Everytime i try to go to Lancaster Wisconsin Mcdonalds for two double cheeseburgers i end up waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I get my food, immediately try a fry and everytime it is rock hard or cold. Same with the patties. This shits ridiculous.

The curbside pickup in the morning has gotten very SLOW in the last few months. They used to be fairly quick, but now we will sometimes wait in the stall for 10-15 minutes after clicking "I'm here" and entering our stall number in the app.

I placed an order online. When I gave the TWO girls on the drive thru speaker my assigned number, I got no response. When I said “Hello?”, I was met with, “We heard you!”. Well, unless you respond to the customer, they don’t necessarily know you heard them. Then I was told, “We’ll get started making that.” The whole point of online ordering is to lessen the wait for your order. On my way to an appointment in Madison, and my order not getting started until I arrived, I went inside to get the order from the person bringing it out. A girl came out of the kitchen with 2 bags. I asked if one of them was QJ27. She said that is a drive thru order. Which didn’t answer my question. She took the 2 bags out. When she came back in, THEN she decided maybe more information would help! I was again asked about my order. I repeated the number at which point she cut me off and said, “NO. WHAT was in the order!?” I told her if she would let me finish, I was trying to tell her that. Your employee was combative and RUDE! Telling me THAT number is not ON the bag; my name is on the bag, at which point she should have simply asked what my name was! I don’t work at McDonald’s, I supplied the ONLY information given to me by your online app. The only reason I didn’t press the issue when she first came out with the 2 bags was because she wasn’t carrying any coffee, which I ordered AND paid for, but DID NOT GET! I will not only stop going to your location myself, I’ll dissuade ANYONE who will listen not to waste their time AND precious money at your establishment; unless they’re looking for a little abuse!

I don't go there often but when I do the highlight of my visit there is just seeing what they randomly decide to throw in my bag. It cracks me up. That's the only reason why they even deserve a single star. On top of that the employees seem high strung looking for reasons to get upset with customers. Not a comfortable atmosphere.

I go here often and very rarely is there ever a mess up on my order. When there is, the staff correct the error and swiftly - which again, is very rarely. People make mistakes, machines can malfunction, etc… People tend to only leave bad reviews on places vs the 100 times they’ve gone through error free. This location does not get the praise it deserves, so here I am, I go there multiple times a week. The staff are super friendly, especially Justin. Next to the quality of food is the staff and they truly make the place welcoming. I’ve heard them interact with the regular elderly people in the morning and the smile and conversation that they get in return is heartwarming. They dress up for the Holidays and they have honestly made my day more times than I can count. Now, on the other hand, I have seen customers be absolutely rude to the employees while in the drive thru. Treat others how you want to be treated. This place is great and I hope more POSITIVE reviews will come through for them.

The only reason we still go to this mcdonalds is because we don't wanna drive to platteville when we need a quick dinner.

October 28th 10 minutes before close about... Regular cheeseburger, medium fry, and coke.

Fries were flacid and had to throw out. If a normal Mcdonald fry dumped into a bowl of cooking oil then put on a place then put it in microwave for 10 seconds what these mushy stale fries tasted like.

I want my money back for the fries. They should've just closed up an hour early rather than distribute these. I had to throw them out.

The drink tasted the best from the fountain and cheeseburger held up well enough. Had to do 1 star cause of fries or no one listen.

Edit: I went back to the place oct.29th at between 4 and 5 pm. Fries were better (still bit stale) but Big Mac was drenched with sauce so much so I had to take it apart. It's not the worst McDonald's location but probably best go elsewhere. They have you pull ahead often at the drive through here to wait so the quality should be better.

This morning I stopped for a bagel sandwich and coffee. The crew were engaging and smiling and you could hear the smile at the drive-through intercom. They were busy but made me feel valued. We've gone a couple of different time mainly just for drinks, the staff is most always rude, never offer suggestions.

The last time we went my husband was ordering from the drive thru and in the middle of his order the lady cut him off and gave him his total. He said he wasn't done and she quite literally yelled through the intercom "There is no need for attitude sir!" And then argued with him about how he was being rude to her. We went up to the window to pay and receive our drinks and they forced them out the window and slammed it shut. We definitely won't be back.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. My boyfriend and I had stopped after a day of traveling. We came in ordered at the touch screen . It did not print out a receipt to pay a counter that went up to the counter waited about 5 minutes before anyone helped us they thought they fixed the issue as paper was jammed. We went and reordered, and it had then printed a blank receipt. We just then decided to order at the counter. They then got our order wrong and didn't get a drink cup. They eventually brought us a drink cup. However, it was the incorrect size. At this point, I was ready to ask for a refund, though I didn't. Order came out without any ranch. Extremely horrible service took forever for anyone to come to the counter to help use employees standing behind the counter on their phones.I honestly should have asked for a refund.

It's an ok restaurant if you plan on doing mobile order for pickup I'd advise against it we sat in our pickup slot and notices drive thru cars were going much faster than we waited 10mins several times. The food quality is good. But unfortunately this place is far from consistent. Everytime I've been here. I order the same thing. 85 percent of the time the order is wrong. I've even walked in with other orders wrong. I have no troubles at any other establishment besides this one. It appears basic management and employee discipline is a huge issue at this location. It has been completely inconsistent for ages no and no action or repercussions have been taken to change the basic skills of computer input for an order. Poor business and management practice. I honestly feel bad for the employees, as they probabaly dont know any better and are just setting themselves up for failure by working here. Something needs to change. Better training needs to occur.

EDIT: I have moved my rating down to 1 star due to my recent experience. I have no formally filed a complaint with Cooperate. Will never be going back to this location, alongside my family and friends.

Refusing to issue a refund for lack of order accuracy and consistency is not good business practice, Your managers need to learn customer service and are at the upmost rude scale I have ever experienced. Completely disgusted with the attitude and demeanor that was exhibited.

I went there the other day. Uhm. I was with my family and my little cousin and my aunt have very bad health problems and my little cousin couldn’t breathe so he put his mask under his nose. The one server said if he don’t put it over his nose we cannot be served. So we put his mask over his nose. I personally noticed the servers kept itching there heads with their gloves. And continued making our food. After we got our food. We went to check to see if we got everything. Instead of all cokes they gave us Water instead. My aunt ordered a big Mack, with everything extra. She looks down on her big Mack and the only thing on it was a piece of meat. Everyone started getting very irritated. I ordered a 10 p. Chicken nuggets. They where cold and felt frozen still. Nothing was clean at all. The servers where overall very disrespectful. The one server started yelling at us to hurry up. And we where making sure we had everything. My uncle started getting very upset, the day after we got Mac Donald’s we all started getting very sick. I don’t know if it was the one time we went there. But I do not recommend going to the one in Lancaster.

The managers appeared to disappear as i was ordering breakfast and left some very young looking workers to fill alot of order (judging by the cars in the line) then i saw a manager who seemed to be scolding the workers for not working fast enough.
