Food was good as always here. Line was long which took around 15ish mins just to order. Got to the window to pay and they just stared at me and didn’t talk. It was a younger lady with her nails done and she rolled her eyes when she gave me my card back. I was smiling and nice and she had someone peeking over her shoulder at me laughing.

If you love to eat ice cold cardboard fries and a cheeseburger that is made with a bun that is compressed foam that was also is ice cold and is tasteless? Then this is the place for your next meal! Just horrible food that was obviously hours beforewe arrived and was delivered to our table while we were filling our sodas. Each combo was $8 or more, including a Happy. You can drive 3 buildings down to Tom's DriveIn and get much better food. McDonalds was the most disgusting excuse for food I've ever wasted my money on!!!!

Was given hot water instead of a cappucino in the drive thru. Came back and went inside the restaurant and she made me a new one -- it still tasted horrible and she insisted that's just how it is. I tried to explain my situation but she cut me off and just asked how I wanted the refund. Very rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered. Bad customer service

Before getting on Hwy. 41, I have stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast many times (It's attached to a gas station). The staff is friendly, and they have hustle. I get the sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles meal and a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin side sandwich. Also, I upgrade the coffee to large, so I can watch for deer while winding my way further North.

Yuck McDonald's! Off the heels of their last virus outbreak involving onions... now dogs licking employee's hands at the drive thru window...

I stopped by McDonald's in Little Chute, WI by HWY 41 around 11:40 AM today to grab a Coke and a free medium fry (deal in the app). Twenty-something lady in front of me in the drive-thru had her large dog roaming the back seat of her SUV sticking his head out the rear side windows about a foot.

At the Pay Window the McDonald's employee sticks the pay device (reads phone payments) in the face of the dog which the dog being a dog sniffs the device. Then the lady pulls ahead slightly and stops to let the McDonald's employee stick her hand out palm up and let the dog lick her palm for several licks.

I told the McDonald's employee don't touch my credit card with your hand the dog licked to which she said that's why I let him lick my off hand. Fortunately at the food window when given the same opportunity the server opted to avoid the dog as the dog had his head stuck out the window a foot.

Needless to say I won't be coming back to McDonald's anytime soon. McDonalds what do you have to say? Yuck! Makes us wonder how sanitary your restaurants really are? 🤮

Can't blame the dog but the dog owner should've rolled up that window prior to the Pay Window. But yeah McDonald's what are you teaching your employees???

Staff are 10/10. Came to get some food when my car died in the parking lot. Panicking since I was two hours from home and had nobody to call, they offered to help jump my car and find the progressive roadside number for me since I didn't have service. Every single one of the staff were willing to help to at least some degree and it was just really great. The food I did order came out super quick and was also great.

I ordered a mcchicken biscuit add cheese with my breakfast. I waited around 10 minutes for my order for the chicken to be cooked. I paid almost a dollar for a slice of cheese and they didn’t even put it on my sandwich. They must have made my other sandwich a lot sooner too. It was warm. Not hot. As if it sat waiting for the other one. But the paying for something I didn’t get is what really irritates me.

It's hit or miss here. Sometimes, I get stale nuggets and fries, other times I can tell they just came up. Sometimes when I ask for extra salt on my fries they toss salt packets in the bag, other times they actually salt them like they're supposed to. Service is always fast but I also always order ahead. I generally don’t frequent McDonald’s, but the few times I do, this location has always been stellar. This establishment is down the street from where I live. I actually had a very unpleasant experience with the general manager a Slender Man, blue eyes grayish black hair, and after my order was messed up: he actually asked for my food back; which I know is against regulation. there's no telling what could have been done to the food , it was a way as to see if I was lying. Even after I'd already paid for my meal. I was returning the food to the store because of dietary restrictions. After i received the remake, I asked to speak to him because he's so aggressively dealt with the situation, I was upset.. I would not eat here. Very unprofessional and offensive behavior. I would never give this place respectable well earned money. Disgraceful DISGUSTING way to treat anyone giving you buisness.

The manager was standing right there. I gave my mobile order number 5 times. And they told me they didn't receive it. I double checked everything right there, and they still said no. The manager reminded me of someone who may have worked a job a long time and that's the reason they are a manager. Not because they have any actual leadership skills.
