Came in about 10:00pm on sept.14th 2025. The manager had her phone on the counter where they put orders together with a blue tooth speaker. Listening to some rap music. Also the manager on duty was wearing blue jeans. And had McDonald's shirt all the way open and she was wearing a short tank top. When I worked for McDonald's you had to wear your work shirt buttoned all the way and be prestable.. I think it should be addressed how this McDonald's was presenting the restaurant. And if it's a manager they should and follow the rules about dress code

Hours say Open until 11pm. We sat in the drive-thru with the automated message greeting us with no one else greeting us. This was 15 minutes before close. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window after not being greeted by an actual employee, we asked if they were serving, and the guy at the window said..."we're closed bro"
If you're hours of operation are until 11pm, then operate until 11pm.

We got some breakfast sandwiches, which were everything they expect them to be. They were hot and good and some iced coffees which were also amazing. But I love about getting an iced coffee at McDonald’s. Is that it taste just as good as a latte or maybe even better than many other places because they actually still taste like coffee They’re just really great for two or three bucks. We sat at a hightop table inside and it was very clean and nice. There was a lot of other people there hanging out and drinking coffee and eating boxes of cookies I thought was funny. The service I put four stars because the lady at the countermaybe she couldn’t smile, but it would be nice to have a friendly face at the counter. She looked quite annoyed the entire time, but other than that everything was great and came out quickly and was good.

Terrible customer service, self service soda machine drinks are always warm, and seems like it’s 20 workers in the back but only 4 people actually working. Went in to get a soda. There where 3 employs working. One was bagging food and two just stood there. Instead of helping me at the counter they had me us the kiosk. Since when does it take 3 people to the job of 1? Lazy!!!! Also was going to the drive thru, said they were closed. Should have served for another half hour!!! I will never go there again!!

Appleton and Pilgrim store. Ceiling was leaking in multiple spots. Nothing to catch the water that was dripping on the floor and on a seat. Was told there was nothing they could do it was the air conditioner leaking.

The food was alright. It was put together really sloppy both times and looks like no one even tried. I get there are mistakes in food but I asked to have my stuff re made because I asked for three burgers PLAIN, yet I got ketchup and mustard on the first three and then on my second try only one was plain and the other two had mustard and pickles. Again, not that big of a deal I understand because I myself work fast food. But the mistake should be fixed after the first time. Not that hard to make a plain cheese burger with nothing on it

Fries were greasy and soggy. Burger was so cold and for some reason busting out the seems with a disgusting amount of ketchup. They forgot part of my order via drive thru so I had to go in getting soaked by the rain. Employees were walking around in the kitchen talking on their phone and very inattentive so I waited 5 mins to even get someone to talk to about missing items tho 1 person walked past me on his phone and another turned to look at me. I frequent this location alot so I know this isnt the usual behavior but it has been the last 2 visits. I drive past 2+ locations to come to this one because the vibe and food was always impeccable. I don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore. Its basically wasting money at this point for inedible food.

All I asked was a simple direction and I already had pulled off because I had to go somewhere in a hurry and I wanted to make a quick stop it’s simple directions that they have to follow that they overlook. I understand it probably was packed at that time, but it says it on my receipt How I want my burger like that was low-key disrespectful and wrong how they just trying to rush things out, and not paying attention. I won’t be coming back here no more because the simple fact they can’t even follow right they need to start rushing and really pay attention because now I can’t eat this burger because I don’t eat ketchup and mustard. That’s why I specifically asked for it to not be on my burger. The last picture is what they put on my burger, but my receipt clearly say something different. They have to pay more attention.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed by the customer service and the employees do not pay attention to what I order. I ordered an order and right away they lost my order on their machine, the business was not packed and they lost my order, the manger suggested I made the mistake by asking me did I even place an order I had proof from my card that I used that I did indeed buy a order, when I order the items I decided to not get a receipt because I was the only next person in the drive through line, High disappointed and I still left with the wrong order. I will NOT be spending my money there anymore !

Zero stars. Terrible service at drive thru Saturday April 12th around 5pm. The young man was rude saying to us as we were still deciding on our order, "I said first window" in a snippy tone. We both replied, "whoa" as we were shocked by his tone. At the first window he did not look at us or even repeat our oder back to us. He was talking about having beer at work with another female employee while running our card. At the pick up window a woman gave us our food and a small ice water, we asked for a large. When we started to say that we wanted a large she slammed the window. We shrugged it off and drove away, but are very concerned and disheartened by the lack of professionalism, customer service, the way we were spoken to, not being given the correct order, not heard but ignored. I am a manager of an Optical Clinic and know first hand what good customer service is...the kind of service we received is not acceptable. Do better. I hope this is reviewed, discussed and corrected.

I have an allergy to onion and this is the second time that I have been to this location to get a burger with no onion on it and I’ve got onion on it. This time I went in to the manager and she would not honor my refund or remake because I didn’t have the food the day I came in, well the order was messed up the day prior and I couldn’t come back in, then when I called the store the day that it happened, nobody could answer. Update September 2024:
Attempted eating here after 5 months of avoiding them. Ordered on the mobile app. It took 50 minutes to get our orders. One of the employees kept deleting orders off the screen and not serving them. One customer had to argue with the manager to get their food after it was deleted from their system. The manager was not handling anything well. She was snappy and slow. There was about 15 other people waiting for 45 minutes or more. Meanwhile all the drive thru customers were getting served. Seriously.. I didn't think this place could get worse. I was so wrong.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel this morning. The bagel was completely burnt. Not even edible. Tried calling but of course nobody answered. Went to the store and asked for a new one. The new one they gave me was BURNT! Seriously? Went and asked for now the third one. Manager snapped and asked if I just didn't want it toasted. Noo I didn't want it BURNT! They then bring me a sandwich and it's not even the right one!! After the 4th attempt they finally got it right except the bagel wasn't toasted, it was microwaved.

I ordered during the Lunch rush so I can understand having to pull forward and wait a couple of minutes for my Quarter Pounder W/ Cheese to be cooked. However, what I do have a problem with is that after waiting my fried were barely warm and my Quarter Pounder was not fully cooked (Still Very Pink in the middle) if I'm already waiting at least finish properly cooking my burger and make sure I get hot fries. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had an issue at this location but it WILL be the LAST.

We all know it's not a gourmet meal from here. At least get the orders right. Drive thru messes up our order tonight an it's not the first time this location has done this but it's the first time they pissed me off. Not only did they charge separately each item which should have been the 5 dollar biggie bag but they for got more then half of the food no nuggets two of the burgers are not there so we called them. They say come back to the store we do an the crew says are you sure like we there for free items. M'fer nobody wanted to waste gas to have to come back up there to get what should have already been in the bag. Like are you sure you employees ain't the ones hiding the food for your damn selves? I know I'm not getting a gourmet meal when I eat here, but it would be nice if the staff made the slightest attempt to make my order correctly. I ordered a double filet of fish, it was a single. I wanted light salt on my mcdouble, all I could taste was salt. Maybe if everyone would pay closer attention to the order screen rather than their cell phones (which were constantly in the hands of the crew... Gross!), there would be far less mistakes.

Ordered a quarterpound bacon cheeseburger with no pickles and no mustard. I recieved it with no bacon! The receipt on bag did say bacon! I drive up and let them know the order is wrong and was told to pull in the curbside pick up spot and wait for new 1. I found it strange to have me go to a parking spot farther away when it was raining and no one at all behind me. I get my sandwich 5 minutes later and there are 2 2inch pieces of bacon on it. I take a bite and it is super salty so i opened it and looked at it! It even smelled off so i threw it away! Im convinced they did something to it, because they were mad that I had them remake it! This Mcdonalds is the worse! I dont trust them and now im out a sandwich and $6.87. Save yourself trouble and go to Culvers!

The workers are very rude for no reason. I placed my order and I could hear the man over the microphone yelling at another worker, asking if that was the correct sauce and order while cursing. At least have some decency to put the microphone on mute. When I drove up to receive my order he repeated my order to me and said “Two Mc.chickens”. I said “ Oh no, my order is one Mc.chicken with hot sauce, small fries and a small sprite”. The man started to yell at me in front of my child and say that he heard me loud and clear that I only ordered two Mc.chickens. I told him it ways fine to have a misunderstanding and he yelled and said no, that I am in the wrong here and that I do not know my own order. This man was sniffing his nose, shaking and fidgety. I just drove away. No reason for an escalation for Mc.Donald’s food. I have notice for the past year this location hiring rude people or people you can clearly tell are on drugs while working. I did not have an interaction like this until just now. I even called the manager of that location to let her know what just occurred and she said “ok” and hung up on me. I will definitely be personally writing to the owners.

Food, service, and wait times are all hit or miss. I will say they have been getting better with all 3 lately. Highly recommend ordering from the app. If there's no line pick up from the window, if there is a long line pick up inside or curbside. You'll thank me later!

The worst McDonald in the world!!! Food was horrible and had to ask for a refund. The customer service was ghettos and unprofessional. The staff had their street cloths on and outside jackets on. No one had on gloves. Corporate will notified.

Honestly, they don't even deserve 1 star. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN. Not only did it take 35 minutes to get 2 happy meals, but they were incredibly rude to me. I tried to ask if they could please make sure the cheeseburger did not have onions or pickles on it, because that can sometimes be a problem, and the man at the grill told the man at the window to close the window on me so they couldn't listen to what I had to say. After all of that, the food was wrong. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. McDonald's on Appleton Ave in Menomonee Falls

I went thru the drive thru @9:30 dark Blk man. He gave me attitude when all said was I want no ice. He said I heard you wanted ice. I said please don’t argue with me “no ice “. Large drink and fries.
Fries were cold and the large fries were hall full and burger was cold. He then gave me the ketchup wwith my cc card and dropped them before I could catch them. No napkins and no receipt. I asked the short black lady if his definite bad attitude. I’m from Los Angeles. I would recommend they don’t hire black gangsta attitude manager and drive thru. Employees. I’m Hispanic. I have a lot of tolerance for blacks with attitude living in Compton . But enough is enough

Ordered curbside. Waiting over 25 minutes until I finally went in. When I told the woman behind the counter that I was waiting for my food in curbside and no one has come out, she very rudely cut me off staying "there's only two of us back here". Which wasn't true because I saw at least 5 ppl in total that included 2 employees playing around. When she asked me what my order number was, it was no longer available on the mobile app, just my order item details. I began to speak again and AGAIN she sharply cut me off asking what I ordered. I told her my order and she walked away without saying anything. Then, with an attitude like I was being the rude one, she said "there's your order" and pointed to the pick up order counter. To be completely honest, don't understand how she even has a job with the way she was acting. Definitely shouldn't be in the customer service industry at all with that ridiculous attitude.

Terrible service. We placed an online order but decided to go inside to get it. They told us we had to go through the drive thru. Worker had an attitude about it and rolled her eyes. Waited 8 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and some nuggets. One of, if not, the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Bathrooms were disgusting and workers were just sitting around.

Overpriced, fries burnt, $1 basic menu items selections and size portions are downsized. They'll be going down like burger King soon as people rather go to better, healthier food choices with better value for the price. Competition for Mac has significantly increased over the years and the kid friendly atmosphere that drew people in is long gone.
