Today I went to McDonald's and this time they served me super badly, to start with, I ordered two hamburgers and one I wanted without pickles, and they added pickles, then I asked for a coffee with extra cream and 3 sugars, and they gave it to me super strong and without cream or sugar, in my experience on other occasions that I have gone for food today it was very bad the truth, I couldn't even drink my coffee comfortably because it was super strong

We stopped here while on vacation we live in Kenosha and This McDonald's reminds me of what McDonald's use to be for us. Employees were wonderful working with me with crazy children. Oder was right on. Food actually tasted good not overcooked or cold sitting to long and just thrown together.

I wouldn’t waste your time with a business that does not take their customers into consider! I have gone three times this week to order a specific coffee in the morning and I’ve been told each time that they don’t have any milk? I guess the reason why that doesn’t make sense to me is there’s two gas stations across the street that sell milk? When I asked the manager if I was going to be compensated another drink that they wanted me to order they told me they could not do that? I know for a fact they can do that because it’s happened to me at other McDonald’s so that shows that they value saving two dollars over a lifetime customer don’t bother going to this business. It’s a waste of time their employees don’t know anything and the manager does not know how to run business sad sad establishment.

I'm on a road trip to Madison and needed somewhere to stop and eat. I was in a grumpy mood, I'll admit it. But, the manager (I think his name was Alex) was extremely patient with me and delivered such high quality service. The food came out as soon as I had ordered it and it was hot and fresh. 10/10 would go again when given the chance

So we ordered 2 egg mcgriddles. And the pancake breakfast meal with eggs and hash brown. With a caramel coffee and Dr Pepper. The little blonde girl with glasses forgot our Dr Pepper, and would not come back to the window. We get home and open it up. We received 3 MC muffins instead of the 2 ordered mcgriddles. And then no eggs and hash browns for the meal. Is your McDonald's job that hard? Can we at least get the order right?

It's McDonald's. It's supposed to be fast, it's supposed to be consistent, and it's supposed to be a uniform experience. Disappointingly this location was none of these.

In all fairness to the staff working, there's a high likelihood that they are under staffed just like everyone else. But the drive-thru times were unacceptable and by the time the food was handed through the window, it was cool.

Enough is Enough!!! The staff doesn’t know how to read! Doesn’t know how to count! They are incapable of filling a smaller drink cup to a proper “Full” amount. They also do not appear to care about customer service. You have a staff member on drive thru that literally screams through the speaker at every customer! I should not be able to hear a cashier on speaker from 3 cars behind the speaker with my windows shut… I have now picked up a 4th order that is incorrect! I should have stopped after the 2nd incorrect order… but Lake Mills location is super close, but so is Kwik Trip, Culvers and Subway!

This is the best mcdonalds I've been to in wisconsin itself!! I went inside and ordered and it's very nicely furnished and clean! Staff among all is very nice and courteous to their customers. I ordered 2 adult meals and a Happy Meal through the drive thru. They did not give us the happy meal so I had to go in and get it. Once we were back on the highway we started handing out the food and realized that they also didn't give us any sauce (and everyone got nuggets). Finally, my daughters drink had something floating in it. Not sure what it is, but it looks like a piece of grass. The food itself was good, but the poor service ruined the whole meal.

The guy who handed out the food did an ok job. He handled me bringing up issues twice. The first was an app issue. It claimed the 6 piece McNugget happy meal wasn't available. I ended up getting hamburger instead. Unfortunately, that means not getting the sauce that comes with nuggets. I asked if I could just have one or two anyway, he tells me it will cost. I said not to bother, I'm not spending 80 cents on 2 sauces. I'm not mad at the kid, he was doing his job. But back when I worked fast food, that sauce would have been given to me as a "sorry our app didn't allow you to order your first choice, even though we definitely have it available". And if I were working the drive thru, I would have asked the food people to make what was originally meant to be ordered, and that still would have included free sauce. I wasn't a jerk about anything, even the second part. Half a mile away, I noticed only one order of fries. The happy meal offers a second fry (kids size) or apples. I chose fries so I could eat a few, the rest was for my granddaughter. Anyway, I went back, sat at the menu for about 3 seconds so as not to create a ghost car on their drive thru timers, then to the window. I explained this to them and I honestly don't remember what he said exactly, but I explained there should be 2 fries. He said one. I got slightly tense but I pulled out my phone to show him in the app how there should be a second fry. This kid waits for me to go through all that before explaining that when 2 kids fries are chosen, they just make it a small fry, which is about the same as 2 kids fries. I pulled out the bag, saw he was right, apologized and drove away. He could have explained that first and avoided the whole digging through the phone thing. Also, I know I'm not entitled to them, but he could have offered me free sauce to make up for the confusion. I don't consider myself entitled to it, but excellent, or even just good customer service would have offered it. The fries were less than stellar, but that's every McDonald's, every time nowadays. Will I go there again? I'm sure I will. But my expectations will be lower.

Newly renovated. Very clean and modern. The playplace is in a separate room from the rest of the restaurant, which is great for diners that enjoy peace and quiet and parents who want to keep their children corraled. We love that there is a unisex single stall bathroom in the playplace room. No worry about sending a child off across the restaurant alone or trying to coax children out of the play structure to travel to the bathroom as a group.
The staff were so nice and the kids loved their happy meals that now come with both an extra small fry and apple slices.

Most of us like to splurge on some fast food, so why not bring your dog and get a pup cup! It makes them happy and content while you munch on your food without dog stares, 🤣🤣. It also creates good interactions between the customer's and McDonald's workers. Seems like this world is changing with a lot of negativity. Little by little, we can turn that around to positively. The amount of times that I am given some other variation of the black iced coffee I order is insane. I specifically ask for black, iced coffee, with no sugar or cream, and the staff typically cannot get it right. Big deal, I just explain that it's not what I ordered and they provide me with the right product.

Today, a middle-aged woman tried to hand me a large hot coffee and when I explained to her that it was not what I ordered she raised her voice at me and directed her frustration towards me. She then gave me my iced coffee with attitude, snidely yelled "have a good day" while shutting the window before she gave me the food that came with my coffee. When she saw that I was still sitting there she threw her arms up in disgust and said "WHAT?", a younger service member who I've had positive experiences with in the past came up and handed me my food past the older employee. I could tell that she was aware of how irate and rude her coworker was being.

It is ok to make mistakes, even if they happen somewhat occasionally (as long as they're small, like getting a coffee order wrong). BUT I WILL NOT continue to pay money to get harassed first thing in the morning. This McDonald's needs to get their staff in check. It is not my fault your employee got my order incorrect and they had zero right to treat me in the manner they did.

They automatically upcharge you (supersize) without asking, and when you bring it to their attention, they say they'll fix it at the drive through window. Except when you get to the window, it's not the same person, and they have no idea what you're talking about. So the manager /order taker claims to be going to help, but then puts a teenager cashier in a bad position, because the manager lied and didn't help.

So I again told them at the second window, the order is wrong, yet another teenager, not the manager, I tell them I was overcharged, it should be a small coffee, not a large, they show me a large was made, they give me a small then, but also have no idea what I'm talking about that the order was wrong.

Mcdonald's, when I place an order, THAT is what I want. It's not up to you to then upcharge me for extras I didn't order, nor did I want.

I was literally standing at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes before anyone even came by the register. After that, it seemed a little slow. The food was as expected. Interesting layout, which with good service would provide atmosphere (fast foos level).

Says they open at 4:30 it's 7:30 there's people inside all the lights are on yet I had to sit at the order window for about 10 minutes before someone could tell me they are NOT open.

Girl at the drive through was polite and efficient. Order was prepared quickly, and the food quality was great. Honestly this is the best McDonald's I've ever had in Wisconsin! It would be worth the hour drive from Milwaukee just to eat from here again.

Ordered a big mac with no meat (I'm vegetarian). The receipt said no meat, the tag on the box said no meat, when I opened it was 2 patties, 4 pickles, and a bit of brown lettuce THROWN in the box. When I called, the gal told me the buttons for no meat and no bread were close together??!!! I wasn't worth the time and effort to explain it again! They sent me a card for a replacement. Don't eat fast food often due to the lack of options but even at free, I don't think I will go back.
