Walked in and ate as normal, reading the morning news until the WiFi turned off. I switched to data, thinking it went out, no big deal. Had problems before, and they did just redo the building.

Then I heard from the people who just came in seconds ago ordering at this location. They turn it off any time they see anyone that looks homeless. Basically, discrimination. Now it's a big deal.

Left after that, I was fuming. Will not be returning to this location any time soon, hopefully those people call HR. They ordered, ate, and did not cause any trouble. Just trying to substitute the folded egg for a round egg on a sandwich. Person taking my order tries remove the folded egg and add round egg which would charge me $1.60 more. I call this out (i have worked at Mcdonalds, I know how the POS system works), they undo that apologize... then I get the food. They just didn't put egg on at all, I get their attention at the window, tell them it's missing the egg. Flat out told "I'll just give it to you in a box you can put it on yourself". Went through the drive thru. Order the mcdouble meal. It's supposed to come with small fries and drink. I get to the window and he says $6.65 when the meal is $6. I said that much tax, he said he upgraded my drink to a medium. Well I didn't ask for that. He says well you should read the screen. I said seriously it's supposed to. Ome with a small. Anytime we visit this 24-hour McDonald’s during third shift, the food is consistently old and poorly prepared. On the night of 7/19/25, between 3 AM and 4 AM, my husband went to pick up food for us. (I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant.) I specifically asked him to request that our food be made fresh, as we’ve previously paid $26 for lukewarm, disappointing meals and let it slide without complaining.

This time, I was on the phone when the manager personally confirmed—four times—that the food would be made fresh. Despite that assurance, when my husband returned home, it was immediately obvious that the food was old.

When I called to address the issue, the manager was unapologetic and blamed us for making the request at the window rather than through the speaker. I reminded him that he had the option to ask us to wait while fresh food was prepared—especially since he claimed to have done just that. He then offered a refund or to remake the food, but insisted we return the food to prove it wasn’t “fresh and good,” as he believed. He also gave us less than 15 minutes to return before breakfast started, creating even more inconvenience.

Ultimately, I requested a refund and was again told I needed to return the food in person. During the call, he abruptly hung up on me.

This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was zero accountability, poor communication, and no regard for food quality or customer experience. The health department should seriously consider investigating the overnight practices at this location.

This location will literally steal your money. I placed a mobile order on December 12th @ 10:20am , when I arrived I was told that they had canceled the order and would not serve it because breakfest ends at 10:30am - but then they charged my card for the order, and as of today the charge has officially posted.

I went back to the location today and the acting manager gaslit me and suggested they have no ability to refund the charge or help me at all, but the mobile app says you must work with the restaurant if the charge posts successfully.

Stopped for breakfast during a lil road trip. Easy in & out from the interstate. I love the curbside option. Food quality is excellent, it's nice to go to any Mcds & know what to expect. I had to write this review because I was impressed by the burrito wrapping. The wrapper was folded so that it tucked into itself (usually a sticker is used, which is totally fine) & it looked downright artistic. Made me smile. Nice way to start the day!
