Waited in drive thru for an hour just to get our order wrong. Stated they were busy walked inside to get the rest of my food saw about 10 people waiting for their food and about 8-10 employees. Very unorganized. Could of went to a sit down restaurant, get our food and eat it all in the time frame it took us to get "fast food". Ridiculous!!!

Dirtiest McDonald's I had ever been to! Floors were so greasy people had a difficult time just standing without their feet sliding. Hopefully nobody fell, because the employees didn't care. Kitchen and drink areas were filthy with crud all over a machines and garbage laying all over in kitchen. I'm not used to seeing such a dirty McDonald's!

Never received our food IN the restaurant. We waited 35 minutes with a hungry 4 year old. We left and went to Kwik trip. One of rhe employees was talking to his friends on other side of counter clearly not working dropping F bombs right in front of manager who did nothing to correct the problem. The store and bathrooms were dirty. I will never stop there again. We asked for our money back and left.

The floor, tables, condiment stations and bathrooms were so dirty! I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after I left. The food wasn't any better. Cold fries and burgers thrown in their boxes. They couldn't even make sure ithey were assembled correctly. BEST part, all the workers standing around visiting or on cell phones, ridiculous!! Might I add we were the only ones in the restaurant so it wasn't like they were busy. Had to leave 1 star to post, but truly it should be ZERO.

Very respectable staffing came through after a long 8 hour shift and was hungry for something quick and an employee named daven gave me excellent service kid needs a raise. Going above and beyond on his job. Made fresh fries and a pie before closing. Definitely made night much better.

Not a very friendly staff. I was the only customer at the counter and three employees stood with their backs to me when I picked up my order. No greeting, didn't confirm my order, or offer a friendly acknowledgement. I had to interrupt them to ask for a carry container. Also, had to ask for toilet paper; none in the restroom.

I started to notice that the day shift would get all mad at kitchen becouse they would ask a question and this one manager that’s super skinny, would get all mad. Kinda sad she has to get mad at teenagers over questions, night shift managers help and don’t yell at the teenagers and help them. I see a really big difference, time sometimes happens about this

Rude employees ,rude manager didn't accept The app promotion and told me I was wrong about it when I read word from word to her. She dismissed me. The employee at the window closed it in my face shrugged shoulders and turned away acting like I wasn't there. . Theyforgot a soda with my order. And charged me $16 for 2 sandwiches with unmelted cheese. When I called back, she told me she was sorry for inflation. I said I would speak with the general manager. She laughed and said, okay, worst place ever to stop.Don't do it if you can miss it.There's a dq, a kwik trip, subway and family Restaurant. You can all get better service. Better food and don't have to deal with the unprofessionalism or the employees that don't care about doing their job. If I could give it any minus stars I Def would. Oh the app took my points because it was right they denied me and could tell me why my points were taken. I been good with this place for about a year the last 15 yrs before I ha e a bad response everytime, then they impressed me once staff changed. The rudeness this morning along with the stuck up brat who didn't wanna answer me or find out was absolutely ridiculous. Neither her or the manager should be in a customer service roll. I've never been more furious on how I was treated by the employee first and the manager second. Do not go here if u can help it

This is probably the worst location in the state. Food is consistently cold, wrong, missing or tossed inside so horribly that it doesn't stay together. Inside is normally in need of cleaning. Half the time when you add or take off things from the burgers, that goes ignored but they'll still charge you for the things you added on. Same with the coffees. Don't bother asking for extra in those, they'll take the money and make it as normal.

I ordered at the dive through, and there appeared to be only three cars ahead of me. Despite this, it took nearly twenty minutes to receive the double cheese burger and quarter pounder and fries I ordered. The guy in front of me waited about 17 minutes for one single ice cream cone. I will never know what the wait was about, but the staff was very busy-looking inside once I got to the window. Maybe there were a lot of online orders. Who knows? Oh, the food was very good.

I have a poor review for this particular McDonald's through no fault of their own. They're very short handed, small town nobody wants to work nowadays especially at McDonald's mostly because it's viewed as a kids job. In fact it can become a full time career nowadays. So it's slower than usual be patient please. The employees are only as nice as you are so be respectful as we should anyway anywhere right. Other than the slow service due to short handedness it's McDonald's it what you'd expect anywhere.

The host of problems started with a mobile order for 3 kids meals (1 had a hair in the fries and my 3 yr old niece got choked). My card was charged but they couldn't find the order so I had to reorder and pay with cash. I also placed a separate order (HUGE MISTAKE) but I was missing an order of fries and straws. 1 of the sandwiches in this order had a long, dark, curly hair in it as well. The fries were replaced with half warm saltless fries and the replacement sandwich looked horrible.

Stopped at around 8:15pm on a Saturday, dining inside with 4 people. Took a few moments for any of the employees to even acknowledge we were there, everyone seemed only to care about the drive thru. Once we ordered, it took much longer than it should have to get our food. The store was not any busier than what I would say is normal Mcdonald's traffic. In addition to slow service, the store was a disaster. My shoes stuck to the floor after standing by the drink area, the drink station was a mess, floors were filthy and garbage was strewn about. It very much appeared like none of the employees wanted to move too quickly or work too hard. The store itself was modern and updated nicely, just poor service.

Right now because of COVID it's drive thru only. Certain employees there don't give you a chance to tell what you want before you can respond. I can order one thing and before I say anything else that person says anything else. And they say it after every little thing you order. I don't think this person does it intentionally but it can be irritating. The food is good most of the time . I would especially like to thank this one employee. She is an older lady and she is always happy to see you.

It was just okay for me. Used their app. Ordered. Arrived and then waited at the front. The host wasn't the best. Explained I pre-ordered and he asked me what app. I really didn't know because it was a Order Ahead button on the website. He said follow me...and proceeded to walk into the kitchen. I stopped by the bar and 3 other people asked me if I ordered on the app. Is this new for them? Why are there so many questions about it? Anyhow, I felt like the entire pick up process was long and awkward with no one really on top of it, which took a lot longer to pick up and left me in an ackward place in the restaurant....waiting. I ordered a bacon burger with toppings. I ended up with 2 burgers on one bun, and no toppings. Guess they didn't read the app choices? Burgers were kinda dry but the side salad was good. Might try again with another choice.
