When I pay for a large fry, fill the damn container up.
Edit: Thank you for the half-hearted automated apology McDonald’s. I decided to visit again a year later and the exact same thing happened, except this time they weren’t even warm. I can see you’ve put forth a great effort to address the issue. Somehow, you’ve managed to get worse though. But keep jackin’ those prices up, your CEO needs to increase his salary somehow.

They made a bit of a big mistake...BUUUUTTT they fixed it and even reimbursed for it so I'd say that they still deserve a 5 star...they fixed it apologized and reimbursed which r my 3 rules for a mess up n they did it perfectly so even when mistakes have been made this place is good...also first and likely last time I will have this problem as I have been there before and there was no mistakes it was a one time thing so nothing but compliments to this McDonald's

I ordered this food on doordash and it was absolutely terrible. I wasted money because I couldn't even eat it it was so bad. They made it immediately after I put in the order. I waited about 25 minutes just waiting for a dasher to be assigned and it was a dasher from two rivers, and that drive there and to my house from two rivers is then long. So my food was absolutely cold, no flavor, and there was also hair in it! And this is not the only bad experience I've had. I have had a bad experience whenever I eat from this specific McDonald's. Just awful.

This was by far the worst drive through experience. I've ever had. There was a guy I don't even know if he was really even a worker there. He wasn't wearing any uniform, didn't know how to use the soda machine never even looked out. The window, I've dropped one of my sodas on the ground. Then proceeded to give me a different one. That wasn't what I ordered. Then proceeded to give me another one that wasn't what I ordered. Then they made me move forward and wait for my food for about five-ten minutes. When I got my food, it didn't include my fries or the chicken nuggets, all around a very poor experience.

UPDATE: attempted their services again. Food was cold and they don't have mustard packets anymore.
I used the app. While normally it is super fast and super easy....the cashier and the manager both told me I had to pay at the window for my online payment declined. Paid in cash then got notification from my bank that my mobile order processed and paid. It's only 5.66 but I paid it 2x and makes me feel leery of who else might be double paying..... seems fishy

The man who took my order was very rude and wasnt listening to me and continued asking me what kind of sauce when I was asking for no sauce on a snack wrap, so I changed my order to a burger..That must have been such an inconvenience for them, even though there was literally nobody in line, and 6 people working that I was able to see. I was being kind and apologized if that had been inconvenient. (All he had to do was delete the snack wrap) They gave me an old dried out burger with minimal toppings, and cold fries. It seemed spiteful, considering they made my son's kids meal as it usually should be made.

Went here for breakfast yesterday. The cashier in the drive thru was extremely rude to my elderly mother because the worker didn't understand how to handle her mobile order. Don't work here if you don't know how to work the equipment! Even my elderly mom knows how to put in a mobile order, she has no excuse.

This place is so disgusting. I stopped going to McDonald's when they're espresso machine broke because the only reason I really went there was for the ice mocha and now they don't have ice milk and none of the McDonald's do because the machines were recalled and it's been months and they haven't replaced them yet. Also there's specialty copies prices have increased to the point where you might as well go to Starbucks because that's how expensive they are and yet when you earn points you can't buy them with your points which makes no sense to me because if I own McDonald's I would sooner give somebody a drink that's made 90% of water and ice then give them a free meal that includes buns hamburger condiments and so on

This McDonalds saved me. We were absolutely starving, so we walked a few blocks from a local park and discovered this diamond in the rough. We cleared the store and bought many snacks to feed on, and we munched at the well kept, very cleanly, very comfortable tables. There were outlets to charge our phones and a very lovely view of the road. Also very close to a Dunkin if you feel like being extra fat. I appreciate this McDonalds location, and it is my new favorite location ever for real.

My visits to McDonald's have always been reliably pleasant. The building is in decent condition, providing a comfortable environment for dining in. The staff, while not exceptional, are efficient and courteous. The food consistently meets expectations, delivering the classic McDonald's flavors that I've come to enjoy. Tonight 4/17/24 whoever was on the first window was incredibly rude. My husband ordered for us and there was no one in the first window so as usual, he pulled forward and she yelled out saying “are you going to pay or not!” So we backed up to pay not knowing the first window was opened. My husband said “I am so sorry, I didn’t know the first window was for paying no one said anything.” She said “what did you think.. this was the second or third window” this is frustrating. I understand this is McDonald’s and we aren’t at a 5 star place but we do not deserve to be spoken to like this woman spoke to us. It was ridiculous, especially as there was no direction given.

Yesterday, April 7th (Sunday), I swung by McDonald's and witnessed something really disturbing. There was this guy, probably the manager, wearing a gray shirt, unlike the other workers. He was treating Hispanic customers terribly, yelling and making them feel scared. I had to step in because it looked like they couldn't understand English well. When I asked if they were okay, they nervously said no, explaining how the manager was treating them badly. This guy's always at McDonald's looking frustrated and mad. McDonald's seriously needs to rethink who they put in charge. This can't just be ignored. I will not be supporting this restaurant if these types of situations are not addressed properly.

Had a mobile app order that I usually get around 3:30 AM and the staff tend to get the order out most of the time. Unfortunately this time I didn’t receive my order due to their “systems being down,” so they couldn’t fulfill any card payment orders. In reply I said I could pay in cash instead for a regular order which was then turned down as a solution due to the system not being able to tell the staff what the menu prices were. The only thing they said was that I could come back 50 mins and they can fulfill my mobile order which would only serve breakfast at that point. Would appreciate better service if possible next time.

Waited over 20 minutes for my food and never had my number called. I went up to ask and they handed me a bag with half my food. It was missing 2 cones and 2 pies. She quickly served my my cones and walked away. I asked for my other 2 pies and she gave me one and rushed off. I asked for the other pie and she yelled in back that she needed more pies in the oven. She never even looked at me. I told her I would just like a refund and she told me I would have to wait until she had time for me.

Service was horrible! Had to wait for our soda cups to be delivered to table with our food. No mayo or ketchup for fries. Think I waited an additional 5+ minutes for the packets. 7 people working who saw us standing there but couldn't ask "can I help you". Paid over $19 for 1 adult and 2 kids meals with slushies. Our original young cashier was rude to my grandsons, who ordered their own happy meals. The place was empty... yet all the tables were filthy. Definitely will not go back... especially to this establishment.

The night manager is not friendly at all. She acted as if I was a burden. I’m sorry that I just got off of work at 2:30am and was hungry. I’m sorry that McDonald’s is the only thing open this late. If you do not like your job, find another one. If you do not have customer service do NOT be in customer service. I am sitting in the drive thru as I am writing this. Why kind of people project their hate for their jobs onto others. I am a GM for Papa Johns, I know about customer service and I know when it is time to get rid of people. Whoever the GM of this McDonald’s is, needs to do the same.

Much better than how it was a few years ago. They are usually fast, accurate, clean and even caring with orders, sometimes adding little extra touches. There’s new staff here who are friendly or professional. My only complaints are that the bathroom was trashed and very dirty, full of stains and dust as if it hasn’t been cleaned in several days, and that the fries are usually very stale in the afternoon.

Can't really expect much from McDonald's. Tonight was horrible. Waited in lane one for 15 minutes. The lady took orders on lane two but never switched lanes. We just drove up to the window to order because we didn't want to wait anymore. Then we waited 10 minutes at the window. No one talked to us or asked us if we needed help. Everyone was talking and not working. We went home; then I called and talked to the manager, of which was super nice. He said he had many complaints tonight about the same thing.
