Ordered online for counter pick up. Didn’t know my phone had to be on premise to pick up the order. The employees said it was for drive thru, my kids had to come home to pick up my phone and went back through the drive thru like the employees said they should and then they couldn’t find their order because it was AT THE COUNTER! Only to find they missed the two four piece chicken tenders to the $6 meals I had ordered but at this point they’ve had it and as over the debacle. Thanks for ripping me off!!!

I ordered 2 McDoubles with only Mayo. They charged me an extra 50 cents for the Mayo. If they are going to charge for a condiment then they should refund me $1.50 for the 3 that they didnt have to put on. kind of strange. This is the only resturant I have ever had me pay extra for a condiment.

It’s really sad when you pick up a hamburger out of a box and the bun is so soaked you can’t even pick it up. This is the second time it’s happened where I’ve got a big Mac and I literally can’t get it out of the box cause it’s so soaked with your special sauce Isn’t there anybody looking at this hamburger before you actually give it to somebody or is it just thrown in the box don’t give a shit what it looks like

Eveytime I go here they never get my order right and even when I use door dash there's always something wrong with the orders or something missing from the order. This time they only sent the hashbrowns and the picante packets and none of the rest of the food and refused to do anything about it when I called and showed back up with the receipt they still denied to fix their mess up. I’m a delivery driver and frequent customer. Today I had a delivery pick up that wasn’t ready at suggested pick up time. So I placed an order for a sausage biscuit. On the order screen my personal order was after the pickup order to be processed. The order employee bagged and placed the order in the pickup order spot and called it out. I grab it. She instructs me to clear it on my phone and I told her that I did. She followed with threatened to report me.Although legally I didn’t have to do this, but I sat my phone down to show her that I did clear it. She then instructs me to clear it as leaving. I refused because she hadn’t handed me my personal bag of food and I wasn’t existing the business at that moment. She once again, threatened to report me. So I did and asked for a refund on my sandwich. She proceeded to hand me my sandwich and stated that they were cracking down on drivers placing orders during pick up. I told her I didn’t know that and as I left I called to confirm it with the company I work for and this is false. Beware delivery drivers or discrimination and managers taking advantage of their positions to intimidate.

Tried the chicken big mac. Too much sauce, took 15 min to eat sand. Every bite the chicken and toppings were plentiful and falling off and slipping off bun .
The chicken tasted ok but grilled would taste better as the crispy topping of chicken was soggy and greasy.
I was disappointed in how good I thought it was going to be.
Maybe less sauce and fresh chicken....
I use to manage with Mc D. My training and experience... I have higher standards. Nothing personal. It's not a total bad review. Opportunity to do better. Otherwise, love my old job position. No Im not going back either lol.

6/22/24 this location still sucks hard. Both menasha locations are a joke. Crappy service and lousy attitudes. Walked in to rap blaring the N word over and over. Totally appropriate... Oh wait no it isn't .

5/19/23 This location is a Joke. Disrespectful as Hell. They have 1 door locked and expect dashers to magically know that the door by their driveway is unlocked. Gave me attitude for not knowing. "most of our dashers know that, it's been that way since June" excuse me people dash to places they haven't all the time, new people are hired all the time. Drop your attitude. Furthermore they said it would be a 10 min wait on an apple pie when it was supposed to be ready already.

I swear they wash the floor with grease, the wet floor signs were out but you can tell that it was a film of something so slick it was ridiculous. Good way to fall! Then we asked for a table to be washed off, did that happen? Nope, it is acceptable to them for customers to sit at a gross greasy table with chunks of food on it. Won't be back.

Just came through the drive-through today, Saturday, June 15th @350pm. There is a girl name Anna, who happens to be the manager to this McDonald’s and I am not usually the one to leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful mind blowing excellent experience. There was no way in hell I could not leave a review. As I came through the drive-through, of course some of my family members wanted food to be freshly made so Anna asked me if I just wanted to make the entire order freshly made because I’m gonna have to wait anyways and then told her yeah why not. Because of the weight then added a discount to the entire order which significantly dropped it from 43 down to 26$. I absolutely was not expecting that that was not something that was required by her to do. Absolutely phenomenal service. And one hell of a great manager.

This McDonalds used to be decent and for service, they are still good. However, when you order a cheeseburger and the meat patty is dried out, black and like chewing on cardboard you have to wonder what the heck?! The burger was thrown together and leaking ketchup all over the bag. It was so disgusting I threw it away. The food quality here has gone down because the people preparing the food obviously just don’t care. Prices are ridiculous and with the poor food quality I won’t be back.

I know its 2024 now but I remember I was a kid year-2002 after planeturium field trip from the school of linville intermediate school team hero.
All the student and I stop buy this mcdonald for once, I order ask my teacher I wanna make my order. She responded yea sure.
I went up to the guess and ask for 2 double cheese burger meaning 2 burgers for me.
Right when my order came I look in the bag it was 2 chicken burgers.... (WHAT)??? im not making this up but whatever so I told my teacher, hey they got my order wrong I also show her.... I told them 2 cheeseburger. So my helpful teacher told them you got my student the wrong burger....

We gave them back the chicken and then finally I got my 2 cheeseburger.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. I avoid going to this location whenever I can, but it is the closest to my home, so we frequent it more than we should. They rarely get our entire orders correct and orderly. Missing items, wrong sizes, leaky condiments getting all over in the bag, etc. And when you call to complain, they don't make any effort to make it right other than offer a coupon that they never send you anyway.

I was at this McDonald’s this morning in MENASHA and shorter girl with longer hair & Red shirt clearly had an attitude when remaking a breakfast item that THEY MADE WRONG! They had me waiting 3 minutes before coming up to me inside the restaurant & she say was done one min ago! So as I was waiting in line she says it’s going to be a 7 minute wait! Then she goes to tell the cooks to “remake the mcgriddle and she will wait the 7 minutes” and tell them take their time!
