This is traditionally one of my favorite McDonald's locations however I don't like the service of this McDonald's. They typically have better food than the Menominee One and that is why I give them that.

I don't like going to this specific one because one time they messed up my food and they charged me more money than they were supposed to and it was really annoying.

Can you rate it less. Incorrectly too wet unmarked mopped floor in lobby right near ordering kiosk i slipped and fell hard was hurt enough to seek medical treatment at local urgent care and demanded a manager file accident report. My info was dotted down by me.. With a manage James bx he couldn't pay attention long enough to listen how to correctly spell Corey... and I'm still waiting to hear from GM OR CORP!!! THAT WAS AUG 30!!!! POOR SERVICE IN TOUCH WITH LEGAL COUNSEL. BOOOOOO

Sat in drive thru for 15 mins for 3 cheese burgers at 130 pm. Every car in drive thru had to be pulled off to wait while they took there sweet time walking the stuff out. Very pathetic place. Foods no good orders are never correct. The place should be shut down.

Son has first time at the PlayPlace two-and-a-half years old with Daddy and I he had a blast and didn't want to leave there are very kind and nice and it was clean and had socks for me so I could join in on the fun with my son n his daddy. Had a good time and service was great. Everything sanitary. I have no complaints.

McDonald’s food is fine, it’s the same as it always was except of course higher in price but that’s everything in the world. My biggest complaint is the play place area. I love bringing my 2 year old and she loves it but even when nobody else is here but is the tables are still gross, the ground has food all over, today I went in and there’s chocolate milk spilt and left by the garbage can, under one table something sticky and gross was just left there with a wet floor sign over it, and the worst part is when I came in there was somebody “cleaning” the tables and when i looked at the tables he apparently cleaned they was still crap all over them. The play place play set is also so gross. I understand to a point it not being clean but when it’s like GROSS it’s not okay especially when our kids are playing on it!

I wanted to request that the steak for the steak egg and cheese English muffin is cooked a little longer. When I went to the counter to request this prior to my mobile order being fulfilled I was blatantly ignored and then handed my order as if I was an inconvenience.
Just cook the steak longer. I preferred the previous morning manger who was efficient, attentive and welcoming. This younger manager seems more concerned with pushing the orders out rather than quality.

McDonald's is consistently reliable and always there in a pinch, whether it's cup of coffee and iced tea or a Happy meal. I'm thankful that McDonald's exists. Do I eat it everyday? Mark is extremely rude to his employees/coworkers, yelling at them, while they're taking orders at counter because he is taking drive thru orders next to them. I walked in to people being asked to take orders while still on their breaks and him being louder than anything else in the building.

I dinned inside and placed my order via the kiosk at 8:40 p.m., and my friend placed his order at 8:41 p.m. My friend and I both sat down to wait for our orders. My order wasn't given until 9:05 p.m. but the ticket was printed at 8:55 p.m. Before receiving my meal, I waited at the counter to be assisted, and three other customers, along with myself, were ignored by a young lady working the front counter. Finally, the young lady took my order and walked past me to deliver my meal to the empty table but ignored it again as I informed her the meal belonged to me.

When I approached my table, I finally gained the attention from my server about the issue at hand. As she handed me the tray, I informed her that I was waiting at the counter for her. Her reply was, "That figures," and she walked off. I sat down to dine, but I noticed i didn't have a beverage, so I again I proceeded to the register. The restaurant did have a high volume of drive-thru orders, but stepping away for 5-10 seconds or being told that she could assist in a moment would be better than being ignored entirely.

My friend wasn't so lucky. He waited 25 minutes before getting the attention of the drive thru attendee who alerted the manager about not receiving his meal after my plee's for assistance were ignored by the front register clerk as she silenced alarms overhead and continued to fulfill her drive thru orders. We did not have a great experience tonight, nor will we be returning.

This was hands down the Worst Meal at McDonald's Ever! The meat was like cardboard. The double cheeseburger came sloppily in the paper, with the ketchup all over the paper. I stood in line and the shirt Long haired lady with glasses who I assumed was the manager looked right at me, not say one word and then let like 3 or 4 minutes go by before someone just happen to come over. Wait 20 minutes while everyone after you gets their food. Your food finally comes out and it's cold. Every single time I go to this McDonald's it is exactly the same. Price for food went up, employee salaries have gone up, and the service is worse than it has ever been. Maybe you should start drug testing... Or would that leave you with zero workers? As someone who has worked at McDonald's in the past, I'm really sad to see how garbage this location has become.

Edit... A Year later and nothing has changed. Ordered a big breakfast, the only person at the location, got pulled forward, which is nothing new, I have to pull forward or into a stall every single time I go here, finally got food and it was only a piece of sausage and an egg. If I was McDonald's I would be upset that this location is tarnishing the reputation McDonald's is know for, fast, good food, quality service, at a decent price. Still waiting for my "coupon in the mail". I will be making the drive to menominee or crivitz if I want McDonald's from now on. Pretty sure it's the same owner, so I'm not sure why the Marinette location is so horrible comparatively.

We have two favorite McDonald's. This one in Marinette and the one in Oconto. There was an issue at the one in Oconto and was rewarded free meals. Well I didn't realize it t was supposed to use just at the Oconto one. But not sure on spelling Luca she honored them plus two apples pies for the inconvenience. We rarely speak up about oppies but this was a wonderful surprise. Thank you all!
