This is one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to.
The staff is rude and refuses to talk to people or help them when they're clearly waiting for some help. As someone who also speaks Spanish, I heard the workers speaking HORRIBLY about customers in Spanish.
The restaurant is extremely unsanitary. The tables are always filthy, as are the floors and bathrooms. There are flies everywhere at all times.
The food is usually okay, but only okay. My burgers are always thrown together, and my fries are usually cold, unsalted, and the container is half full.

I used the drive through to get a breakfast meal. The attendant mumbled something in greetings that sounded like they were asking about the app, but couldn't really understand them. I had to repeat my order several times before they understood the sandwich order, then repeated several more times for them to understand it was a meal and that I wanted coffee with it. Long story short I got just a sandwich and coffee, not the meal. The meat on the sandwich was either severely over cooked or old meat from the day before, I had to throw it away. I also did not receive a receipt so there's not much I could do about it. This was the last time I even attempt this place.

They called my car to be towed from the lot while I was sitting inside eating. They said my car had been parked there too long? I had to give the tow truck guy $100 cash so he wouldn’t tow my car. My daughter was inside eating her food and hanging out waiting for friends. Apparently employee called and said her car was outside too long. While she was inside eating she ran out to ask why are you towing my car. They said it’s been here too long, she’s like I’m inside eating, I didn’t know there was a limit. This is a very clean, nice and comfortable McDonald. There are many parking lots and seats inside. The staff is better than other McDonald I have been. Also, you can park here for a while and have a walk around , this is excellent walking nearby and enjoy the area.

Worker almost seems to laugh when he hands me my food. I think it’s a little weird, but then I sit down, open my burger and the burger is totally like missing a chunk, smashed, and has a very clearly planted dismembered mouse in the box with it. At this point I’m quite disturbed and the workers are laughing, and I go to tell them and they say it was just a prank and then they hand me a different bag that actually has my food in it. So this is unacceptable for all the obvious reasons that I don’t even need to bother typing here but then I’m also like, did they catch this mouse in their kitchen? Did they switch gloves between planting it in my “prank” food and then assembling my actual food? Needless to say I did not eat here.

I go here quite often (2ish times a week during school) and have always gotten my food, almost always with the correct items. While the way you get your food is a bit disorganized, the place is often super busy or at least swamped with mobile orders, so give the workers some grace. My good experiences have far outweighed any bad ones, and even the bad ones have always resolved themselves once I have gotten my food. My one MAIN PIECE OF ADVICE is just to order on the electronic kiosks. They don't always have someone ready at the registers. A classic spot and I have had many 20 piece nugget meals here over the last couple of years. I love McDonald's and this location has kind of been my home base, so to squeak. When I go to other McDonald's, I often find myself comparing it to this location. Keep it up!

have gone to mcdonald’s 3 times recently for a happy meal for a pokémon pack, and the first 2 times and i didn’t get any toy and the third time I got a toy from sonic 3. I was going to drive into the parking lot but spotted a sign that indicated the parking was for Ronald McDonald House. I drove several blocks away, parked and walked back. I used a kiosk to order because my app was not working except to scan my code. The cashless machine was not working so I had to pay at the counter. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I'd give it an absolute 0! 2 reasons. 1: I kindly asked for a to go bag as my daughter spilled, and we needed to get her home to change her clothes. I asked "may I please get a to go bag?" The manager walked away from me like he didn't hear me. The lady there just kept staring at me like she had no idea what I said. So I I said it a little louder just in case she didn't hear me and the manager came running over yelling at me "No! You don't ask like that! You need to leave!" So I said,"I need a to go bag, may I please get one?" And he yelled again."NO! You don't ask that way! Leave!" And then my husband asked, and he yelled the same to him!
A different lady tried to give us one, and he refused to let that worker give us a bag to leave! He was very rude and unprofessional.
The 2nd reason... none of the soda was cold at all. All of them were room temperature, and the ice machine was down.
