While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Simple order, 2 sausage egg McMuffins. Somehow didn’t process the order. Questioned us 3 times for the order. Took 15 mins from order to receiving. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in awhile.

Went to the drive thru and the person running it was very disrespectful and rude. I was going to leave mid order, but thought maybe he’s stressed or having a rough day. When we said we were ready to order he said ok. He kept sighing after everything I said or when I needed a minute. We got a meal and there was a 30 cent added charge so when I asked why, he said I don’t know what you’re talking about. I said when you added the drink it charged 30 cents but it’s supposed to come with the drink. He said I don’t see that. Then he redid the order and fixed it and said is that better? And said next window, cheers.

Every Tuesday for the past three weeks, I’ve made this place my regular stop before going to work. Typically, it's hard to understand the folks working the drive-through, but with a little patience on my part, we’re able to work through it.

So I was surprised this morning when I placed the same order I make every time: one number six meal, and another number six—just the sandwich—with orange juice. I knew something was off right away when I got to the first window and wasn’t offered a receipt. I assumed it would be in the bag, but that wasn’t the case.

Then they handed me an orange Fanta (who the hell drinks soda in the morning). I told them I had asked for juice, and that’s when things went south. The lady from the first window came to the second window and started arguing with me, even calling me a liar. She then said, “Fine, you can have the juice, but it’ll cost you extra.” I ended up being charged for two drinks, even though I only took the orange juice.

When I asked her for the store number, she refused to provide it. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s. This is the worst McDonald I've ever been to.

I used to give this five stars, but I just can’t right now because they just don’t serve up food as fresh as they used to, but I will come back and review again in three or four months. They are shortstaffed all the time and even speaking English seems to be a challenge and that’s OK I understand but when you need quick service, you need somebody to be there to take your order.

This IS NOT the most convenient location for me even though it's closest to where I live and work. They make it incredibly inconvenient because they almost never get it right. It doesn't seem to matter if it is a mobile order, counter order or drive-thru. The service is prompt but really terrible. The order is often wrong and it's on you to make sure you get what you paid for, they seem unable to work with the codes from the app - they take the code, enter it, say it isn't working and ask for the next code that comes up on the app, and then they say you can't get the code discount because it's already been redeemed for the day…when THEY are the ones who just redeemed it right in front of me. When this happens, they usually get a manager involved, but it doesn't always work and you better be prepared to wait way longer than "fast" for your food. It happens so often that I feel like there's something wrong with the way they have their system programmed at this location. Today was a new low. Whoever was training the trainee needs to be trained. I'm honestly happy to spend an extra 10 minutes to go to a different location, including one that I believe is the same franchise owner, because I'll ultimately save time and I'm pleased with a correct order and food that isn't cold.

Picked up my mobile order. Did not receive the drink for our happy meal, did not receive the second order of fries requested in place of the apples in happy meal ( no apples either) and did not receive the ketchup and mayo packets on the order. I double checked my order in the app and I definitely ordered them. Cheeseburger in happy meal had the pickles and onions on it although it was ordered without. I was the only customer in the drive thru when I picked up. The 4 employees in the drive thru area were screaming and laughing and having a blast! Just as loud as could be. Wish they’d put that much effort into reading my order slip. This is not my first experience like this here.

Last hand full of visits there’s been missing items, no one understood what we were ordering, had to repeat everything multiple times and still wrong on the board. At the window I was handed a over flowing Hi-C and it was spilling all over me. I asked for napkins and while I was asking he took my drink back and wasn’t going to give it back? I said I want that but I need napkins. I then left and realized we were missing things. I turned around and went back in to get the missing items and waited over ten minutes to be asked what I wanted. No one was in line at this point… music blaring in the back. Then waited another 10 mins to be handed only half of what was missing. Had to ask for the rest… again… then was asked to pay for it?! I said we already did through the drive thru but you didn’t give it to me. Another lady behind me was there now to get what was missing from her order.

Here is my delicious Bacon Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich that I ordered on their app...notice any issues. Called to report the problem as I was already at work. Nobody even answers the phone and I doubt highly they return my call. How somebody could even pick this up and bag it and not realize they forgot to put any meat or egg or cheese in there is beyond me. Clearly they have a special staff over there. Do better!!!!

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Firstly, the staff only spoke Spanish and were unable to communicate in English. This language barrier made it extremely difficult to get the assistance I needed.

Secondly, I arrived at 8 PM on a Sunday, only to be told that the establishment was closed. This was contrary to the information provided on your website, which clearly states that you are open until 11 PM.

Additionally, I had placed a mobile order and, after some difficulty, managed to pick up my order through the drive-through. Unfortunately, the food was cold, and the fries had a rancid smell. This added to the already frustrating experience.

This inconsistency and lack of communication greatly inconvenienced me and left a very negative impression. I hope that you can address these issues to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.

When I walked in the door, the cashier was empty. I asked whether the restaurant had a washroom and black coffee. The cashier spoke Spanish to me, so I requested someone who could speak English because I don't understand Spanish. The cashier found a gentleman, referred to as the 'boss,' to speak with me, but he kept saying no to my questions. It was difficult to communicate with any staff at this restaurant.

After reading other Google reviews, I believe McDonald's should have addressed these issues promptly. I was very disappointed that I was unable to order and dine in.

Lunch time is busy, but usually well staffed with decent wait times. Rarely have any issues at lunch.

After 2pm is a crapshoot. Wait times are substantially longer. The other day I ordered a Quarter pounder and Diet Coke/no ice. Ended up with a double Quarter pounder and regular Coke. This was when there was a single drive through line, so things should not have been out of order. After 2 pm, have also had issues with missing nugget sauces, no mayo on McChicken, no pickles on big mac, etc.

This place needs to be shut down. I placed an order via the app and gave them plenty of time to prepare it. When the app told me my order was ready, I went to the store and went inside to pick up the order. I saw on the overhead display that my order, #1609, was ready. There was no order waiting in the pickup shelf. There was no way to get any staff member's attention. Those who saw me seemed not to care. When I finally got the manager's attention and showed him my order on the app, he seemed bewildered. I waited another several minutes and finally my order was handed to me. While I admit I should have checked when I received the order, I was in a hurry and had to get going after having waited so long. I later found the order was wrong.

They take forever.
They have no idea about your order when you arrive.
Your order is not ready when you arrive.
They screw up orders.
When I complained to the manager about the wait, he simply told me "go to a different store."

McDonalds used to be terrific as fast food goes. Yes, it was fast food, but it was fast and orders were correct.

Now McDonalds simply doesn't care anymore. This Greenway Station location is a prime example of how much the company simply doesn't care.

I'll make my own burgers from now on. My own burgers are actually good, and I find they take as long to make as a stupid McDonald's order.

No more McDs. Let's put the Greenway location out of its misery by refusing to patronize it until it goes belly-up.

Pretty bad all around. Only come here when our kids ask for it. There are no soda refill machines, the wait for food is always long, food is not warm, orders always wrong/missing, and no one is at the counter (so scream into the kitchen if you need something)! Their other Middleton location the owners have is just the same, except they have soda machines in the dining area.

Was a hot day so I thought a drink would be nice. Went through drive through and ordered a Lg. Dr. Pepper. Got to the payment window and the gal says “you had the Diet Coke?” I said no, I ordered a Lg. Dr. Pepper. Gal says “a Diet Dr Pepper”, I repeat again a Lg. Dr Pepper. Gal asks, “What size?” …. By this time I am ready to lose it …. A LG DR PEPPER! Finally a manager (I think) comes over and tells me I’m being rude. I was like, excuse me, she can’t even get a simple order right and I’ve already repeated myself 4 times. Finally pay for my drink and I pull up to the pick up window … and the guy there says “you had the Lg Coke?” Ok, for the fifth and final time … I …Ordered… a .. lg… Dr. Pepper!!!! Finally got what I came for, but I will not be back if they can’t get their service better! Something as simple as my order should have taken 2 minutes, not 10 minutes. This place needs to get it together and learn how to treat customers better. It would have been much better, if the manager just started off saying “I’m really sorry about the confusion, this gal is new, let me help you, and we will work on training her further.” It would have had a much better outcome for all and probably would have not resulted in this lower than 1 star review.

This used to be my favorite McDonald's but it has fallen apart. They did a major remodel, which was fine, but switching to kiosks over humans taking orders wasn't great. The real problem though is they aren't fast and accurate anymore; this location used to be so good, and now it feels like one of the worst. Every time, something is missing and it takes fifteen minutes to put together an eight-item order. This is why people stop eating McDonald's, not because the prices went up.

My mom & I came here for lunch today. She is 93 and we were looking for the handicap parking so she didn't have to walk so far. I drove twice around the building and only saw drive-thru waiting spots and curb pick-up spots. This is my only complaint. Our food was hot, except for our fries 🍟 and, who I believe to be the manager, took the fries back and brought us out hot ones. They were so delicious.

I like to stop in for a coffee and burger once in a while. It’s always quiet as the play area is segmented off. There is ample space to charge my devices and get work done. There was a ginormous bug in my french fries that I found after I almost finished them. Can you imagine the emotional distress when I picked up a fry and then grabbed a huge bug with it?! And then to see some of the legs were disconnected from the body so I possibly ingested some. Disgusting. This place already has the crappiest service, but at the very least Id think you would do a decent job in cleaning. do NOT go to this location.

Went thru drive thru this morning, wasn't able to get the drinks I wanted. Was told only HI-ci was available so had to purchase more expensive coffee drinks with my order that I initially didnt want. Everytime our order is wrong. This last time, nothing was correct and a few item were missing. The food was packaged sloppy, cold and bland. We didn't eat any of it after one bite that my son spit out.

I ordered at 9:17 PM. I was told the expresso machine was “down”. I was not able to get a hot coffee in the middle of December. I have a feeling that it was not working because they already cleaned it, even though they are open for almost 2 more hours. It took until 9:33 PM for me to get my order from the drive through. 2 cars were in front of me. At least the fries were really good tonight. That could have been the hold up and that’s fine. I’m just unhappy that I couldn’t get the $6 coffee drink I wanted.

I’m a big McDonald’s customer and many of them have made a move towards delivery and drive through experiences to the detriment of the dine-in experience. This one has gone farther than most and they seem to be surprised anyone would walk in the door. Both times I’ve walked in recently the floor and tables hadn’t been swept or wiped in quite some time.
If you go, stick to the drive through.

Always ask them to read your order back to you before paying and check your order before driving off. I frequent this location and have been charged for the wrong order or have been given the wrong food on a myriad of occasions, even when not busy.

What is up with this McDonald's? Sign on the door says "to go orders only" yet there are people in the dining room.

Staff acted disturbed by customers. Gone is the self serve soda machine. Then when you ask for a refill they treat you like a criminal and give you the 3rd degree.

A quick breakfast stop after a long 3rd shift was a definite eye opener. The lack of customer service was shocking.

I probably won't stop at this particular McDonalds again. Which is a shame since it is next to where my company is relocating me.

This is my favorite McDonald's in the Madison area. It's clean, modern, and typically quiet (at least when I have been there). I have never had an issue with their food; it's made as it should be made, but otherwise it is pretty typical McDonald's fare.
