I drove through asked for light mayo, they dumped it on, then I said no to a 74 cent round up. I get to the window they say $12 and before I could even say anything they shut the window and expected me to leave my spot

Ordered a few items. Of course the burger with an extra patty and no onion came out with onions and no patty. They swapped it out but of course called a number, which I didn't have seeing how I didn't have a receipt as this was a correction not an order. We waited over half an hour for a single meal of a burger, fries, and a drink. The drive-thru and mobile orders were being served, but no one in the inside dining room was being served. Multiple people from different groups went up to the counter to complain and were only met with rude dismissals. Never in my life have I seen such blatant disrespect and disregard for proper protocol and organization.

McDonald's is a terrible job to have. Ive worked every position all the way up to gm. The poor teenagers in this store are being thrown to the wolves with NO training. The middle aged Shift Lead is snotty and was actively ignoring multiple customers in the lobby when I walked in to get my food corrected. After seeing they were actively ignoring everyone, another customer caught one of them and asked for the sauce they forgot. Walked away without even acknowledging her. So I walked behind the counter and grabbed her sauce for her. Then I made sure they didnt ignore me anymore. The Lead absolutely sent one of the those poor boys to be sacrificed to me. So I told him how to look at the ticket and look at the burger, and made sure he understood where the problem was and he fixed it for me. I shouldn't have to be doing the shift leads job for him. The Lead then sent the Big Boss to me because "Im the one they were worried about" After a pleasant chat with her to make sure she knew the boy had already taken care of me and was fixing my issue, she went to help other customers. A bag Shift Lead can make the team members and Manager look so bad. If you choose to dine here, check your food (my ticket was correct, my food was not), and please be gentle with the staff. Make sure you direct your issues to the shift Lead who shouldn't even be a shift Lead.

I was in the drive through, the girl asked if I wanted to use the app, I said no and she never came back. I said hello 3 times. Finally I went to the first window and the young man took my order and helped me out. He was very nice. The food was also very nice. Food was hot and good. But while I was ordering and paying there were 2 women in the office just talking. I dont understand managers not helping with the customer. If you dont have the customer, you won't have a business. Just something to keep in mind.

This wasn’t a McDonald’s. This was a health code violation with a drive-thru.

I waited 30 minutes for a single meal. Not because it was busy — oh no — but because the staff moved slower than a YouTube buffering wheel in 2008. When I finally got my order, it was so soggy, I genuinely wondered if it had been rinsed off in a mop bucket before serving.

And the restaurant itself? I’ve seen cleaner dumpsters.

Pickles on the wall like they were part of some avant-garde art piece.
A cheeseburger literally smooshed into the floor like someone stepped on it and just walked away.
Fries? Not in a container — no, just dumped all over the bathroom floor like someone thought that’s where they go.
I almost slipped on a ketchup packet in there. You can’t make this up.
And behind the counter? A 15-year-old kid flipping burgers like he was playing a video game. I’m not sure what labor laws are being followed here, but watching him handle raw meat with zero supervision made me question every decision I’ve ever made.

To top it off, the food tasted like bathwater — the kind you’d find in a gas station restroom. Cold, bland, and somehow wet in all the wrong ways.

This McDonald’s needs to be condemned, deep cleaned, exorcised — and then maybe nuked from orbit just to be safe.

Only half our drinks were filled full the others were not. My fries are usually cold and unsalted. I usually order a deluxe McCrispy but have NEVER get it, they always give me a plain McChicken sandwich with pickles, not what I order. This happened every time. This McDonalds location's food and service is usually up to par. However, today, one of our hamburgers seemed as if it was thrown together, as shown in the first picture. Then, we noticed that our hamburger had been placed in a torn bag, as shown in the second picture. Which is a big deal presentation wise.

Despite this, we commend McDonald's for those of their employees who take a friendly interest in customers, not viewing them as just a number or dollar sign, but as the ones who keep McDonald's stores in business and contribute to them getting payed.

The staff is always courteous and will make sure that you get everything you ordered. Locally staffed by college students and residents of Menomonie, it always feels like everyone knows someone, including you when you walk right in.

They will make any order you give them (within reason, of course) and the customization available will appeal to all picky eaters; even vegetarians can dine with a variety of options. They are also quite serious about keeping the store and lobby as clean as possible and there always seems to be at least one person sweeping the floor or wiping down tables.

This is a really nice McDonald’s stop. The store is exceptionally clean and clearly well managed. Food came out extremely hot and fast. The play place is beautiful large and has plenty of room. There’s a dedicated restroom inside the play area. Plenty of seating, too. One of the nicer McDonald’s I have been too.
