extra.

I placed an order through drive thru and both managers that might was rude because of their mistake. I clearly told the driver thru person that I wanted a meal and a mcflurry. What I received was just a burger and mcflurry and I asked them if they can make it a meal when I got to the second window. They told me I would have to go around the drive thru and a very busy line then called the police on me because I said I wasn't going through the drive thru again for their mistake and I have just gotten off at work near 1 in the morning. They were unprofessional did not provide any empathy and they will never get my business hopes this place shuts down.

I came through the drive through on a Sunday night. The cashier did not have her hair tied back, which is a health violation, she also looked very intimidating with her neck tattoos. When I asked if she could put a few more buffalo sauces, with my order she said, “Tbh I don’t wanna walk over there” and closed the window. She also asked me several times for my order number, since she could not find it. Terrible service, if you ask me. To top it off, once I arrived home, one of the buffalo sauces had a hole that looked like someone punched a small knife through it. Not good. Food wise, the food was warm, but not something to wow you about. I thought I would get steaming hot food considering I waited over 10mins for my order to get out. The cashier lady seems like she hates her job and doesn’t even try to be nice to you. No desire to work at all. Do not come here unless if you want to wait long for your food and have rude customer service. 🤦🏻‍♀️

During the week when there’s Latino people working there everything goes fine, but on weekends when there’s no Latinos working there it is really really slow and customer service sucks. I placed an order for curbside on the weekend and it took more than 40 minutes to get my order. No one came out during all that time until cars started showing up. I asked the girl who was bringing out the orders out how much longer I needed to wait that I was waiting for more than 30 minutes and she said with a rude attitude “I’m only bringing out the orders just wait” her last bag was mine I checked and I was missing part of my order so I went inside to go get the other part of my order. I’m never going to this Macdonald’s again. I usually go to the one on Pershing, sometimes it’s slow too but costumer service its a lot better than this place.

Ordered on the mobile app, talked to someone almost right away at the speaker in the drive thru, and still had to wait almost 20 minutes. Then I got to the window and gave me the correct drink, then the wrong bag of food (which I didn't notice till I got home). I was extremely disappointed with the service and my order!! I ordered online, went to the drive thru, and I sat there waiting for someone to come on. After about 10min and 4 cars went through on the other side, finally someone asked for my order. I give them the code and pull ahead, to only be asked multiple times to see my order from the employee and manager. After another 5 min, I pull up to get my order. I still had to wait another 5-7min!! All that I ordered was 2 lg drinks, lg fry, and a Big Mac meal. All 3 of my drinks were not filled all the way, the fries tasted as if they were sitting too long, wasn’t given straws, and once I opened the Big Mac I don’t see barely any sauce, lettuce, 1 pickle, no cheese!! I could understand some of the wait time if they were busy, but there wasn’t anyone inside just the drive thru, but there’s not any excuse for how my order came out!!! I’ll definitely be going to the other McDonald’s in the future!!!

I rarely visit places in Kenosha as I really hate crossing the border. I went here to meet up with a friend and our kids had a play date. The food was definitely fresh when we ordered did not have to request for it to be. The customer service was excellent I did not hear one patron have to complain about anything. It was just so chill and relax. The crew working the evening shift on 4/7/24 I really enjoyed every encounter as you all were very hospitable.

Ew, I'm so sick of being shorted on a door dash order, the space cadets that think they know food industry, the lack of respect, and food etiquette. The audacity to actually tell me over the phone and question whether the concern was really from their store. As if I cannot physically see my order on a map, leaving with a little vehicle, from THIS store.

As a recipient of service, I am sharing awareness of a problem of service. This is how your store functions. COMMUNICATION.

Whole meals are missing, and don't even get me started on the sauce (an ongoing issue). I never knew how complicated it was to look at a color organized screen with an order number, an item, and put it in a bag. There was basically no cup tops, the countertop by drink station wS disgusting. Play place garages where so over full that there was garbage being placed ONTOP of the garbage and on the floor. Bathroom was so gross, pee everywhere-literally held my daughter over the toilet when she was using the restroom. I would seriously give this place zero stars.
