The lady at the pay window, Brook, is probably where she should be, as far as “fast food” but could truly be a little kinder to the customers who have questions, retraining in customer service and self-management. Megan who handled me thereafter was kind. However, those windows aren’t sound proof. The rest of the staff who were talking badly about other customers, should be aware, we can hear you. Kind of tacky, but for a McDonald’s, I guess you can’t expect much.

Took 28 minutes to get a caramel ice coffee through the drive through. Might have been quicker if they didn't take someone else's order ahead of us. Also the iced caramel coffee recipe has changed, it definitely does not taste the same as it always has in the past.

We were the only people in the drive through, yet waited for 20 minutes. We got cold fries, the chicken wraps had chicken that was warm (at best) in the first 2 bites then ice cold. Ended up throwing them away. The sandwich ordered was a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe add bacon. I got a double quarter pounder with onions and ketchup only (in a box that said a completely different sandwich on the little white sticker) they forgot the ice creams and as far as friendly service, there was none to be found. I didn't even bother to return anything. I have lived in the area my entire life and it's pretty much always been the same. Unfortunately, there aren't many fast food options late at night in the area so every once in a while we find ourselves back there, each time similar to the last.

I consistently go to this McDonald’s for breakfast for around two years now. I normally am not one to shame but this worker is terrible. She doesn’t talk to people in the drive thru line and makes them wait for 10 minutes. Whenever the line is slow, I know she is working. The staff at McDonald’s even told me she is the problem.

Food is always hot and fresh. This has to be one of the slowest McDonalds at the driveway thru. We usually only go at breakfast time. Service isn't great. There are a few workers who are definitely wonderful. We are always happy when Tony is at the drive-thru. He always has a smile and has excellent customer service, unlike most of the morning workers.

This is based on service (food was 5). I’m rating this location a 2 as service isn’t that good. I waited at the register for a while for someone to come. There was no one else in line. Then a person picked up her order and started talking to the worker who still stayed totally oblivious to me. We were dining in and just ordered on the kiosk & took a placard. I had to interrupt him while he was just talking with the lady. I asked for water cups to which he said - here I have your order- no napkins and not delivered to my table??? Is this the new McDonalds?; do everything myself plus no napkins on the tray? Food was a 5 and I wouldn’t fault the kitchen workers.

I ordered on the app for car side delivery. After waiting near 15 minutes for the order, they finally bring it out, while eating my food, the police show up and tell me that the manager called saying I was being a vagrant, that didn't order anything, and was inside trying to steal something.

When I showed the officer my receipt and trash from the order I just ate , he laughed and asked ME what they where talking about!!

The manager was standing in the window watching the entire exchange like he was watching a movie... But then never came out to say anything! Nothing about how he called the police on a paying customer and had obviously been mistaken!

No wonder this place has a sub par rating!!
And I believe someone was being generous to have given any more than one star.

As a local, I've had NO GOOD EXPERIENCES HERE. But the cops, that was the one that made me write a review

Horrible customer service. I came in with my daughter, I asked for barbecue sauce TWICE in a friendly and patient matter, whoever was the balding man in a greasy gray hoodie- he had some negative attitude that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe with the environment and food. I only ordered a Big Mac An a medium fry, total was $8.63. Pulled up to pay, cashier told me $8.36, didn’t question it cause I forgot the total. Pay $10.50, $1.10 is given back, I’m missing a $1.04. Everything printed on the receipt is absolute wrong. Called later an told the manager I did not get my full change back. With attitude she told me that can’t be because none of her registers have no extra money. Then she finally wants to do her job an check, then tells me that there is extra money. How you gonna not do your job an lie straight through your teeth. This McDonald’s will lie an scam you for extra petty cash. Manager is rude an does not do her job. Cashier/s here don’t know how to count money and don’t know how to handle money properly.

Went in to patronize this mcdonalds on 8/2 around 3:13pm and the person who claimed to be a manager was very rude when he approached the counter stating only 1 code could only be used assuming that everyone was together. Then the young lady asked for salt for her fries and he stated it's already salt on her fries vs saying here us some salt. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for someone over him and he told me no one was over him. I asked for his name and he stated he didn't have to give me his name. Very unprofessional and rude.

TERRIBLE!! It's no wonder you are looking for help cause the help you have is awful! It only took 3 times to get my order right. I wanted extra onions on my burgers. The 1st time no onions but a slip that said extra onions, 2nd time extra pickles with the slip that said extra onions and still no onions, Finally the 3rd time I got extra onions. By then my fries are cold. This isn't the first time either. Really they want to get paid $15 an hour. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I will be going to Culver's from now on. Awful! Took my 91 year old mother for a drive and ice cream. The guy at the drive-through tried to hand me cones with the ice cream totally melted and falling over off the sides. He even had the napkins IN the ice cream!
He said, "When it's hot out the ice cream is extra soft." WHAT? I assume ice cream machines are INSIDE the building, and the building is air-conditioned....
I asked if we could have cups to put them upside down in, and he handed me both dripping cones and tried to also hand me cups! I could not hand that mess to my mom, so I just said this won't work and handed them back.
He asked if we wanted just cups of ice cream instead, which was basically our only choice. He came back with 2 small cups that were about half full. The ice cream peaks were not even level with the tops of the cups.
So, we left with no cones, and about one-third of the ice cream we would have gotten with the cones.
First and last time there!

It's been a hell of a long time since I've seen customer service this awful.
I'm literally sitting in my vehicle at 11:59 pm because the manager (whom said her name was Brook) just walked up and told me I had to leave as I was eating a chicken sandwich.

I asked her if I could finish my sandwich and she said no, we need everyone out by 12, "owners rules".

I nicely reminded her after I placed my order I waited 12-15 minutes of not hearing from anyone.
I was still lingering by the front counter and she asked if I needed help. I told her I was waiting for my order, to which she said she had no orders to be made. I told her I placed an order and had paid for it. I then heard someone from behind the counter tell her to check her screen or something along those lines... Then Brook decided to start making my order.

I was here at 11:20 pm and had more than enough time to finish my food had brook not been asleep at the switch.

I have never in my life seen a good place toss out a quiet and peaceful customer while eating.

I nicely asked Brook if I could have the contact info for the owner, I was ignored. I then asked for the number for the store and she said, "just Google it".

I then asked if I could have her name and as she was walking away, she mumbled "Brook"... so that may or may not be her. Regardless I can't remember a more rude person I've ever encountered while eating at an establishment.

I sure hope any owners or managers see this!

I sat in the line for nearly 10 minutes. Two cars that pulled in minutes after I had been sitting at the speaker were taken before mine. When I pulled forward I sat at the window for another 5 minutes before anyone came to the window. I would’ve just blamed the one person whose fault it directly was but she refused to give a name. When I asked for a manager I was told they all were and no one wanted to take any accountability so it seems to be an issue from the top down. There was one younger girl there who seemed to be the only one working with any sort of decency as she came to talk to me as soon as she clocked in. I truly feel sorry that she’s surrounded by the rest of that pathetic crew.

This is the worst McDonald's ever! I just moved to Lake Geneva and live really close to this restaurant. It time Iwas in drive thru was asked to pull forward to wait for Fish filet.I waited for 20 minutes while 8 other cars got served. The 2nd time I ordered 2 Mcdoubles, fries and shake...get to window they had added 2 bottles of water. I told the girl( who could barely speak English) that I didn't order them and she shook her shoulders and said " I don't know " and walked away when I asked to speak with mngr. she grabbed card out my hand and acted like she did a return when we n I got home checked bank and nothing was returned to card. I called restaurant and explained to female mngr.and she was even more rude. Needless to say by the time all this was over my food was cold and horrible. We won't b going back here. This restaurant does not have the standard most McDonald's have

It's a great feeling to know someone is doing their job properly to make sure the right food goes to the right vehicle. We enjoy going here. Much improved service since we moved here 3yrs. ago. Tony is usually the person who is managing the pick up window. If I could give this damn place 0 stars best believe I would. I waiting at the drive thru kiosk for 10 min after waiting in line for 15 min. I said hello multiple times to see if they would hear me and ofc they “didn’t”. When I pulled up to the window the guy was very rude saying they didn’t have an order for me, after I explained that no one took my order for the 10 min I was there he wanted me to go wait in the huge line again and place my order. AND I QUOTE “she wasn’t here, now she’s back so go back in line and place you’re order there” and shut the window door right to my face. THE WORST PLACE EVER. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Honestly, I’m never one to complain. Especially about a fast food restaurant, ESPECIALLY MCDONALDS. You don’t really come here expecting good food or immaculate service. But you’d expect an open lane to be able to order at. I sat in the second lane for 10 minutes, with no one else at the restaurant. Two cars came up to the first lane and ordered right away so I moved into the first lane, then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. I don’t really understand what happened, maybe they didn’t like my car, or maybe they forgot they had a job, not sure. But I did make sure to put their safety cone in the second lane for them to block it off since clearly you can’t get service there.
