If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I just moved to Mayville and this is the worse, rudest service I ever experienced!! I also worked at McDonalds for 10years!! Never once have I had a manager argue with me about replacing my order and refusing a refund! Basically robbed me! I was very calm about it , called first , I requested fresh Fries and got soggy, cold, old fries! He then proceeded to tell me they were made within 20mins so he didn’t have to drop me new ones and argue with me. (Which isn’t even the correct policy, fries are no good after only a few minutes ) I said “ i understood that, but I requested fresh and all I want is them to be replaced” THEN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO HANG UP ON ME!! Very unprofessional! I then drove back and was refused a refund. This would be night shift management, a tall male with brown hair. He’s always rude every time I go but never this damn rude! I will be making all the reviews, call corporate and the general manager in the morning! This is uncalled for !!! And clearly something needs to be done because this place doesn’t have the best reviews at all!

Very rude, I didn’t even allow myself the disappointment of going to this location. I called and politely asked if they had oatmeal and the women was ridiculously rude! I do not even want to give a star for the service. It was horrific. I asked for no ice in my drink and was told they can't do that by the lady that takes your order. Then asked the person at the window if I could please have my drink with no ice. She acted like that was impossible and then when she could tell I wasn't happy about it dumped my sprite into another cup instead of just making me one without ice. I can't even comprehend this low level of sub intelligence. Fast food resteraunts are going to close when no one wants to come anymore due to the unintelligent, unhelpful, and unkind people that they have to hire. No one else will work there. I definitely do not want to go to them anymore.

I went through the drive thru on a Tuesday after a Packers win for the free medium fry and additionally ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese, and a chicken sandwich combo. The order was clearly on the board, yet somehow we received a regular quarter pounder with cheese instead of the deluxe chicken sandwich. Unfortunately this wasn't discovered until we were home, and we live in the country so it's not a quick trip back. On top of all of this, they charged my card on the app without my consent and I had intended on paying cash. All in all a terrible experience and I won't be visiting this location again.

Usually, the food is hot, but the fries are always few for the size you order... Like 1/2 to 3/4 full most times. I've also gotten cold or burnt fries, too. Sure they'll replace the cold/burnt fries, but sometimes you wait long enough that your sandwich gets cold by the time you get to eat it.
Overall though, I think this store has improved in food quality.

this McDonald’s is just terrible. Service is terrible. Very slow. Management has no idea how to guide their staff. It is not over busy yet. Staff are running around panicking or just standing there doing nothing. They cannot even put ranch in the bag with the chicken nuggets. I ordered 3 chicken nuggets meals and special order cheese burger. When I received my order there was no special order cheese burger for my 6 year old child. So I had to have them made it for me. Then, after ordering different sauces for the chicken nuggets for the kids orders, when I got home, they didn't give me one sauce packet. So I have 3 kids that won't eat dinner because there is not any sauces for there nuggets.
Thank you for nothing. Next time the kids do extra home work, so I will treat them to McDonald's I will go to Hartford.

McDonald's used to be "the Spot" for getting a cheap meal...not anymore. I ordered 2 filet o fish & a small fry. Can you guess the cost? Almost $12! What a ripoff. You get a "perfectly" formed "fish" patty, a small amount of tarter sauce &....wait for it....a half a slice of cheese! They're cheaping out so much, they can't afford to give you a full slice?!?! What kind of nonsense is that? The employees '(most of the time) don't appear happy to be working there & they've cheapened out on the food. I can't get with this. In my area, the unfortunate thing is that McDonald's is the only fast food place to go. Keeping this in mind,, I generally only hit up McDonald's when I'm desperately hungry. But, I can't continue to support them,, by spending anymore $ with them. It's quite unfortunate, but that's the way life goes. SAD!
UPDATE: The quality of their food has gone downhill & the prices ARE ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! Something that can NOT be stressed enough....NEVER ADD BACON!!! They only give you HALF a slice!!! Was just there. 6 p.m. on a Tuesday. Once again,they gave me the wrong order. I got someone else's food. So of 3 cars in drive through, only 1 car got their correct order. This is the 2nd of 5 times they have screwed up my drive through order. That's almost a 50% failure rate. Gets old. 11 year old niece had a rare genetic disorder called Glycogen Storage Disease ( look it up ) she CANT have sugar or dairy or she can die and if she has too much she will die. She also has a feeding tube for her medication.Hasn’t had any type of sugar or dairy since she was 1.5 years old when she was diagnosed. Went there on September 2nd on a Friday night. Got her just her chicken nuggets and a Diet Coke… get home she says it tastes weird. THEY GAVE GET REGULAR COKE!! It couldn’t killed her! How can someone just do that! 🖕🖕🖕🖕

We have been to this location a few times. The first couple of times, everything was great. However, the last 3 times have gotten progressively worse. Tonight, our family of 5 went in to the dining area. We were ordering through their app, to use coupons. We were there for probably 4 or 5 minutes, and the cashier cones up and asks us, "What is going on here?" Ummm... we're ordering on the app to use the deals. He walks away, clearly annoyed with us. We order our food. A little while later, a much nicer employee asks if we ordered online. We say yes, he says oh sorry, your food's been sitting here. We thought someone ordered it from outside. The other guy clearly knew it was ours, and we were the only people in the restaurant, and clicked on "in restaurant" for pickup choice. We had 2 separate orders, so the second one was actually hot, but only included 1 out of 5 of our meals. I then asked for new cups for refills (per their sign), and he practically threw them at me. The only reason I am giving 2 stars, is the one employee was helpful. I will likely not come back to this location.
