After placing my order behind four other vehicles, I had to pull ahead to wait for the fries. I waited so long that my crispy chicken was soggy and cold. This is THE SLOWEST McDonald's out of any I've been to. This happens almost every time I visit this one. They always make you wait for whatever, for a ridiculous amount of time.

Wasn't feeling like making food myself so ordered a simple meal. Got to the window to pay and had to correct the order- somehow that got messed up by time I got there. Then waited 20 minutes for Fries only to bring me the wrong order. Waited another 10 minutes and still the wrong order. Same girl came out again to retake my order and STILL messed it up. This was not a complicated order. Manager finally came out to take my order again and had them make it right. I sat there waiting from 9:08Pm to 9:43 to make a plain cheeseburger and fries.

We visit this location mainly for the indoor play area. Our order is always correct and the staff is friendly. The play area is clean and picked up. There is plenty of seating and high chairs.

The person taking my order didn't know how to listen. I've explained to her 4 different times what I wanted and she decided she's gonna do it how she wants to. Did not get the order I wanted and was not dealing with it. I believe some people should be really supervised when doing anything there. If I get her as a person taking my order again, I will be asking for someone else to take my order. Anyone else have a problem with getting a sauce container and it only being half empty? Why not fill it fuller so people can actually enjoy their food without having it gone with a few things. I pay for the sauce I shouldn't barely have any. Thanks.

Made an order online, almost 40 minutes later it’s finally ready. Fries are burnt and cold, food is cold. Had to go make all the drinks for the order myself. Dude at the counter went running into the bathroom with a customer telling him “let me show you what I got” pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal. Will never try this place again.

Walked in, no one greeted us and the kiosk didn’t work. When an employee wandered up from the back and we said ‘hi, how are you’ the reply was that his life sucked and his coworkers were awful and he had to do all the work. Our food came out decently fast but my order was wrong. There were no other customers, so you’d think they could have got the order right. All the tables had crumbs on them, but there weren’t any employees that seemed to be doing anything busy. Won’t be returning.

Mostly polite service. The one time that I did have a problem with an order, (*There were no mushrooms on the mushroom Swiss burger, it was a limited special.) they were willing to fix it. It took some time, they said the mushrooms were frozen. When my food was ready, the manager on duty would not allow me to sit in the lobby and finish the rest of my meal. He told me that they were closed and that I had to leave. Now if I go, I don't go inside.

The food was good, and the service was overall helpful and kind. 1 gentleman (supervisor of some sort) was really... dubious. I had to keep supplying receipts for the missing food and explaining how it was missing. We were given someone else's number and food.. and somehow, the cashier "missed" 2 orders of ours.. which we then paid for, but then my card wouldn't work (too many uses in a short period), and when the man was called to unlock it, he seemed suspicious of my order and me in general. Then, when we got the right order, the double fish was a single fish(the special order slip said double.. there is 1 filet.. it seemed simple to add another filet? My husband needed to get the manager this time, however.) missing soda and fries (cashier handed cups out at the end instead of with the order so a soda cup was given to a child that ordered a milk- again not a super important thing but did take us time to notice where things went.. and of course, kids dont share, so we needed a NEW cup, and that simply couldn't happen with all the previous subpar interactions, so we just rinsed it)

disapointed, I went to make a transaction and apperently didn't have enough on my card. Typically restaraunts will let me know when i don't have enough money on my card before making a transaction. This time, he took the money off my card and asked me for 6 cents, Which i didn't have because i use card. They cancled the transaction but i now do not have my 3 bucks in my bank anymore. I know i can get a refund if i want but it still is BAD Costomer service to just MAKE a transaction without letting a person know they don't have enough on there card. They should say first, you don't have enough. Because not everyone carys cash around.

The customer service is excellent. They are always so kind. They even went out of their way to help us with not 1 but 2 homecoming competitions! Went there ordered cheeseburger kids meal with extra fries and a fish sandwich meal with diet coke. When food and drinks were passed out window kids meal box wasnt even closed nor had it been closed and popped open. Asked for kids dr pepper got coke. In the fish meal asked for diet coke got regular coke. Fries were completely cold. I understand mistakes happen but lately its something wrong everytime I go there. Like paying for a double quarter pounder meal. Get reg cheeseburger. I'm really thinking of taking my business here in medford wi to hardee's and arby's. Not satisfied with the quality of service, food temperature, or even getting what I ordered in the first place. Mentioned it to employee one time was told well u got food so why are you complaining? Um a double quarter pounder is a bit more expensive than a regular cheeseburge . And who likes cold fries. Seems bringing it up to employees does no good. I'll take my business elsewhere....
