Ordered from the mobile app and went to go pick it up and they were claiming that it wasn't in their system so I had to show them the email I received about my orders and they did make my order but they still managed to get my order wrong. I've dealt with this two or three times now and every time this happens they get snotty with me and gave an attitude. Definitely Won't be Recommending/coming to the Menasha one no more..

When I got there I went on the kiosk and made my order then my younger brother went the bathroom than told me it was super dirty like paper on the floor and straw wrappers then after side eyes from all of the employees and 15-20 for a person to take my order then my 10 year old brother said can I get a water cup then she said we charge for those now and all I can think is water, money it used to be free and now it's 1.80$ like a soda is cheaper than on the way to my table I saw dirty tables a floor that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks than it takes another 10 minutes for our food and if I could give 0 stars I would if your hungry for MC Donalds just go the the MC Donalds in neenah.

This McDonald’s never fails to disappoint after breakfast. I get my morning coffee almost daily with accuracy and good attitudes from staff and overall good fast food service. But every time I decide to come down after work I’m either sitting at home with messed up orders or I’m at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no one willing to take my order yet take orders in the other lane. Maybe that’s just bad luck with however the sensors and cameras work. The food is always made inconsistent and poorly compared to all the other McDonald’s in the valley. Today I simply ordered a mc flurry and a mc chicken and I get told I have to wait for the ice cream machine to get fixed which is fine stuff happens, but 10 people behind me get served within 15 minutes of waiting and I see mcflurries getting handed out in my rear view mirror. Now I’m home and you guys couldn’t even bother to put lettuce on my sandwich. I try to be nice and reasonable, I worked at McDonald’s once too. But I can’t take it anymore with this location. I’m sorry to the young lady who had to deal with me upset and in an awful mood. But the managers you need to get your act together and work a good crew this is pathetic.

I'm so impressed with the McDonald's location at 212 Menasha, WI! The playplace is always a hit with my kids - it's clean, safe, and fun! But what really sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh, and orders are filled quickly and accurately. We've become regulars here and can't recommend it enough! Great job, McDonald's Menasha team!

The Laziness is out of control at this location. Absolutely no accountability! They can't get orders right. I have called and complained to multiple managers. When I first arrived and sat down, an older gentleman said, as I placed my phone on the table, you got a charger? I wasn't there to charge my phone like I normally need to, but wow how rude and intrusive. Also, then as I was proceeding to place my order on the touch screen kiosk, someone behind the counter, as I was trying to place my order, said they were going to "spit" in my food. The nuggets were really crispy, which is always a treat to discover. The workers were nice, but a little confused because the customer in front of me drove up to wait for their food without being told to, so it caused a bit of confusion about which order we're on and where the other customer went. Well apparently they close an hour early because of a holiday party. I got there right at 7 and they tried their lights off. Wow. Now I have to deal with a very disappointed girl and drive all the way across town to finally find a McDonald's that isn't at a party. A half gallon and an hour wasted. Not worth the effort. Went inside at 1:30pm for lunch and waited for someone to take my order, but everyone was too busy helping one other customer. So I used the kiosk to order. It told me I could only have my food to go, even though they had plenty of people working and other people eating inside the restaurant. So I got my drink, and sat to wait for my order, after waiting a while, I walked back to the counter because my number was never called out. I found my order sitting on the counter unattended. So I took my food and left. Found my burger in the bag not properly wrapped, so when I grabbed it out, it all fell apart inside of the bag, so I had to pick the pieces up and reassemble my sandwich. Not a great experience. Hope they do better in the future.
