I just wanted to apologize for what happened on June 29th around 7:30-7:45 pm a girl with an accent was taking our order and I felt my stepdad was being mean-ish to her as we are person of color to and we have an accent and I apologize to the people who took our order today.because I did feel we were disrespectful. after a hards of labor i went to get my well needed minecraft meal. i got the 10 piece and large fry, but no toy. the lack of toy left me utterly distraught. the nether sauce left me at 1 HP on the toilet. i dipped in to the sweet and sour sauce and the comfortness grew without any of that bs nether sauce. as i search around the box, i realize something is missing. Should get zero stars! Ordered a double quarter pounder meal, got home and you can clearly tell a mouse was eating the bread. I've worked in restaurants all my life. Seen it before. I called the store, told the manager, whoever she is (which I will be finding out) got very angry and denied that they have a mouse issue and promptly hung up on me. Who does that? Your going to get mad at ME, the paying customer because I made you aware of an issue and then hang up on me? Then when I call back, no answer. This lady must've told the entire team not to answer the phone. This is disgusting behavior and this lady has absolutely ZERO BUSINESS being in any type of management position. I'll be following up with her boss tomorrow. She made her bed. Don't go to this place because if you have am issue, you'll be told you're wrong and hung up on. Unacceptable. Period.

I have been eating at this particular macdonalds for over 20 years. It had been consistently the best fast food place hands down. The staff are friendly, food is always hot. Clearly the management really cares about the customer experience. Thank you.

I usually eat at this place, but every time I go in I always overhear one of the managers bitching at one of their employees. if you're just going to constantly be rude to the people who work for you, I know that they're going to be cutting corners with the food because they don't want to be there. Not to mention that I, the customer, have to listen to it as well.

I'm coming back in a month and if it isn't better I'm going to corporate. It's disgusting behavior. They don't even make a living wage. Stop it. There's no reason you can't treat your employees with dignity.

Ordered breakfast online and order went through and charged. Got to window at 10:34 and manger came to the window in defensive mode as if we had even complained. She was aggressive and rude and said she didnt have enough to fill our order. Breakfast was over at 10:30. Doesn't matter if online order went through. Some people order breakfast, she says, and want it at noon. We did not do anything to deserve the rude behavior. We asked if the refund would be issued and left. We were not confrontational at all.

So I came right before close which I already felt bad about. But they all seemed annoyed which I could understand stand but the food was already made so it only took 2 minutes to get it out to me which I didn’t mind. My main issue is the fact that this kid that was working saw me see him right in the window and GRAB MY FRIES with his BARE HANDS and put it in my bag for me to eat… All while wiping his gloveless hands on his pants in between each grab. That was so gross so I won’t be coming here again. An 8 dollar meal wasted because after seeing that and the fact he did not care… I wouldn’t trust me or my son to eat here. This McDonalds always has a filthy Playland , but 2/18/24 3:25-4:28pm was absolutely the worst by far. I even walked up to the front counter and talked to an employee and told them that they needed to have playland cleaned because it was absolutely filthy! I never see anyone cleaning in this area the time I was there. Windows have greasy finger marks and words like Ronald McDonald feom kids fingers. Highchairs with food on them, If you plan on sitting at a table hope that they have those wipes next to the garbage can & wipe off your tile and seat yourself. Can you imagine how often they clean the slide and inside the equipment?!🤮 To top it off my husband and I got food poisoning from eating a hamburger and cheeseburger yesterday.
To be quite honest. I worked at a McDonald's many years ago and see the young kids not doing much to clean if customers aren't in the store.

A "trainer" named Job took our order and not only did this trainer just appear completely unkempt with what appeared to be cat hair all over his shirt, he was completely disinterested in his job. Customer service should at least greet you, but this guy trains other people? I ordered, repeated my order and he rang it up wrong as what i said was not on my receipt right. I'm so sick of this. I don't know why i keep coming back, even if the playplace is good for my kids.

Please train this "trainer" to actuality do his job right. He is one employee i would happily replace with the kiosk.

The drive thru basically wrapped around the entire building, so I went inside to order my large soda, after about 2 minutes, the nicest girl took my order and we were talking and I mentioned that I am a cna at a nursing home so I understand being short staffed, and being stressed out when things get hectic, she proceeded to thank me for being a cna! Made my day! Even with the drive thru being crazy, them being short on staff, she still managed to make me feel like a person! Thank you!

Young girl on the headset was rude. She told me that my code was used already as I just generated the code before I got in line. I overheard her manager telling her that their system was having issues. She basically said, too bad there is nothing I can do for you. This was the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in!!! The Staff was AWESOME!!! Very attentive and Very Polite!!! Quick friendly service. DRIVE THRU: Wonky to enter the drive thru because you have to go around the building, and please do, otherwise you block the driveway entrance to the restaurant. There’s two drive thru lanes which makes rush hour easier and faster.
INSIDE: alway clean and kept up. Very large play area for the kids, and it’s also very clean in the play area. Constantly coming in to wipe tables and keep garbage from over flowing over, equipment is kept clean and monitored to keep the kids safe. Very spacious and spread out play place with windows on all sides. Plus don’t forget the free wifi availability!
