I have been here 4 times in the last week.

Ordered on the app. When I got home I realized with the exception of the fries, the rest of the order wasn't even close to correct. The tag that was on the bag was my order, so I'm mystified as to how it was so wrong. I drove back( nobody was answering the phone). Explained it to 3 different employees. The last one said he would get me the correct order. I asked if he could get me fresh fries since the other ones were already cold, he said he would. I got my food and stopped in a nearby parking lot to check. The sandwiches were now correct, but he put the old fries back in the bag.
If I could give this negative stars I would.

This McDonald’s specifically the morning crew are my people. They always have my order perfect and have come to know my order and I really appreciate that. The staff is great as well! They are always so busy and still greet me and say hello. For one of the very few spots in my hometown of Kiel it means a lot to me to have people that genuinely care about my experience and service. Went in at noon to get a quarter pounder with cheese to go. Took 25 minutes to get my food. Staff was too busy getting app orders done than waiting on walk in customers. Plus there was an employee on break at this time. Why is an employee allowed to take a break during the lunch rush? The Kiel McDonald’s is not designed to handle these big app orders. There is not enough room to get these large orders ready. So when they are working on these large orders the walk in customers are forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I will not visit this location in the future.

Ordered McDonalds online at 10:15 PM. 45 mins before they were closing. Which I know can be a pain but that’s why I ordered ahead. Showed up and the guy working told us the grills were closed, but we had an online order, and was completly rude, also shaking his head at us while we were in the drive through. Than got our food and my ketchup was all over before I completely opened the burger. And I was given a large fry with no salt on them, didn’t even eat the food. Worker was so rude, if he wanted to leave work before 11 he shouldn’t be working the night shift.

I’m assuming different managers during those times.

Ordered kids meals for me kids and there was like 4 fry’s in the box, they were cold, soggy and over salted.. they night time crew is very unfriendly and rude.
Good thing I ordered a large fry for them to share as well. But those were just as cold and gross.

I don’t stop at this location very often anymore since our orders are always wrong or we don’t receive everything. My husband got breakfast from here 3 times and they always forgot the hash brown for the meal.

Ordered on app for pickup. Ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese plain, a double quarter pounder with bacon with no cheese. Tickets on all sandwiches were exactly what we ordered. Upon opening only one quarter pounder was plain, the double appeared to have extra cheese and only one meat patty. Will no longer eat at this McDonald’s anymore. Ordered two McChickens just to get home and throw them out. They both were wrapped in thick black hair. It was absolutely disgusting and it isn’t the first time this has happened either. Employees don’t wear their hair up properly to avoid this. This location is physically incapable of making a correct order as of late. Last time I was here I asked for a burger with bacon and no pickles and I got a burger with no bacon and pickles on it instead this time I went here they charge me for the extra bacon. Over 30 min in drive thru. When one of the two working the window came out over 4 times never realize he never walk straight ahead to where I was in spot 1. When he did all could do look at me with blank Stare. Finish delivering the food he had came back get my receipt to go get my order that was cleared from there screens. The part really irrates me one of the two working in the drive thru window had put there head out window saw was there point vichle at window to spot 2. So by the time I got my food it was now 610pm when order was place at 528pm. Thanks to manager from grills that came help take care of this since manager (aylisa) on cashier that working window w another person couldn't take time fix it and sound like the ones at window don't know what happen. I can tell you what happen she and male weren't communicating it was mess when I was at window things were mix sitting there as the drinks she Hand me had happy meal by I didn't order happy meal. I'm local and after tonight I don't want go back there get food.

Order a mobile order got charged for extra lettuce didn’t even get the lettuce on my sandwich. Didn’t get the toy for my happy meal just threw in extra apple slices. Order ketchup gave me 2 packets. Asked for no ice in my sodas and guess what got ice in all of them. Also didn’t even give us any napkins. I really understand being busy and backed up but still not the best excuse for poor service.
