On 09/07/25 @ 3:45pm: As I was ordering at the kiosk I overheard an employee that was working the drink station telling another employee that she opens the syrups by stabbing with her fingers. When the told employee mentioned that the drink employee had long nails, the drink employee said "Yeah, I know. I don't care". Loud enough for customers to hear. After going to the counter to retrieve a receipt, I asked the black female employee there if they were the manager. She confirmed, and I proceeded to tell her what I witnessed. When asked who said it, I pointed to the girl, and the manager I was speaking to informed me that she too was a manager. And when I said that then she should know that that is cross contamination then. After I sat down, I overheard the manager I spoke to telling the contaminating manager that she "didn't hear it so she doesn't really care". During the remainder of our visit the contaminating manager can be heard numerous times LOUDLY complaining about how she's tired of the syrups getting all over her hands. First, gloves, they are a wonderful invention, and if your cooks have to use them, then maybe you should too. Second, if you don't care about the quality of the product you are providing to a customer while working in the SERVICE industry, then maybe, you should find employment elsewhere. In a world with Covid, RSV, a bubonic plague, and more; it should be priority to make sure our elderly and children are at less risk of someone's nastiness being placed into things that are consumed.

Edit: @4:20 Just as I was sitting there, another employee started slapping his braids and rubbing his head, and then went back to handling food without washing his hands. All of this can be confirmed by GM and owners on their CCTV.

UPDATE: THINGS HAVE NOW IMPROVED FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW ______☆☆☆☆☆______________________This location claims to be open 24 hours. But don't be surprised if they tell you that they are closed. Especially late at night. I've had many unfortunate experiences waiting in a line of cars that don't move. Until they try to reverse and try to escape being parked in a closed drive-through, that is supposed to be a 24-hour operation. What a joke. Way to go, McDonald's! Epic fail.

There is a server working the drive thru named Shawn. Every time I go there, he knows my name, is very polite and overall fun to talk to. He is an excellent employee. They are lucky to have him. He literally makes his customers leave in a good mood!

You better check your bag before you leave, especially if it was a online order, they don't care what's in your bag, or what's missing. Their recipes you get after a online purchase doesn't even display the store number, so you'll have to call the store ask their location number to summit a missing item request. 3 times now so am complaining. Zero communication w the drivethru operators and your order will still not be correct.

Terrible Service and Rude Staff

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s deserves it. Most of the workers here seem like they don’t care at all—about your order, your experience, or even just being respectful.

Today, when I placed this review, I ordered two 10-piece chicken nugget meals. I only received 9 nuggets in each box—that’s 18 total instead of 20. For the price I’m paying, I expect to get exactly what I ordered.

I went to the counter and politely explained the issue. The manager took the boxes, brought them back—and they still had 9 nuggets each. I brought them up again, and this time, she snatched the boxes out of my hand with an attitude. I watched her go to the back, put the same boxes in a bag, and hand them right back to me—still missing nuggets.

I couldn’t believe it. I called her out, and only then did she finally get me the correct 10 nuggets. But honestly, it should have never gotten to that point.

Yet another wonderfully maintained and staffed McDonald's in the city of Kenosha.

Everytime I interact with the staff at this McDonald's it is always a pleasant experience.

Everything down to the restrooms are kept clean, bright, and welcoming.

I generally use the Mobile App for my orders however, EVERY TIME I go to this restaurant I end up having to park and have them bring my order out to me. Why? What is the benefit of ordering ahead with the app if you end up having to wait on average about 10 minutes for the food to be brought out to you? The worst part is that by the time the food is finally brought out, the majority of the time the food is cold! So much for living up to the term "fast food". This McDonald's is by far, and consistently, the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. At least this time (most of) the employees were actually polite and appeared to actually appreciate the customers.

Went here for the first time for breakfast. The crew and management used to be so great when it came to customer service. Now, they are rude, condescending, and don't show even a shred of caring about their customers.
