Yesterday I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and no pickles or mustard. Well I got a quarter pounder with cheese and everything on it expect the bacon...... I couldn't eat it due to an allergy and they are refusing a refund because I ordered online..... not cool. I wont be coming back.
Edit. I was in email contact with someone named Jessica Walker who claimed she was the owner of these stores. She said she would send me 2 free meal coupons for the inconvenience of you guys stealing my money. I gave her my address and said I will not be responding anymore today because its my dad's birthday and he just died and I was having a bad day. And she never responded after that and never mailed out the meal coupons. Fire Jessica Walker and get new owners.

Went to the drive thru as I ordered my food through the app but when I got there they asked if my McNuggets could be cooked fresh meaning cooked now as I didn’t want cold ones. Well I waited for about 10 mins before getting to the window and was asking the person are those the ones I requested to be cooked fresh. Well after the person said these were cooked for me fresh I checked as soon as I drove off and parked. They were not cooked fresh as the texture was rubbery and the temp was not hot not warm but almost cold so like warm really. I then went back to the window and had to wait for a customer to get out of the way but when I went back to the person and said hey these wee not cooked fresh and she grabbed the bag went to the back and came back with the same bag I presume. You will not guess what she said. She told me that she asked the person and they said they cooked them 5 mins ago. Are you kidding me it’s been 15 mins now. I did not get the McNuggets as she kept them. Why would I even bother any to eat the items after she took them went to the back and brought whatever was in the bag. Seriously I pay for an item that should be expected to be cooked and you can’t even do that. I asked for my money back and she said I have to go to the app. Well I did and it told me to call restaurant and I called no answer so I told you all here. Do not expect to get your food and expect it to be fresh when you ask because you will not get it and it comes with a big negative attitude.

Slowest McDonald's I been to, it should honestly get a reward for being slow. Never did I ever think it possible to wait so long in a line. I actually got quite settled in my spot while waiting for my order to be taken. Found a lovely wife had about three children and now I'm getting into the real estate business, fortunately before I could finish my degree someone finally decided to take my order.

I need to catch her name next time, but the curly haired girl who works over nights into mornings has never once gotten my order wrong. Maybe it’s just her &/or her with only one cook on shift, but she’s been nothing but very kind and attentive to customers. Normally, at all McDonald’s, I’ll have at least one thing missing. Doesn’t matter if it’s night shift or day shift because I expect that from McDonald’s knowing the corporation they are. I was just proofed wrong just by this one employee. this girl who works late nights into mornings has never gotten a single order of mine wrong. She’s taken my order about 10x times. Plus she is always kind. she could be having the worst night ever and nobody would know. Her customer service is just that amazing. Keep it up girl, you know who you are! I just came in 6/29 @ 4:15am for the #5 meal and an extra hash brown. Coming to you as a person and not a McDonald’s customer, you have so much potential. so take up the opportunity to learn more & do what you dream of doing. Never stop being great! :)

This morning my wife and I ordered on our app 10-8 minutes before breakfast ended, we made our orders before 10:30AM, we arrived at 10:36 and were told on the app our order was cancelled. When we went to the register to ask the manager why it was cancelled and if we can resolve the issue, she was rude, wouldn’t let us explain ourselves and was automatically assuming our issue by telling to go to a Kiosk and order, but we had a simple question. Now I lost 6000 points, my wife lost 3000 points, we ordered more food and lost $10 as well when this order was cancelled. The manager was rude, wouldn’t give me anything to compensate for the issue, not even a sandwich to accommodate me or my wife. I usually like this McDonald’s because some customers can be pretty rude to the teenagers working here in the afternoon, but never go to this McDonald’s in the morning. Do not eat inside, and don’t use the app to order breakfast they will cancel your order and refuse to make it, or compensate you. I’ve never ordered from McDonald’s before breakfast ends and had this issue?! They wasted my money and time, and instead went to get REAL food at Dairyland Family Diner, where the manager was kinder, and the food was better, and when I had an issue with my order, I was compensated. Maybe the Spanish lady who manages this McDonald’s in the morning can learn to listen to customers and their concerns with their money and points that just got wasted before she opens her mouth and chastises customets and refuses to give them ANY thing to make the issue better. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S IN THE MORNING, and yes I will be calling corporate.

Workers are not friendly, food is not good and doesn't even taste like McDonald's usually does, which has never been awesome but nonetheless... McDonald's as a whole has gone down significantly. It takes too long to use the app to use coupons, then you have to wait for someone to show up at the counter to give you your order.... We want fast, cheap, and edible and it has turned into long waits, very expensive, and inedible. Do better!!

Is it really so hard to give a person the correct sauce they ask for? I understand giving me honey mustard on accident when I ask for honey, but ranch? Are you joking? This has happened more than once, nearly every time I order.
On top of that the mcdonalds app says to contact doordash for my incorrect order? The doordasher did not take out my honey and exchange it for ranch, I assure you. This is not a doordash problem.

So, the drive through. You get your food at the window, and you have to _immediately_ crank your wheel to the right before you start driving forward, otherwise you end up driving over a curb. And if you don't turn the steering wheel as far to the right as it can go, you mlght still go over a little curb peninsula only 2ft wide and bottoming out your vehicle on left side. I've been in cars that this has happened to three times, I've watched it occur two other times being the next person in line. WHY ISN'T SIGNAGE MAKING THIS CLEAR? OR MAYBE A HANDFUL OF THOSE ORANGE RODS WITH THE BAND OF REFLECTING TAPE THAT PEOPLE MARK THE PERIMETER OF THEIR DRIVEWAYS WITH SO IT'S EASIER TO SNOWPLOW.

At 3:24 AM, I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app. I arrived at the drive-thru window around 3:50 AM, but the staff member asked me to “wait a minute.” I ended up waiting until 4:00 AM before the staff responded. Instead of asking for my mobile order code, they immediately told me to move to the next window.
At the second window, the staff informed me that since it was now 4:00 AM, they would no longer serve dinner items. They even claimed that my mobile order would be “automatically canceled.” However, upon checking the app, I found that my order had not been canceled.
When I tried to explain this and argue my case, the staff member simply shut the window and refused to assist me further.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only was my order mishandled, but I was also disrespected and denied service without reason. Please address this issue and ensure better training and accountability for your employees.

07/02/2024 went in for a double quarter pounder, order #129. Shortly after I left I realized I had left one of my earbuds there. I called back because I wasn’t driving and attempted to speak with one of the employees. The man that answered barley knew English but knew enough to understand what I was saying and uphold the conversation. During the conversation he kept acting like he didn’t know what I was saying but asking questions very clearly as if steering me into a different direction to change the subject. Then went from telling me if it’s in the lobby it’s gone because I get a lot of black people in and out of here and they tend to steal, and switched to, literally seconds later without a chance of taking even a few steps, oh yeah I just checked the lobby. This is how it is at a lot of the McDonald’s in Madison. The workers are all mainly Latino Hispanic which is fine but let’s see diversity. They are always rude and get angry when they have to serve you at the register, none of them ever want to speak English, orders are either messed up or mixed up, they’re racist, and NEVER answer the phone whatsoever. I don’t know why McDonald’s what to raise the prices if their staff can’t even provide premium customer service, I don’t even want to buy food from McDonald’s anymore just off of these terrible experiences

I've never ordered through the kiosk before. I also wanted to pay in cash. There were 3 other customers waiting for their food. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. Using my mobile app I ordered two shakes. When I arrived to the drive thru the man told me tye shake machine was down, typical. Then told me to cancel the order in my app and shut the window on me.
There was no way to so once yo7 have arrived at the store and even in the FAQ it said the same. It also stated that the store had to issue the refund.
I pulled back around as the lobby was closed. I informed the gentleman that you can't cancel it in the app. He told me to pull forward. I showed him the FAQ where it not only said that, but that the store I ordered from had to issue the refund. He rudely told me that he couldn’t do that and that it wasn't his problem to deal with, once again shutting the window on me.
The service sucks, they are rude to customers, and I have gotten over cooked fries once. I recommend not going to this location for any reason. Their store is frequently dirty, especially the bathrooms and the crew members are very rude.

I stop by almost every day. I usually just get a coke but have been ordering food a little more lately. Usual McDonald's fare. Fries are never fresh like most locations. I either don't buy them or have to ask for fresh ones. The burger patties are gross unless you get the 1/4 pounder which is decent since they're cooked 'fresh'. Tables are dirty and sticky many times. I usually stop by around 12-2 so it might be lunch rush leftovers but it's still annoying. They're charging for extra sauce cups now, which I'm sure is indicative of the company as a whole. What a joke. Gotta satisfy the investors. The interior of this location is nice. Modern and newly remodeled. The register layout is terrible. If you need something you stand there waiting for someone to happen by or have to flag them down. It's not customer friendly. I need to stop buying this junk. I'm addicted to the coke so it's my fault for frequenting these places. Average at best.

I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder, With a Large fry. Told the lady that I also wanted to do a second order, told me to pull up to the window ignoring what I said, I repeated myself and she did the second order, I get to the window, informed her I had a code for the fries, she used the code for the fries, then turned around and made it a meal, original price was 8.67, she took the card and charged me 10.10, I went to the window, they parked me and gave me the drink that I didn’t want, I was a little confused, I talked to one the employees, she told me to wait, I waited about 5 minutes, while she took out 2 orders, I drove around through the drive through, and said I didn’t want the drink, all I wanted was the burger and fries, the lady said she wasn’t giving me a refund because that what I had asked for, I attempted to inform her that that wasn’t what I asked for and she kept cutting me off so I just took off with the drink in my hand.. they both kept rushing me, I was the only person in line, there was no rush for that.

Horrible place. Crew cannot understand nor speak basic english. Mean, crabby, condescending old women who disrespect who they can only assume, are homeless paying customers who simply ask for a refill of water or to use a bathroom. Unacceptable NEVER EVER EAT HERE.

The drive thru at the East Shopping center is sketchy with panhandlers and the food is some what questionable (whether you get the right order), but the service is excellent!

This specific location always says they only accept cash around 12am-2am. This is the 2nd time this happened this month. I came around 9/1 at 2am they accepted my card, I ate my food in the parking lot after my work shift then entered the drive thru again, and he stated he only took cash. He does this to avoid having a line so he can reject customers to keep the line short. Once before, I went to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash, once I came back he miraculously was accepting non cash payments again. This is so unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever! They continue to mess up my order almost every time I go there and when I drive all the way back no compensation is given and the attitudes that the employees have is crazy when all you're asking is for them to do their job. The managers are no better they don't know how to run an establishment. Mcdonalds has really went down the drain.

Very poor customer service from the Hispanic male that’s working there, I called because my Latter tasted like milk and didn’t taste any espresso at all so I thought maybe the espresso was low on the machine. The man was very rude and told me to “come and make the drink” myself. Usually have no issues with this location but today just rubbed me all the way the wrong way.
