I think it is really great hiring people with disabilities. However, when they do not understand how to ring up the order....maybe put them in a different position. I love McDonald's French fries...not so much here. Cold, barely salted. My hot tea was good. I was handed a cup of hot water, I opened the envelope and put the tea bag into the hot water. Delicious.

Ordered to the counter, was told my order was ready. Stood waiting for 5 minutes waiting for my order during my lunch break.
I could see my order sitting in the kitchen on the counter. After watching it sit there for 10 more minutes, they FINALLY picked up the bag and gave it to me. They weren’t even waiting on any food, they just let it sit there.

Food was cold. Abysmal service, someone needs to train these people.

Oct 17th. Went thru drive thru..asked to wait..we were the only car ..2nd car drove up an had it's order take fast.. I had to say hello inorder for them to take my order. Complained to manager. She claimed there was a problem inside. I cancelled the order and went to CULVER'S. That has happened numerous times at this Merrill location.

I’m here literally everyday and get the same coffee order and I can’t count how many times it gets messed up. My app tells me the order but the receipt on the coffee says different so I assume it can’t be fixed. It’s hard enough for me to pack my kids up and stop there between running around. Gonna have to find somewhere else that won’t continuously mess up my order.

Worst burgers EVER! Had to wait 15 minutes for 5 burgers with extra pickles. Burgers were ice cold, onion was everywhere EXCEPT for on the burger. No mustard at all. Terrible terrible terrible. There were 5 cars behind me and we were asked to pull forward to wait for our order. EVERYONE got their orders before us.

We ended up eating one burger each and threw the rest away.

The service is not good. They can't get orders right. Each time I have gone there my order has been wrong and sometimes not even close to what I ordered. I use the drive thru so I am not about turning around on the highway.

I have never complained but went through the drive thru had to pull ahead and wait (no biggie) got food immediately saw i didn't get sauce went thru line. Had to wait for 6 cars then I was told "I know i put those in your bag. I politely said there none here. I was rudely told I was basically lying to what? Scam 2 sweet n sour sauce. By the time I was done and got home food was cold. I spend way to much of my disposable income there to be treated like that. Do better guys. It takes a lot for me to complain about anything!

Everytime I go here , I get my kids only ketchup on their burgers and every time its never only ketchup and the couple of times when it is just ketchup it’s loaded with ketchup bc they scrapped the other stuff off. I asked for a large fry and got what the picture shows. Just not worth it, been here a lot and every time it gets worse. The fast food in Merrill has just gone to crap.

Tried charging me extra for hot picante. Bought 6 breakfast burritos and wanted 12 hot picante salsa packets for them. (2 each) wouldn’t allow me to have more than 6 all together. They tried charging me for them until I had to put up a massive stink. On top of that the women working the drive thru were completely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t even give a single star if I could. Constantly forgetting to give you things you ordered. It's fast good. It's not hard. Get it together

It's fast and convenient but usually could use a good cleaning or at least a table wipedown. They updated the inside to a more modern theme. No more Playland but digital games in two tables. Some things for kids to fiddle with. Need new menu options. Same thing all the time.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s experience.

My food order came out pretty quickly (around 5 minutes), and I was told that my small black coffee would be right out. However, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes in front of the register. During this time, I observed the staff in the back continuing to fill coffee cups for drive-through orders and other customers who had ordered inside after me. After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to get the attention of an employee and asked for my small black coffee. The employee replied, without checking, that it was still brewing and would be out as soon as possible. I pointed out that I could see all the other coffee cups being filled, and only then did they rush back and bring one to me.

By the time I got back on the road, I discovered that half of our simple meal order — 2 sausage egg McMuffins — was incorrect. I usually check my order before leaving, so when I opened one of the wrapped sandwiches, I assumed the other would be the same. Unfortunately, I assumed incorrectly.

I always try to be a very understanding and patient customer, but waiting 20 minutes for a small black coffee, while being ignored and overlooked, warranted a bad review.

I love the new remodel. Looks great. The prices, on the other hand, are outrageous. I paid almost $12.00 for the Steak, egg and cheese bagel meal. That's crazy! I guess we know who paid for that remodel. I am firmly on the boycott McDonald's train and would just rather eat at home.

Orderd through drive thru and the gentleman taking mine and my boyfriends order was rude and wasn't listening to what we ordered. I had ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with no tomato and said it 3 times to get my food with a tomato and when I asked them to fix it they just took the tomato off the burger and gave it back to me. I also ordered Buffalo sauce and never got it. I have never had an experience like this and it made my food very disappointing.

This place was terrible. They just re-opened and I would come here all of the time but as I pulled up to one of the drive throughs…no one took my order as I sat there for 10 minutes so I pulled up to the window and told them about the situation so I give one of the employees my order and they still haven’t come out and I’ve been here for 46 minutes now. This is ridiculous and the fact that everyone was driving away (people that have only been here for 5 minutes) with their food is very frustrating and I will not ever be coming back here. Just for one kids meal…I would have went to the McDonald’s on Ft Caroline if I hadn’t already PAID for my food.

Extremely fast service, very kind. I haven't ever had no order messed up over dozens of times. One of the better McDonald's event too. Some of them will just sit there and not do anything while your food is just sitting there, ready to go. But not this one, they work at 100% efficiency and are extremely polite. Within the last two weeks my family has frequented this Merrill location for both breakfast and dinner amd within those last 2 weeks we have accumulated 6 free meal tickets 2 for breakfast because they forgot to place 3 out of 6 orders in the bag and 4 tickets for lunch/dinner because no one could get our order correct and forgot to place half our meal in the bag. When trying to use the free meal tickets they denied us to use them ONLY because they couldn't find our name in "THE BOOK" mind you yes the name changed due to getting married but I did provide them with both last names and after about 5-10 minutes and 10 cars behind me I pulled out. This McDonalds has the worst customer service and cannot get the orders right the 1,2 and sometimes the 3rd time. I usually am not a complainer and very passive but this has me blown away. Just wondering how long the community will stand for having to always go back because the order is not right. Cmon McDonalds step your game up and quit sleeping on the job.
