When they brought us our food they forgot our drinks, as well as the sauce for our chicken nuggets,and they forgot my sons happy meal. When I went to the counter they wanted to see the receipt but when I ordered at the kiosk it didn't print me a receipt as it was out of paper. The floor was also very sticky. Not the 1st time I've stopped here and the floor is always sticky. Will not be back. Also as we were leaving my daughter and her friend used the woman's bathroom, the toilets were all clogged with toilet paper clogged with blood. DISGUSTING!

I stopped at this mcdonald’s today on my way home and the service was horrible, they did not say a word to me, as i went through the drive through did not say to have a great day and at both windows, both people just slammed the windows shut and said nothing. The food was old and on top of it, the whip cream given to me on my carmel frappe was pink and had no carmel drizzle on the top. This was actually horrible and the worse service.

The initial cashier told me my food was going to be within a dollar of the same price as the meal deal. It was 3 dollars more. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude and arrogant, correcting me and yelling at me to lower my tone while I spoke in a very passive manner. She was extremely condescending while pretending to be dumb and not understand my very basic request and I cannot believe that she has a job. Shame on this company for employing her, and I hope she can correct her vile and disgusting behavior at some point in the future.

More often than not you get the wrong order. Like today, we had missing food and incorrect drinks. It's a common occurrence here. Teenagers howling so loudly you can hear them through the shut window drinks spilling on you because they're too busy gossiping to watch what they're doing. I would advise anyone to choose ANY other place to stop.

Reviewed this place about 5 years ago and rated it the 2 that it has. Just happened to be there again in 2025 and the soda station was disgusting beyond anything I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. I am not talking just spilled drinks, rather major water damage and gross stuff all down the machines for dispensing. I get the sense that corporate doesn’t visit this location because they would never allow this to look this way. Way below standard for McDonald’s.

I've never had suck bad drive through service, it wasn't busy. Ordered a fish filet large fry large coke and 1 chicken wrap. We seriously waited 15 minutes for it to come out, then the less than friendly kid was extremely rude. To make it even worse, you'd expect the food to be hot and it wasn't even warm. Had we not been running late I may have walked back inside to talk to the manager, but it seems nothing much helps nowadays. I'll avoid this place in the future.

I don’t know what the managers name is at this location. I think it’s Hailey? Either way, she should NOT be around people at all, let alone work with them. Right when we walked in we saw her berating a new employee for something minuscule. Later on she was rude when giving us our order and slammed the McFlurry on the table. After ALL THAT, a different employee and I collided when I was coming in and she was going out with a mobile order. She was so polite and I wasn’t mad at all since it was a simple accident. She however was terrified of her managers reaction and rightfully so, since Hailey immediately spit some condescending comment. The manager in charge was extremely rude, and seeing that I have been a manger at a McDonald's for 11 years I think I know how my sandwich should be made. I ordered a 4d meal and the sandwich had a few strips of lettuce and only 2 tomatoes. She wanted to argue with me how the sandwich is made and then proceed to talk about me to her crew members. I wouldn't have had a problem if she would have just said sorry let me fix that for you, but she didn't and then it was made wrong a second time and continued to argue with me about how it was made. She needs to be either retrained or demoted. Then when I called and wanted to speak with the GM and asked for her name so when I called back the next day I would know how I needed to speak with she said she can't give that information. Now I know she can give the GM's name but just didn't want to. This was on Monday the 24th of March at about 1:30.

We stopped in and went to the bathroom before going through drive-thru. The women's room was revolting. There was feces streaked all over toilet seat of one of the stalls. The water was freezing despite several people using it before me, and the backsplash beneath the hand dryers was caked in dirty water.
We went through the drive-thru and were asked 3 times if we were using the mobile app. Then we got around and I tried to tell the cashier about the bathroom and he turned away while I was talking. The food itself was actually decent although all of our sandwiches came pre-smuahed.

Had a terrible experience here. We would always come here as kids. But not anymore. The tables were dirty. I sat at one and was dirty. Tried the next. Same thing. My order was cold and soggy. The person who took my moms order punched it in wrong as well. There is NO special code that says a medium fry cost $3.59. When a medium fry itself ALREADY cost $3.59. EVERY TIME I go to McDonald’s in Lomira, (which isn’t very often) I go through the drive thru. And EVERY TIME, they screw up my order! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! So this time I decided to go inside instead. The lady taking my order was very nice and helpful. While I was waiting for my order I was going to get my soda and wait at one of the tables. NOT!! The soda area was gross, litter strewn around and very dirty. I was going to sit at one of the tables. NOT!! There was litter on the tables and were very dirty as well. When they called my number, I looked in the bag quickly, took it with me and drove home. Dang it, EVERY TIME!! My sandwich wasn’t in the bag!! I called right away. The girl asked if they should send me a coupon or to come and get it? It was my lunch, so I said I would drive back and get it. Can I go through the drive thru, yes! Spent more time in the drive thru, got my burger and as suspected it was stone cold! It must have been my burger sitting for the last half after I originally ordered it! And who was the older lady behind the counter wearing a coat, shorts and slippers? She butted in front of the cashier rang something up, went and got a soda for herself and then went to the back again. Very unprofessional! Now I remember why I don’t go there very often!

Honestly the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Came on a Saturday morning, it was busy, went to the second lane and they decided to help 5 people in a row in the first lane before helping the second lane once. I always ask for a quarter pounder with cheese, no onion or pickles. It never fails. There is always onion and pickles. We are going through the drive through so we don't notice until later. My husband always reminds them 2-3x's but it always happens. It is not only this McDonald's, but almost all of them. One place I started eating the burger and you could tell they just pulled the onion off. It still tasted like onion.

This place is horrible. First I had a young kid that could count. My bill was $6.73. I gave him $20.73, I received 13.90 for change. When I said something he got all defensive and told me I only gave him 20.63 which i know for a fact wasn't the case. Then onward to the next window where i received my order.
