We are human, and I totally understand. So if you go here, please check your order. Something isn't happening with the final check with food getting handed out to someone in drive through. I recently ordered a $5 chicken sandwich meal that comes with the nuggets. And I got the sauce for the nuggets and no nuggets. Another incident where I'm ordering food for a picnic and I ordered two meals for my husband an I and we didn't receive the fries. Please double check your order till management figures it out.

I ordered 3 mcdoubles, 1 regular and 2 with no pickle and onions. The first one was so greasy it was inedible, the second wasn't greasy, but the burgers were hockey pucks. It took the 5 kids standing around touching eachothers uniforms and talking, about 7 to 10 minutes to serve these horrible burgers. Im unsure if this was done intentionally to me or not, but it feels that way after how bad of a product I was served. Im not normally one to complain but this was ridiculous.

I bought a sausage mcmuffin with egg along with a coffee. The sandwich was neatly wrapped with correct label showing. The sandwich itself was stacked nicely with no burnt muffins, cheese was also evenly melted. Best sausage mcmuffin with egg that I've had in YEARS! These people care about presentation and quality. It's rare that I come across a McDonalds where the employees actually care, but they do here. I love that they have gone the extra step and have a shelf with books and coloring materials for kids. Understaffed and undertrained, I went inside when getting sweet tea for a drink they handed me an empty cup so when I went to fill it they didn't even have it available on the floor. Mean while also waiting for them to make an Oreo mcflury one worker filled the cup with ice cream and was out of Oreo. They left the ice cream on the table for at least 5 minutes to run to the back get the supplies and fill the container. The employee went to add the Oreo and I had to tell them to replace it because it was clearly melted. Still waiting on that ice tea and after another 5 minutes and other customers yelling in line and giving the side eye to me because I wanted them to fill the drink. I should have asked for new food too now it's cold 🥶

A typical *SMALL* McDonald's attached to a convenience gas station. The outside has a log cabin ambiance, but inside, it has limited (typical) McDonald's style seating. There isn't any outdoor seating or a kids' play area. There are two restrooms nearby.

I wouldn't give even a star. I ordered my food and waited in like 20 min before getting my big Mac sand and fries! The fries were cold and barley even luke warm! For waiting as long as I did this was unacceptable! I walked inside and asked for My money back for the fries or new fries. The cashier (whom I felt terrible for) yelled back to the manager rosey who then peeked around the corner and went back to her business without saying a word to me! My husband and I waited another 5 min and at this point it was obvious she didn't want to make things right and wasn't going to come and assist us. She said she didn't have time. Being in retail and a store manager I no this is not how customer service works! Busy or not you handle the situation at hand. Again the cashier was great and friendly and apologetic for being short staffed and im sure she is taking all the heat from upset customers.... I also understand being short staffed but 1 u shouldn't be open if you don't have the staff to run even half way properly and 2 if your low staffed your lobby shouldn't be open because obviously they couldn't even keep up with the drive through...(there were also 3 ppl inside waiting for food)

Also the last time my husband and I were here his hashbrown was cold and his sausage egg mcmuffin had no egg! Will NEVER return to this McDonald's!!

Waited an hour to finally get all of our food. First food came out at 40 minutes after ordering. Then they brought out the wrong food 2 different times. From start to finish it was us and 6 other cars through the drive through in the hour we were there so not super busy. When they finally brought out the last of our food they said they were sorry that they were short staffed, yet when we paid for our meal we counted at least 6 different workers inside. If 7 orders in an hour woth 6 people is understaffed I would like to see when actually busy.

Horrible experience here. Avoid this location. Food was burnt and they literally only filled 1/2 of a happy meal. No chocolate milk. No apple slices. We were charged for them....so why was the order not completely filled? Next time someone tells me to avoid somewhere, I'm going to take their word for it.
