I’m on my way to work and I get some breakfast at 6:10 and the food is hot but sooo old the hash brown is curved and rock solid same as pancakes there hot but rock solid and t seems like the sets only one person in the whole restaurant. Do better starch that do the bare minimum it’s not that hard

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a McDonald’s because well it’s McDonald’s. But holy cow. I placed a mobile order, when I arrived the code on my app didn’t match anything in the system but they were able to confirm my order over the speaker and said to back to me. When I pull up to the window I’m given the wrong order which I explain, and get told they don’t have that order. So I show the person at the window my mobile receipt so they could gather what I did order, to which he shows me their ticket and says that’s not what I have. Like okay… but this is what it is so just fix it? and they still got it wrong. I wouldn’t care except it was my toddler’s meal that was incorrect (missing sauce and not double fries) and that’s a day ruined for her. I asked multiple times for the sauce at least but everyone was so confused so I just gave up after waiting. Definitely skip to another location if you can.

Every-time I go to this McDonalds they usually forget something from sauces to a burger. This current time after taking my order they had me pull over to the side while they finish my meal. After about 10 minutes of waiting we rolled down our trying to ask a question to one of the employees and they ignored me. After another 10 minutes so 20 minutes total I went inside and they told me they forgot to start our order. I would never suggest going to this McDonald’s unless you want items missing (or a full order) and poor/rude service.

I live close by, and have went to the Larson Beach store many times in the past. Today, I went for breakfast. I went in to the store to order, because all 3 electronic menus at the drive up are out, and have been out for 9 months or longer. After ordering, and paying, I watched a manager, and a non necktie wearing employee look in my bags, and order ticket, both looking confused. Handed me my bag and I left. Got home to find half the big breakfast to be missing. I cant say I was shocked. I returned it, and set it on the counter with the ticket and walked away. I will lose 9 bucks to learn a lesson. Cold fries, no cheese on a DQP with CHEESE, employees not in uniform, etc. Be warned. This place is on its last leg, just like many stores these days. I dont know how corporate can allow this place to continue.

I'm from out of state is this has to be one of the worst McDonalds I have been to. My order was completely wrong. When I went in to get it fixed they tried to charge me for what they messed up. Our hotel is 2 miles from this location and the nuggets were so hard we couldnt eat them. The fries tasted like the salt bucket had been turned over with no lid. The double quarter deluxe was just a hamburger with the condiments of a quarter pounder. Not impressed at all.

Typically this McDonalds is pretty good, speed of service, staff friendliness, order accuracy, things like those are TYPICALLY good.
Overall I would rate these as such:
Accuracy of order: 3-5/10 (usually something wrong)
Speed of service: 8/10
Cleanliness of restaurant: 7-8/10
Food quality: 5-6/10

There are too many inconsistencies with order accuracy as well as the items themselves, for example, the McChicken as well as the McCrispy have been vastly different as far as taste/texture/quality of meat. I know there isn’t a way to ensure every single item is up to standard, but from my experience the McCrispy has tended to be more skin than meat. I will typically order two original McCrispy chicken sandwiches, add tomatoes, no butter. On several occasions I’ve gotten no pickles (no big deal) and on a couple I’ve gotten no tomato (no big deal really but I am paying for tomato). Consistency is the biggest issue I would say this McDonalds has.

If you don’t set your expectations high, and stay away from the chicken sometimes you can probably enjoy this McDonalds.

I worked at McDonalds when I was younger. Every now and then I get a massive craving for the items I use to serve. I ordered my FAVORITE thing that is the only thing that makes me still eat at McDonalds. It was a cheeseburger with extra pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard.. I know it’s gross sounding but tastes great. This is what I got. No onion, no mustard…… and no burger. I can understand missing a condiment but missing the meat…

The employee stapled the wrong receipt to our food so another costumer took our food. It took 10 minutes just for them to ask why we were still there. I told them we didnt get our food. Took another 5 minutes for the manager to come ask us again what happened. Then within our additional 20 minutes of waiting had multiple employees come ask us if we could be helped and did not even start cooking our food. The one quarter pounder that sat in the bag waiting the whole time we watched the same employee keep opening up then lifting the bun with his bare hands and put back to give to us eventually violating all health precautions. Then after 20 minutes the manager comes over again still no food made and demanded that we ask her nicely for a discount at this point. Then Im the end didnt even get our food. I am a pregnant nurse I was ordering food for my children before I went to work my third shift. I now had to waste gas to drive all the way to stoughton to get my children food waste gas and now be late to work. The manager said her name was Alexa and refused to tell us who her manager was.

If I could leave a no star I would.. I ordered a double quarter pounder only ketchup. I ordered sausage biscuit with egg meal and sausage egg cheese mcmuffin, first, i only got the mcmuffin (but when i got home and opened it up, it was not sausage but ham). Every time i come here the employees are just hanging out not doing anything. Orders are thrown together precariously and half the time aren't right. After today though I will not be back and I will encourage others to avoid the establishment as well. We pulled up to the drive to order on the way to work and were greeted bu the kid in the drive thru with welcome to good burger home of the good burger followed by giggling. While i can appreciate the movie good burger is a great movie. It's a false statement on 2 things. One it's not good burger and 2 this location wouldn't know how to make a good burger if Ed showed up and made it for them. When people come through a drive thru they are doing it because they don't have time to go in. Nothing wrong with humor but this place is already sub par at best.

I used to love coming here because the food was always cooked well and fresh.
I'm sad to say, this location has gone downhill since a year ago.
I went there tonight. The guy on the order intercom seemed clueless about what he was doing. I felt like I was informing him about how the meal work 🥴 After I made a simple order (1 Quarter pounder meal (no cheese) I pulled up to the window. They seemed surprised to see me. The girl at the window asked me what my order is like 3 times. It wasn't even busy. I was literally the only person in line at the time. I asked for a sweet and sour packed as well. After they figured out what I ordered, they brought the bag and I looked in there and no sweet and sour. I asked them again for it.
I got home, and took out the food. The fries were weirdly discolored. They definitely took the old fries, and through them back in the frier. Stale and gross. Threw them away. I went to then open the sandwich and it was a burger patty and cheese 😔 Not only it didn't have ketchup, onions and the other toppings, but it has the 1 thing I asked for it to NOT have CHEESE! I mean for God sake I told them my order 3 times! This whole experience was a huge fail. I guess this is what happens when you have a bunch of young high schoolers running the place.
My last few visits had bad quality food, and wrong orders and didn't find out til I got home. Pretty frustrated and feel ripped off!

Fast service, but whoever was talking to me while trying to order was a jerk. The screen was showing the total for the order in front of me and was not showing food options anymore so I asked how do I see the food options and all they said was “I can’t do anything about that. “ so I said OK well I haven’t been here in a long time I don’t remember what food options you have and he literally would not respond even though I said hello multiple times and sat in silence for a minute. If you would’ve said if you just wait a minute the screen will go back to the options I would’ve understood because all I had to do was wait a minute and the screen went back to normal. But instead the person speaking to me decided to ignore me and be incredibly rude. I would not recommend this McDonald’s unless you enjoy being ignored and treated like garbage.

Don't stop here if they are at all busy. Like 3 or 4 car in drive-thru. Vehicle in front of me at the speaker drove away after 3 minutes of me sitting behind them. Tonight my teenager sister was racially profiled at this location. She ordered food along with a shamrock shake at the drive thru. The employee at the window gave her the food but not the shake. She said "you forgot my shake" and the employee said "no I gave it to you" my sister then repeated no, you didn't look at my car it's just me in here and the employee told her she needed to leave or the police would be called. Over a shake! Absolutely horrible.

I ordered a simple large iced coffee off the mobile app. I was waiting in the stall for mobile ordering. It took them 20 mins to make an Iced Coffee and their supposed to bring it out to your car with mobile ordering, I went inside and it was on the counter 20 mins later. They never brought it out to me. But they brought everyone else's orders to their cars, but not mine for a simple coffee. NOT HAPPY. poor sevice. The McDonald's in Mcfarland, WI has poor service im very upset and will never go back there. I will drive farther away for better service.

I'd give them a zero, but that's not an option. I went inside to order food. I had to use the kiosk because they refused to help at the counter. Sure there was a sign to use the kiosk, but they had no patrons, so they could have come to the counter. As I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I saw that no employee was wearing a mask covering both their mouth and nose. Yes people, breathing through the mouth and nose with no mask can spread Covid-19. There was also 2 employees not wearing any mask and one of them was eating out of the french fry bin with no gloves on either. I was so fed up seeing this, that I cancelled my order with the manager, whom also wasn't wearing his mask properly. When I cancelled my order, the manager looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and didn't understand why I was cancelling it. I told him that when I entered the building there was a sign on the door that stated that anyone entering the building had to wear a mask over their nose and mouth. I would not recommend eating here, unless you are willing to play Russian roulette with Covid-19 and any other communicable diseases spread through the air.
