We were shorted a hashbrown during drive thru service. 2nd time I've ordered decaf coffee that was cold and wondering if I got the remaining of the pot. Y'all need to keep the decaf as fresh as the regular. The food was ok, eggs were mushy. Nothing seemed really fresh or hot.

Main concern is why there is almost no customer service in McDonald's anymore. They utilize kiosks so you can order food yourself, which is interesting as I would find that to be a last-resort deal when there is a line. But no, nobody was at the register and it was kinda odd to walk in without seeing someone in uniform looking your direction.
Do what you need to do obviously, just found that weird.
Another thing I noticed was that the tables in the restaurant were dirty as a whole. I understand if you are understaffed or too busy to deal with that, but they had plently of staff and it was relatively slow.
Could've been better, not a big deal.

Make sure you check that all of your food is in the bag/box. Ran over to get kiddo a happymeal, got home.. only thingnin the box was the nuggets, napkins, and toy.. wth.. i am paying $6 for what? This is not the first time. So many times the toy is missing, they try to hand me food with no drinks, and my fav is ordering a large coffee extra cream and sugar and being handed a black coffee...

So close to home we stop here often. Only thing I would change is the "play area" get rid of the games and maybe a booth or 2 and get a mini climber and slide. It will go a long way. Either way will continue to eat here.

I drop my star count from 5 to 3. Why? We go almost weekly and mostly when I am to tired to cook from 12 hour shifts. My feet hurt so we hit drive thru and I always ha e the whole order to save times. #1 when did the side salad go from $1 to $2.44? #2 I said "a order of hot cakes# and happen to catch he rung in 4 orders of hot cakes. I apologized for the misu understanding but she said "you ordered 4" #3 and the real reason.. We get to the window and get 1/3rd of the order and was asked to pull up. Sure that's fine I work a drive thru and understand time. Lady brings us out the bag and walks away. I look in the bag to see the large fry is not there. I check the receipt and see I did order it. We swing back around and say "yeah we just came thru with that big order. You guys forgot the large fry" the lady snapped back at me -you need to come inside for that- um ok? We never make our guest come inside if we forget to give them something. I sent my brother in because I knew I would be snapping.

I've been here several times. The staff has always been friendly, especially to my kids. I've never had my order mixed up. I typically go inside to order. They do prefer you use the kiosks to order, so if you like to order at the register you may have a bit of a wait.

I do not live in La Crosse and do not work in La Crosse, so I do not order here very often. But my last two orders were drive through custom orders. They got them both wrong without the customizations. There is no customer service for McDonald's to contact to let them know about the issues. Just have to take the loss or go back to the store and lose your time. Neither option is worth it.

I have ordered from various McDonald's in La Crosse since moving here. Not one of them will ever get my business again. Not in La Crosse or anywhere else. Considering I don't have any means of transportation, I rely on food delivery and expect it to be right. I worked in the food service industry for half my life, so I understand that mistakes are made from time to time. However, the amount of times my orders have been wrong with McDonalds is ridiculous and unacceptable. It screams poor management and product neglect. How can a business expect to keep their customers happy if the quality of the product or service being provided appears to be of little importance to its employees?

I've eaten at this mc Donald's for years. The prices have gone up while the quality has gone down. Almost 3 bucks for a small fry!!!! It was on the dollar menu not long ago!!! Now I get cold or twice fried frys. NOT acceptable. They can't even seem to get the mayonnaise on the sandwich. McDonald's is usually pretty consistent as far as the food goes. I don't eat it a lot, but I do love the fries especially! The only complaint I have is that this Mcdonald's has gone to all kiosk except for one cashier. Older people hate these kiosks. You can't pay cash on them and older people don't like buttons and prompts. Frankly, I don't blame them. If I'm stopping in for fast food I don't like being put to work first. If I'm entering my own order, picking it up from the counter, get my own drink, and bus my own tray AND paying for the privilege, it's not exactly the easy going laid back atmosphere it used to be. Maybe that makes me an older person? 😉

Pointed out that my order was wrong. Ordered a number 3. Double 1/4 lb with fries and a drink and got a single 1/4 lb with bacon and no fries. Did not complain because it would have slowed down the already bad service.

Lately, ever since the new building, every order we have placed has been put together wrong. It has been pretty consistent and provides such an inconvenience that it holds up the drive thru line or requires the adult to leave a car full of kids to come inside. Once, one of my children didn't get his plain cheese burger and had to share half a sandwich with his older brother. He is a picky eater and doesn't want half of his older brother's sandwich. We were worried he wasn't going to eat and go to bed empty stomach for the night. Since we, 1 adult and 5 five kids, made it home, the 1 adult was not going to take all 5 kids and drive back just for that.

Do not come to this McDonald’s at night. They shut down the lobby at 10 when the Trane next door goes on break. So expect a 30 car wait in the drive through and only one lane open when they have a two lane system. Not good if you doordash as you will definitely be late.
