Honestly- I would give ZERO if it would let me.

I Went through the drive-through to pick up a meal for my daughter who was just getting off from practice And ordered the double meal for Her. They get the order wrong. Ask me to pull up to the next window to wait. I realize after 6 cars or so pass by that I had sat there for 10 minutes and nobody has come to bring me my sandwich. I had to go park, walk in and asked for a manager, told her what happened and she tells me oh I’m sorry that wasn’t communicated - when it was a manager who told me to pull up. Nevertheless, I asked for my money back because I was upset, returned the food and was late to pick up my daughter and still had no food for her.

This is unacceptable and terrible service- she did nothing to reconcile the situation.

Messed up my order, TWICE came back. I was super understanding (even though I live twenty miles away) came back Gave me attitude for their mess up. Told me they promoed my already paid for meal- (NOPE) they definitely didn’t. I will be going out of my way to onalaska from now on because every time i go through this mcdonald’s there is always a problem. For starters, i have had hair in my food more than once and i still have not received my refund even after calling the 2nd time. Not only is it the hair, but it is also the fact that their equipment always has some sort of problem whether it is the drive thru screen or their headsets or any other equipment. We when though the drive thru and our order was taken fine. We were a little surprised 2 kids meals and 2 large meals came to 35$, but understandable. However the QUALITY of these chicken wraps is poor. We did try them their first week in restaurants; today there is hardly any cheese, the tortilla was folded over itself in the wrap, and just drowned in spicy sauce. The George Street store always has the worst quality for us, so I’d recommend a different location.

It's a child's playhouse full of germs, sweaty kids,and messy stations. If it is going to be Family friendly it should be kept germ free, clean, and stocked.

I've updated my review because this McDonald's consistently gets ordering wrong. Out of the last three times that I have stopped to pick up breakfast for my family, every single one of them the order was sent out the window incorrect. The manager corrected the order this morning, but they left out an entire breakfast, and sent one of the hot cake orders out the door without sausage. If you go to order here, Make sure you double in triple check what is on the screen before you pull around.

Food was okay and communication was good but terrible service. I worked at plenty of fast food restaurants and everyone knows that if you mess up an order you should either give a discount or money back, or let the person keep the food and give them the correct order. You don’t take the food, offer zero discount, and not even apologize. We know your already gonna throw the food out anyways like Some customer service. I worked at a McDonald’s for three years and when they hire you they make you attend a whole training on what to do at work and they talk plenty about what to do if you mess an order up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’m a regular customer but respect was below average today so I might be just limiting how much I come here👎

Went through drive through this morning. I ordered a sausage biscuit and they gave me a burrito instead which was on my receipt im guessing they misunderstood me so that was fine. I took the loss of my extra money and asked for a biscuit instead, pulled out of the drive way and still had no biscuit but a sandwich and BBQ sauce for a breakfast sandwich?? Automatronic world is impersonal and I really love ordering off a kiosk that "over a million served" have touched, coughed on, & their kids have wiped boogers on it (if it's a good day), right before handling food & ingesting all those germs. I got in line behind a guy tonite who was attempting to purchase his food with points. I had cars behind me so I was stuck in the 2nd lane. Whoever was taking his guys order didn't know how to use his points apparently so we all waited behind this dude for at least 15 to 20 minutes and he never moved even tho at least 5 cars in the 1st line had come and gone as well as all the cars that were in front of him.. I finally tooted my horn 1x at him to ask what was wrong. He opened his car door and screamed f- bombs at me and f-you gestures at me. Finally he was apparently told to pull ahead and was waiting up by the area designated for order waiting. He was still sitting there when my order was finally taken and handed to me and I drove out of the lot. My food was not hot when I got to finally eat.
This was at N side McDonald's in Lacrosse. The Food was cold, the service was terrible and the rude person in blue car in front me made this the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Needless to say I will not be going back again.

This McDonalds is super clean and new. They are fast to get your order out to you and the food is good. My ONLY complaint is the price. The price of what i normally get has literally doubled in price making it not worth buying almost in my opinion. For fast food though the food is good. I so haven't had my order be wrong now in a long time when they used to mess it up almost everytime so whether you changed with the drive thru... It works!

So the official wait was supposed to be 5 - 10 minutes for curbside. We waited 22 minutes for our food. One car was in the drive-thru when we got there. Hardly anyone was inside. The person who brought it out said the reason was due to being busy. They were too busy to bring out our food. So, yeah. Never going to this location again. We said no salt on our fries, which there was. And they screwed up our order. Two people, younger, were smoking cigarettes by the back door staring at us while we waited. But they were too busy inside to bring our food out on time. Got it. 👍

Stopped by at 7:30pm July 23rd and the employee working headset and taking payment was great. A+ customer service. I could recognize him from previous trips just by his voice and enthusiasm.
